If either FA or SoS see the [Dom] tag on a Kaineng defender or Kaineng Invader just know we are a casual and honorable guild. Treat us honorably and we treat you honorably. I have left many people alone if they leave me alone first if not near one of our camps or towers. Those [Dom] defend to the bitter end and will keep coming back to defend. We all are looking forward to some fun matches so in the words of the other Kaineng players save the fighting for the fields of battle.

Honestly, I enjoy it. Been playing since launch and haven’t gotten bored yet. But that may just be me.

I am another that has been playing since launch and have completed the storyline on 3 80s as well. In my mind it is worth the FREE Alpha Siege Golem even if the Pact weapons are only rares. Ya do not have to get the pact weapons if have better. WvW is the never ending endgame that most find themselves doing a lot when fully geared after running dungeons for tokens, farming Karma for the Temple Karma Vendors, or gold farming to straight out buy the gear off the market if not crafters. I have yet to become bored in the game. Might be the guild am in in as well.

Domicile run dungeons a lot as a guild not because they give us influence but to just have fun together. I have never used GW2LFG.com myself and most likely never will. That is because most non guild groups for me always go badly or break up after only one path and more paths were desired as stated at formation. Then there is a lack of coordination and failure to listen to advice to consider as well. Some servers might have more unified players, not Kaineng. On Kaineng it seems like it is dog eat dog not all one server helping each other like it should be.

I personally enjoy the normal Dungeons more than Fractals. They are fun do not get me wrong, but atleast 2 have to much jumping for lower end graphics. It is hard to enjoying something when defeated cause ya fell due to yer graphics. Just frustrates the player unless there is a Mesmer in the party.

I went through the revamped AC with guildies and while Ghost Eater was a pain because he would not move or get stuck at a trap, we adapted quickly to what must be done and did one trap at a time. Voice coms help in dungeons why I only run with the guild in dungeons.

Domicile is a Kaineng based guild that has several older players that have played since launch. We are a casual guild that just wants to have fun in every aspect of the game. We do have weekly guild events that are set on server time. We use RaidCall for voice communication. We are always willing to help our members. Seek out any with the [Dom] tag for invites. Can also seek out myself, Loketh, and Basqqua for invites as well. Also our guild website is www.domicile.guildlaunch.com and we are nearing 50 members and growing.

People play either version of Guild Wars because all ya have to buy is the installation disc. I have tried subscription games and it is a total waste of money. Turbine overcharges for what ya need in their games. I am very glad that ya can use in game gold to get gems. Gold is easy to make if run the Exploreables daily. What ya do not need to fund your characters, it is your choice to turn it into gems. I applaude Arenanet for doing this. Yes, there are somethings that could use improving will agree on that. If they went to a subscription but still allowed EXISTING players to be free is the only way I would keep playing. Then again they will not do that because they know they will lose their player base.

What is the deal with these super long Ques for WvW on Kaineng? I can see maybe a 15-20 minutes but over an hour? The forces that can actually get in are outnumbered because over half of our forces are tied up in the Ques waiting. I have been one of those. Now that we have a good matchup I WANT to WvW again but can not get in.

[HD]Has grown big enough to begin scheduled Guild events. I would love to have a large number running with us doing our events. Even non 80s can do the Fractal Dungeons if they are in level appropriate gear. So all of my members are welcome to join in the Fractal runs on Sundays. Saturday is our WvW run and Friday as get more lvl 30+ will be our Normal Dungeon run day. We also do the Dynamic Events all day everyday until we want to do something else. So any that are tired of looking for parties to do things, look up Honorable Defenders. Thank you.

I have done Dungeons with Magic Find and Without Magic Find. Yes it SLIGHTLY lowers survivability but that can be compensated for by running with Trait build that makes up for the lacking stat. I have 4 80s and all 4 have been done in this manner. I do dungeons just fine and no one is the wiser on the gear am using. On Kaineng we do not ask what gear other are using unless we like the look of it. Magic Find affects what is dropped by mobs but is still up to chance. Yet everyone is entitled to their opinion. On my Elementalist I use MF to FARM.

