Times changed I feel, players get better or do something else.

Hi, Do I need to keep making new tickets when other items go missing? Or will account be looked at as I had just lost 10 x Unidentified Red Dye (Rare) straight after crafting and opening bags then listing them on the trading post.

Now at the top, it should read 10 just made a few minutes ago, and notice on the bottom, I have made others and they worked.

Do I just stop crafting and wait for them to look at the account? as some are being listed and some just go missing, not sold.

on the 29th June 2015 I submitted a ticket Ref 1614803
Titled Missing, not showing items listed on trading post and they had not sold.

I have also created a topic in the bug forum as this sort of event just seems like a bug.

Though that doesn’t help me in returning to me or receiving an answer to where the missing items are.

I had crafted a large quantity of Bowl of Fire Meat Chili and this issue I have is with a stack quantity of 250 that has gone missing.

I had filled details on the ticket and also with in the topic I had created on the bug forum.

What prompt to revisit this is that I had not received a reply about the ticket in question and this issue has just happened again where I have crafted a small quantity of 35 that has also gone missing within the last few minutes.

Request assistance please.

Back to this one again, I just crafted another 35.

List those 35 at 11.31 ea (11 silver 31 copper) and they are not showing under selling/sold tab.
I went to sell them while standing at the crafting table.

The daily reset, I just finished crafting 35 and went to sell and gone same as before and still no word from the ticket about the 250 lost.

This is the screen showing nothing had been sold with the past few minutes in question to the missing 35 just crafted. ( the croped white box to remove file save location and other data like gems and gold on acc.)

26 opened today from buying gems and then buying the keys and had fun opening them, but only enough blue tickets to make up 1 gold ticket. Would like to see more please so I can be excited to spend more money on them.

Just wish to make a final comment on this and my findings from what I could see on the Trading post;

I de listed all current listings of my crafted items
3 days ago, I had started to craft some [Bowl of Fire Meat Chili]

1109 total sold to date
1163 remaining to sell (Currently in bags)
1050 part made needing more Ghost Peppers

The strange part I noticed today and need help understanding is that the Trading Post history is only showing that I bought only 864 Ghost Peppers and it requires 1 for each finished level 80 bowl of Fire Meat Chili

I know I didn’t have that many not more than 100 in my bank at the time of this craft.

I know I crafted over 2500 and I did eat some but not many. Not 250 that was lost.
(/edit, I thought for a minute that I was referring the wrong peppers and went and counted all the other peppers purchased. I said the right pepper.)

I submitted a ticket, I didn’t see it listed for the price I placed it at and there is no data on history or sold. total value (25 gold)

Last year something similar happened Just over a year ago and still to this day I had not received the item or gold (14 gold)

On another bug, I seen a few since release.
Sometimes I log in, craft something (ie the other day a vision crystal I saw it right there and even moved it to my bank, then when I return I still see the mats (that stone that costs 20 skill points pre Jun23 patch) I always keep them on the top row in my bank and no vision crystal in my bags or bank, re craft it again using the mats I thought I had already used, it’s like a weird roll back.

This issue, though when right clicking on the item/s in the bags and clicking sell seems to run into this issue of going missing. The trade window will open I set a price and click the button but no green box comes up.

I try to force myself to always click the top tab for the Trading Post to then click on the sell my items tab but sometimes I forget and right click on my bags.

I was selling food buffs and today after logging in, I had removed a full stack as I felt that it was not selling and received this stack then re-listed them straight away for a cheaper price but the items are now not showing under the selling tab or history sold tap.

Submitted a ticket on this but thought I should also mentioned it could be a bug if items are de listed then re-listed too quickly.

I was watching the youtube review on the Heart of Thorns Glider Skin and reason for asking, will there be a Glider in the game for people who buy just the standard version on the expansion?

In the steam I watched, it showed many ledges and new places to reach and it looks fun.

Purchased 3x Spirit Planks from the Trading post and only received 1, but the history shows I paid for 3 and gold was taken out for that purchase.

Was advised by someone in game that I should relog, though it didn’t deliver the 2 missing spirit planks.

I also tried exiting the game and then deleted all mail just in case it was trying to be sent there.

Gear progression keeps myself returning to this game every few months.

