Hey guys, Joe (Jiyn) here. Just giving a quick heads up. Unfortunately it seems that I will be having to cancel my sunday tour due to work reasons. I sincerely apologize for this and am equally disappointed since I was looking forward to two runs. I might however do two tours on Saturday though in order to makeup for that, all depending on my schedule.

Also, I’d like to post a video made by Brazil from DnT on how to fight Lupi and his mechanics. It is an EXTREMELY helpful video for anyone (new or vet) to watch. I will keep you guys posted if anything else changes.

The topic here is that, the level of taste when choosing a design for the leather crafter’s back piece. There are many other options to choose from but why put a bear’s head on it? That head is of no use for leather crafting.

In comparison to the other back pieces, you can see the progression starting from a very basic back piece then to a more elegant piece. While leather back piece, starts out to be elegant then to a pile of dead animals.

Beginner leather worker will have their materials and tools all over the place, but a more experience leather worker will have their materials and tools organized and more systematic. The 400 leather crafter back piece doesn’t reflect the level at all and the head of a dead animal only makes it worst.

Irrelevant. It takes less than 22g to get Leatherworker to 400 ( source ), so nothing prestigious.

Btw, you know what leatherworker uses to craft?
Hint: It comes from dead animals.

So solution is still in place: don’t wear it, or make something else.

What’s the topic here? You looking for attention because you made something you can complain about? Then you shouldn’t have made it. And if you made it for stats (which are relatively low in comparison to ascended) use transmutation charge to change it into something else. End of problem.

I don’t see many Engis running around compared to ranger…so the nerf is lower chance.

You have way too high expectations.

I’m pretty sure we’re going to get a sort of UI change to make collecting tabs more appealing to look at, maybe a way to craft multiple siege weapons at once with the Mystic Forge (I think I’m having too high hopes) and a slim chance of player to player trading.

Edit: It seems more and more that GW2 is meant to be a game with high player fluctuation in regard to people quitting and new players picking it up instead of having a constant loyal playerbase.

They keep on making it “easier” for the incoming “waves” of players while somewhat neglecting their current player base which most have already thrown quite a bit of real life cash at them. Maybe they feel any new players will do the same, if not more.

Use the guide that Divine posted. Get the armor/trinkets/weapons from that guide. If you are having trouble use a 56030 build for more dodges or a 56003 build for extra initiative for pistol whip evades, this is only to learn the dungeons though as you want to go to 66002 for max dps.

I’m mainly happy that we are able to weed out false information now. Like the fake ban. Before we weren’t able to tell what was true or false, and now that we have a couple devs monitoring… we at least have Anet’s side of the story (if we assume it’s true and they aren’t lying, which could be too trusting of me but whatever)

I agree, having some sort of presence like this is good for weeding out fake information. I am still partially upset that it had to be because we caused a kittenstorm and not on their own free will but hopefully all this information is true on their end.

Some of the CC posts they are doing however is not something I’m happy about and I, others as well I’m sure, will be super kittened even more than we are now if there is no delivery on any of this, just like how it has been in the past :/

Look at DnT’s website and youtube channels. Full of guides and videos. Look at [rT]. Comprehensive class guides on dulfy. [KING]. Videos. Wethospu. GW2Dungeons.net. Dungeon Mentors [Noob] guild. This community is all about helping others improve. They just won’t take it. Then the excuses responses we get when offering help in game too:

“Man it’s just a game stop taking it so seriously”

“I didn’t ask for help you kittening kittenkitten”
“You think you’re better than me, giving me advice?”
“I play how I want”

This game caters to a casual crowd. It’s okay, we get that. They may not enjoy playing with us, and some of them have yet to realize a lot of the more dedicated players won’t enjoy playing with them.

We say, okay, we’ll establish our group as not casual, and they’re free to have/start their more casual groups too.

Now there’s no point in selling paths when griefers can come in and steal your instance, then just kill the last boss themselves. Guess we don’t have to hear about people complaining about only seeing sellers on lfg.

They’ll still complain..they need to complain about something. Sellers will just have to take more precautions and make sure they have fillers in the team after the patch/nerf.

I agree with the ooze puzzle. It’s annoying if I am trying to help a friend through it and we have to pug, since most pugs yolo and have little to no communication unfortunately. The rage quit is funny though :P