I would like to see the Personal Story expanded to the other Elder Dragons myself. After killing Zhaitan that is it. I would like to see more story about the other Elder Dragons. Maybe add in some more zones on to the already large map that we can access.

Orr in all 3 zones on Kaineng is always full of players doing the Temples. So I have never had a problem getting what I need. Yes running through Orr is a do not do. I proceed slowly and skirt the edges of the agro range to navigate Orr. That does not always work but it works 50% of the time. Orr is meant to be done in a group not solo. Get fairly better drops in a party.

As far as representing goes, I want 100% representation. A guild does not get influence if members do not represent. I want players that will be loyal. Prefer single guild players, but will consider multi guild players as long as when running with [HD] represent.

When I got in game I had a gold spam email from my own account. I have since changed my password again. Aside from changing our passwords periodicly what can be done to secure our accounts? I would hate to be banned as a gold spammer when I am not.

Also we are going to be doing guild functions after we get big enough.

I would like to see shorter day hours in the winter time frame to somewhat resemble the world being farther from the sun in the winter. I have rarely noticed the night period but when have I love looking at the stars in the Tyrian sky or fighting the Shadow Behemoth at night.

Any class with the right player can be “OP”. Every player has their own style of playing. True? I have seen every class hold their own in WvW. So I say they all are balanced.

In addition with the hypothesis about one-time achievements making alts level more slowly, I wonder to what extent DR might be having an effect? Subsequent runs of any content will tend to go more quickly (since you already know what you’re doing and probably aren’t stopping to read any flavour text etc.). I wonder, for example, if ten one hour sessions would earn more than one ten hour session? I know that DEs are affected by DR; I don’t know if kill XP are too.

For the record, I play casually and have one L80, one L40, and various lower levels. I haven’t felt underlevelled at any point so far (undergeared and poor, yes, underlevelled no ;-) I tend to pick up all of the zone completions for all races’ starting towns ASAP, though, which is worth two or three levels early on (i.e. the diff between 12 and 15 on the when leaving the first zone).

I have 3 lvl 80s and a lvl 66. I have noticed no diminished return as they are new characters though same account.

Well here is another offer. I have started a new guild on Kaineng which is a NA server and am seeking people to join a guild that is just starting. I have a web site at www.honorabledefenders.enjin.com and I use RaidCall for voicechat since it is free. My guild while new may prove to be a good guild give work and time.

My rules are straightforward in No swearing, treat other guild members with respect, and to not laugh at or dance on defeated foes in WvW since that gives the server a bad reputation to other servers. Lastly to have fun at all times.

It happened to me, and now I cannot progress with my story on that character. Well, I could, but I am waiting for a fix so I can do the storyline I chose as opposed to the one forced on me.

I have gotten all the way through on 2 characters taking every reward and have a third on the 80 line. I have not seen the problem ya are talking of. Even my “low” level is closing in on that series of events and no probs taking rewards or progressing.

I have done all three paths. All three yield striking similiarities yet were different at the sametime. It is up to the PLAYER to decide which path they enjoy more. I enjoy the whisper path because it is hilarious seeing a Charr disguised as a human female. Tybalt had a good personality to him and was seemingly lacking in courage so for him to offer to sacrifice himself to save the main character, us, was a big development for him. Arenanet already knows they can not please EVERYONE but come on now. If it is so bad to ya then do not do it. Find something else to do if do not want the FREE Alpha Siege Golem at the completion of the story. Those that died in the story line did not die in vain. They died so WE could achieve the death of Zhaitan.

Is it possible to encounter them outside Southsun Cove?
I really hope that they will spread across all beaches in small packs or in events – karka attacking town or npcs , etc.
It would make adventuring a lot more interesting and a bit more profitable.

Are there plans to expand karka content or will it be forgotten?