I had made a 2h, back, glove, neck (I think, bottom left slot just above sea weapon?)and I’m almost ready to make something else like boots.

I am not much for the story in this game as it is not the main game I play so any sort of gear stats upgrade in gw2 is why I don’t uninstall.

Just introduce a cooling off period for deleting a character.

That way players will buy gems to increase character slots or wait out the cooling off period.

Checked on the Trading Post and still am not seeing it there, I went through both buying and receiving.
The issue with this lost item [Sentinel’s Draconic Legs] happened within 15 minutes of me starting this topic 3 days ago.
I had leveled my armorsmith on my Guard character to 500 and this item was the last item crafted to reach 500 right after a chest item which was listed onto the trading post right before those leg armor mentioned above.

This is how it looks on my side;

I purchased some gems, converted to gold to level armorsmith up, crafted some items and one of those items has been lost or disappeared on your trading post.

Checked again just now seeing that the item in question is still not listed or sold and now wondering what to do about that item.

Am I able to pick up other items on the trading post or should I continue to wait for this to be sorted?

I have noticed that if I were to afk for a short period of time at or close to a waypoint and alt tab to look something up, I am finding that I am being placed on a low pop server.

I noticed this when stepping out of champ zerg for a short while and when I returned first thing I noticed was that no one was linking waypoints in mapchat, then I had noticed that I was the only one if not a couple of other players only killing the champions.

Now If I log out, not just switch characters than the system will place me back on server and again loaded with many people.

It is just what I have noticed and it has happened more than twice.

Just found out my own doing was the delay hold up as my receive/remove items from TP pickup was full as I don’t have bag space to hold all of them to pickup from early orders and that after I had started to clear out those items waiting for pickup the system must have updated and I say that the gold was now ready to pickup.

Lesson learn’t pick up all items inside your TP pickup tab before canceling orders.

Was placing orders for various items to place into the forge to upgrade to rares and salvage a few hours ago.

I logged back on just now and thought that the items are not coming and that my buy order price was out bid or was too low of an offer so I went down my buying orders list and clicked cancel but after the orders had been removed, around 20 of them listed in stacks under 100 I had noticed no gold was there to pick up, no items also based on current purchases also.

I read that there is a delay from asking /map chat.

Does anyone know how long is this delay?

I had once purchased gems and within the same week I was hacked, but they said it was my computer and not my account and they told me that they won’t restore.

Someone had somehow taken control of remote access and maliciously destroyed my account and characters.

I was visiting a website while being logged into the game but at tabbed. The website was a windows 8 help forum as the pc was new to me at the time.

I don’t believe they restore for man in the middle hacks who don’t take anything but just delete stuff..

yeah I remember now, they didn’t convert gems to gold and they just found out how do harm to that along with other programs and files, family photos on my pc. Horrible time for me that was.

Could it be that there was within this email a link that changed your computer remote access settings?

My new laptop had its settings for remote access changed to allow anyone who found my ip address and my gw2 account and along with other things on my computer lost.

My gw2 account compromised has been compromised and I received an reply from your system stating that; “I was unable to determine that the account was accessed by an unauthorized individual”

My computer has been compromised and I have lost everything. Hundreds of dollars spent on your gems.

My new laptop I purchased and reinstalled this game 2 weeks ago had remote access set to default. Only now this has been uncovered and I am requesting that you please review my case.

Today while buying some food buffs,I would do a search see them available at the price I wanted to pay. I purchased some at that price. hit refresh and the same number was available to buy again.

Example;

16 only Yam Fritter available at 40 copper.

I purchase 10. Fit refresh,and same 16 available . The rest I saw at a higher price.

Even though the trading post system stated only 16 available at 40copper. I was able to purchase 4 x stacks of 10 at 4 silver a stack in each purchase.

I noticed some players making it a habit to circle around to tag and pick up 3 or 4 and run right up to you, take a hit or 2 on your target to wait for their train to arrive then run. Leaving the extras to be tagged by your aoe while your still fighting your main target.

Go on a waypoint hopping killing spree slaying npc’s at random stacked with +magicfind, then vendor and post onto the trading post.

If you don’t think about the gathering of gold that much and more of the random killing as you streak across the open world. Before you know it, you should have some gold and a fun time gaining it.

