an idea to make the sneak gyro more reliable is to not have it use a detonate active like the others and instead a move to position marker
are there any cases where somebody did not recieve their gems but got everything else and had to make a support ticket about it?
is going full zerk and only having 13k hp a good idea at all and in general whats a good rune set for power based builds in wvw/pve?

thats the general build i would like to use for pve and wvw but i can’t figure out what stat set i’d need on gear or sigils/runes to have alright flat damage and tankiness while my burns work. i am aware it has a crippling lack of swiftness and cond clear but my jesus book will protect me i hope.

I like dark path as it is. It could do with a projectile speed increase but thats about it. I dont want to see it as a ground target skill. I think that would make necros too mobile and it would make it harder to hit your targets with dark path. Im all for mobility or some other form of active defence somewhere else though.

i have a fun idea on how to give necro some mobility. just have death shroud’s dark path changed to a zone target ability so you can have a slow projectile blink.
I’m not familiar with the gw1 elite concept how would mortar be affected by a gw1 type elite?
they were high impact medium cooldown so it would be like being allowed to use mortar barrage 3 times every 20 seconds. elites in GW1 were core to the very loadout you built and were generally available every 8-30sec.
i rly like the idea of an elite kit

the wiki isn’t being any help on how to get the celestial insignia in order to craft any of that armor
rocket turret provide you a nice stun.
the overcharged rocket actually has a very sad speed and if your target is not rooted/chilled with no jump or swiftness the moment its launched it has a very high chance to miss

whats an ideal build for a cond warrior focusing on really high bleed stacks with A/S or S/A that has good survivability?

My build is 0/25/0/25/20 and i’m a wvw zerker mesmer. In my inspiration tree i realized that i’ve used 20% phantasm hp forever and decided to take another look at what i had to choose from after thinking how minimal that is. I use mantra of resolve in one of my utilities for condition control and decided to look at the restorative mantras and found that it does an aoe heal including myself for 2.7k. After further testing i was sad that it didn’t proc my condition removal on healing trait and then had to think about if its even worth taking for a near 3k heal with a 2 and 3/4 cast time instead of already having my mantra readied for instant condition removal because blowing my primary heal skill to remove high bleed stacks or a cripple before its damaging is stupid. And then i look and find that if i remove 5 from duel and use that to max inspiration i can get restorative illusions but wiki lied about 2.4k heal at lvl 80 with 300 HP since it was only 1.3k. But as a zerker now i’m not feelin great about losin 5% crit dmg and 3% crit rate down to 95% ankitten ow found with the still present choice of a t2 inspiration and the only thing that is appealing is the 10% speed per illusion which i really wasn’t seeing or feeling since its only available in combat. I wanted to be interested in the other end inspiration trait of AoE condition removal on shatter but i feel that i need both the heal mantra and shatter for either of them to payoff and increase my survivability. Again sorry for large wall of an indecisive mesmer with poor grammar and i’d appreciate feedback