I took part in the event that opened up Southsun Cove. They were trying to come in to Lion’s Arch and we all drove them back to their Island where they are being kept after the death of the Ancient Karka. The Ancient Karka was a tough fight, but the rewards were very worth while since I had a precursor drop for me in the chest. Time will tell what Arenanet does. Never know what the future holds, but I am hoping for more events like the Southsun Shore opening.

i’ve done all monthlies since launch but won’t be doing this one at all. **** finding 30 puzzles… no playing gw2 to alt/tab youtube every 5 minutes.

I agree. JPs are right there with crafting fer me. My least favorite in the game. Every other month I have done the monthlies save this month.

I would LOVE to turn off spell effects for huge zergs since lag out both in PvE and WvW. I only have a laptop so have very limited graphics but overall my connection is great so usually do not lag as bad as I did when I began at launch.

DE’s can be repeated which most newer players are not comprehending. On my Elementalist that is now lvl 62 was lvl 16 before I even left Queensdale. Taken me only two weeks to lvl to 62 and that is with RL and bouncing back to my main. Then before move to Kessex Hills do the other 1-15 area to get even more lvls. It is very easy to get to Lion’s Arch just enter WvW or Heart of the Mist and enter the exit portal and yer in Lion’s Arch and then just head to the gate hub and go eenie meenie miney moe fer which area ya want to go to.

As far as the mounts in general, I do not want them cause it is more fun to run around and explore and plus with all of the way points in the game no mount is necessary and combat mounts would give peeps an unfair advantage on less richly funded players in WvW. I see no need for mounts other than for looks only.

Most of us have sites we use to plan events. Enjin.com has an easy to use guild hosting. For the time being that is what I use.

I am an open minded and laid back person that just wants to have fun. I will never just kick someone without having a talk with the person in the prescence of a neutral party. This is so a reasonable outcome can be reached. Thanks again.

Hi all I have started a new guild on Kaineng . I am taking in any player regardless of lvl as long as they can abide by the few rules I have posted at my guild’s web site of www.honorabledefenders.enjin.com also I do have voicechat available but only guild members will be able to use the members are but the default lougue is open to all of Kaineng. My voicechat is RaidCall since it is free and it does have a Mac version as well. The RaidCall server is 5118733. If they did not force restart then EVERY server would be overrun with the Hackers like Kaineng is. I say two forced restarts in 12 hour intervals would be good and may help eliminate the hackers. Atleast until they find some other means to eliminate the hackers.

Well ya can uncheck the headgear if ya do not like thereby hiding it. My thief sports the entire pirate look so the hat matches the look. I do not like however the Ninja masks for medium armor. Yet the ninja mask does show the hairstyle atleast the below 80 Exotic ones do.

On Kaineng we can not even get some of the hearts done cause of these people that are manipulating the game. There are usually anywhere from 20-30 hackers in our WvW as well. As have said in other posts, my enjoyment of the game is going downhill fast with the sheer number of these hackers. Live players should be able to do something to help eliminate these hacker rather than just report them. Why not a trip command that can put them infront of a dragon or another mob that could kill these hackers. I have seen the same three hackers running the same route fer the past three days in Mount Maelstrom and they are obvious too. All end the name the sameway. How are these hackers getting all of these accounts? How about adding in a security code we have to manually enter each we log in to eliminate these hackers?

The farm all of the key drop locations on Kaineng. Have seen the hacker go from neglible to overwhelming us in numbers. Certain hearts can not be done because of the hackers if going for map completions might as well ferget bout that on Kaineng. The hackers are killing a fun game that I used to enjoy playing. We are even seeing the hackers in our WvW. Why I am not playing as much as I used to either.

My enjoyment of the game has gone downhill because of the sheer number of hacking players on the server I play on. Why not take away the auto features since the hackers are manipulating them? The hackers are making it hard for legit players like me to get the gold we need, crafting mats, and proggress in the game. I used to play nonstop before the hackers started outnumbering the live players. I paid $60 fer this? I never played the first one and this is my only GW experience.