Also something that caught my attention was when entering Lion’s Arch, you have or might get an option that offers you to go onto the overflow. Some message box pops up. Well today I clicked the other option and for the first time I noticed a very crowed Lion’s Arch.

I think everyone pretty much does the same events, and the mid level ones get forgotten. Most are either low alts or 80 mains. From 50-70 it’s a ghost town in a lot of places.

Pehaps an event journal could be good to display a personal log of events. I don’t mind waypoint hoping from event to event if it means I will enjoy this game with lots other players.

The lower zones still have plenty of people, while the 45+ have far fewer people. It doesn’t help that there’s still a lot of broken events in those areas.

I kind of like to progress in the levels and sticking around the lower levels might seem easy to keep up with player interaction, I found it repetitive to complete the same one more than a few times.

I actually had no karma left as I was using it to buy gear from the quest givers.

I went the other route and had held my karma and purchased gear items for copper/silver. I do believe though I shall be needing these karma points for lvl 60+ to fill the gaps on gear items for those areas.

There’s a bug with anti-farming measures that is making a fair number of players take a break from the game. Hopefully things will revive if arena.net fixes things.

Noticing if I slay more than one type of npc within the area generates a better drop rate. I am using +magicfind and experience buffs.

Example of my findings on your comment to date is;
Currently level 56.
Slay 1st npc, I seeing 500+ xp for the kill on a lvl 60
2nd. lvl 60 npc is giving 300+ xp
3rd. lvl 60 npc is giving 100+ xp if lucky.

All same type of npc and using the xp buff. (Not sure if they stack), Only stacked the magic find one once from the gem store along with a food buff one.

I think part of it is the hearts themselves. At the moment, hearts give more money than events. There is no real reason to do an event over a heart unless the event is within the heart area anyway.

The path I take to level might be a little different as gold/silver is not my main focus until I am at lvl cap and sadly I too might chase the higher rewards within the game like others here who are seeing the trend in what delivers the better outcome for play time spent.

Each day I had enjoyed leveling with other players and participating in the world events. I was first was amassed in the player role call turn up in such world events.

Over the past couple of days, higher in the leveling I had started to see less players attending events and to where I am today not seeing anyone, even when calling out event in /map

Could it be mostly due to everyone being already level capped?

Same with killing beasts, at first you would have 3 or 4 downing the target and now you would be lucky if another players runs past you while carving your adventure through the open world.

Finding the lack of players at the world events in the higher levels troublesome.

Okay, 3rd try. I worked out that you have to leave the area then redo the story mode quest. The guy then appears.

But still would like to be able to just turn off the green glow arrow that you see on the world map.

Warrior story “warn scholar cleft of the impending dredge attack” seems bugged.

Is there a way to turn off story mode so the green arrow doesn’t show up on the map?

Thanks, I ended up getting a res from a nice person and then was able to loot a mob. I am safe now.

I seem to have gotten stuck in a high mob level and can’t collect my corpse as I don’t have the copper to get to the closest waypoint.

The closest point is12 copper. I had wasted my money on wvw buying seige and repairs.

Is there another way to collect my toons corpse?

I feel that I am wasting all my silver on these things. By the time I plant it and start to build it. Either someone else finishes the build and starts using or when you get back with more resources it is destroyed.

I am just level 11 now and I think the cost of 6 silver is too high for the amount of time you get to use it.

Above the Fort gates are oil pots and I don’t think we need to buy them. How about adding these siege weapons on the corners of the fort walls? So Players can enjoy using them.

I purchased 3 so far and find it is a waste of silver, I hardly ever see other players buying them and setting them up.

What are your views? Are we able to craft them?

Hi, yesterday when I first started I saw a channel tabs.

I clicked on the X and don’t know how to join that channel now.

I just see new tab and no main channel tab and no combat tab

I tried /join main /join local and not seeing the tab

I have having trouble loosing the my target focus.

Is there a way to lock my target that I am attacking like in Wow?

If I drop some sort of aoe I seem to loose my target. Also is there a target last or something?

I thought this game had an open world with some sort of quest line.

I selected a toon and selected a realm but have been running around and now lost.

I keep falling to my death trying to follow a green arrow on my mini map, kind of lost and don’t see any quests.

Somehow I closed the in game chat window and don’t see it in the options to get that back.

Where do I find quests and npc’s to kill?
