Maybe I got a bit carried away by the guardians play…. still I feel like NA is behind in regards of overall skill. Looked like circlepit all the way- but maybe some NA guild wants to prove themselfes and fight the eu guilds.

If I compare the 2 GvGs in the video it seems like NA is waaaaay behind instead of getting on the same level.

Actually there is quite a bit activity going on, but like mentioned before- many guilds don’t post it… it’s hard to view the interesting matches or the newcomers.
Hope it changes over time- at least send ogre the vods and stuff. It’s always good for your guilds to be presented there =)

The activity in the Scene is rising for sure, 3 GvGs in this week alone- getting back in shape!
And some great new guilds are rising aswell- watch out for dF, guys.

I watched your Video Sabull and you make valid points, but i didn’t expect anet to implement such things as smooth corners and stuff-would have been great thou.
From what I’ve seen it looks pretty cool, my greatest fear was that they would make a area to small to actually fight in. But man, this thing looks freakin massive- so much room for manouvering around- I don’t think it will end in an endless circlepit.
I can imagine it to be pretty hard for the guildleaders to adept to the new arena, for the points you mentioned in the video but I find it intresting to see who can adept the fastest, the best. But may be just me ^^

Are there any Roamers in this Matchup- roaming in the night? The only thing I run into is the fsp 30 Man blob every night. If you want to duell some feel free to whisper me ig!

Ps: Would appreciate if you stop jumping on me if you kill me with 20+ guys. Esp. the guild-guys should have at least a bit respect.

That might be true, but a bit sportsmanship and respect in WvW would be nice too.

Great to see the GvG Showdown again. Hope the Scene will get the boost it deserves when the new arena thingy gets in.

4-1 for Mya, but man all rounds were intense. Was Hell for our backline being focused so hard- gave us a good slapping.

We ran 24 guys that night, if you don’t believe me check our stream.
When Pugs decide to run with us it’s mostly bad for our group tbh since they serve as excellent rallybots.

The Skill-Lags in these blobfights. Just awesome.

Time to revive the scene, isn ’kitten
Even if the arena is way to kittening late, we can still make to best out of our situation.

After 2 weeks of Ranik I can truely say they are the worst opponents I’ve ever had the pleasure to play against. Building massive blobs all the time, dancing and laughing when they kill someone who is soloroaming with there whole zerg.
The only guild that stood out for us was SoW, all the other guys on Ranik should get their manners checked- it’s truely dissgusting how they behave,

Totally agree with the things said above.
We have to fight this bloodlust buff, so keep your Voice up in the forums- don’t get demotivated by the nonexistant responses from the devs.

Thanks for the fights- Greetings from us 15 [iCoN] Guys to all the Gunnars we did fight tonight- was fun.

This is about the bloodlust buff not GvG. Maybe you got famed by the GvGing crews that often that you hold a grudge, but please use your brain and think about the buff twice.
The buff as it is rewards the server with bigger coverage, more players and buffs them even more.- Like everyone was telling anet before. It sure killed GvG in the same breath, but it will also kill “normal” WvWing what you like to play.

What I can take from the other forums, it happens in NA aswell.
I have the terrible feeling anet will not do kitten till the next patch in 2 weeks.
They will not admit they were wrong and that the community was right… THE WHOLE TIME…. but hey those gvg kiddos are just a minority of the players…. kitten off

Pretty bad fight tbh. our 10 guys we had this evening where literaly the only ones that did something useful on Drakkars side. Sad to see.

Edit: What you didn’t see was WBC and TaG Drakkar fought all the time- that’s why you could build your arrowcarts and ballistas in the walls.

It was amazing. Oh my gosh, I still feel the excitment! And the commentary- like Sacrx was leading himself, the analysis was so kittening awesome after the rounds. God- please let this be weekly stuff!

Any one of you up for an GvG this week? No one wants to fight us :/

I just don’t understand the logic behind the GvG-critics.
Every guild doing GvGs (at least I know) , is playing WvW all the time.
But when they meet for 1 hour a day ( or god forbid 3 hours over 3 days) to do GvGs it’s destroying WvW? Are you sure? Really?

Edit: And believe me, we would love to have our own Arena or battlefield, to not even interfere with WvW stuff these 3 hours per week
