kitten , i was hoping it would be back, I wouldn’t mind some new PvE events in the Alpine map. if they brought it back, as long as they don’t add HoT stuff to it, (gliders and such), keep it simple, keep it centaur, pve.

I miss the map. EBG was a little too big for me, but Desert BL is way too big.

If they do bring “shrines” to Alpine BL, it better be the Orbs god kitten it, ( i miss them actually, except the hackkers lol) [that was like what four years ago?]

My computer got rekt a while ago, Haven’t redownloaded GW2 yet. Is the Alpine BL back in WvW yet? I would like to go back to playing this game again. Other games aren’t cutting it QQ

I’m just waiting for it to be like it was or for it to be somewhat how it used to be. I love playing WvW it’s the only “game” i play. Well i used to. Now i don’t even play video games no more.

Has WvW at least went back to it’s more “classic” maps and mode yet? I’ve been off since the HoT Update. The new maps are still terrible, people still don’t play them. Everyone flooding EBG, cause no “Alpine BL”

I miss this game, specifically WvW, all i played ever. No PvE. no Meta events, just WvW. Now i don’t even play much anymore, maybe some CSGO, but you know the players there are toxic lol.

I miss WvW , Please bring it back. If you don’t know where to start, might as well just bring the orbs back and start from the very beginning, Everyone loved everything at first; orbs, quaggan island. Why not start from there, instead of adding more things people DON’T want?

I tried playing the new maps, Commanded on new maps (took too long to take both gates down). The New maps were always empty. Too much PvE Crap in them.

Stopped playing the only game mode I like to play on GW2. ( My favorite game overall)
Now i only get on for sPvP every other day , instead of mostly every day WvW only.

PLay CSGO and RB6 now.

Might as well bring back the orbs <3

So where’s the patch so i can enjoy this now. I have yet to enjoy the Expansion cause of this.

First the Elite Specialization is outrageous then you get the nerve to disable the Vendor that gives us Hero Points in WvW. Just because some players used the INGAME currency to get WXP. Exclusive WvW players want to WvW not PvE, No need to disable the vendor, re-enable it. You aren’t just kittening us all off, you’re stopping us from enjoying the $50 dollar expansion that we bought.

Everyone is out for blood in WvW, everyone was capping on the dev in EoTM last night of how crappy the Specialization HP were. All he had to say is insult us and that he only reads the reddit forums. Well tell him to read THESE FORUMS.

Time to lower down the Hero Point cost for Elites, and refund HPs that have been wasted trying to get this $50 elite spec.

Lets get a response acknowledging this problem. No one likes it. We are only talking about ONE thing here in this thread and that’s Elite Specializations. No need to sugar coat it with the feedback is positive for HoT. Maybe that’s true, but the Elite Specializations aren’t.

What? You make it sound like elite specialisations give you an advantage over the ordinary specialisations. Which, in fact, they do not.
They aren’t whole classes either.
There are also a bunch of expansions from other MMO’s that introduce new classes and skills, are they money grabs too?

False, for classes such as Thief. It’s the only way to make the game ENJOYABLE and PLAYABLE. Seeing as Dardevil is pretty much an Acrobatics 2.0 Revamped. They could of just made the changes to that trait line and gave us something different. But isntead we are forced to get the Expansion or deal with the crap traits we have now.

The only thing is that it takes 400 HP to play the new Spec for thief or other class. Which is a HUGE grind.

Everything else is pretty much fine with thief. They are just really bad thieves here.

Their isn’t much to it to the post, or to what the problem is, 400 HP is too much and they need to lower it DRASTICALLY ASAP. Quit merging the threads, lower down the Elite Spec Hero Point Requirements. I spent an hour and a half getting ONE Hero Point. The Maps are dead. Wont be able to get any Hero Points any time soon. I’ve already put in my 200 towards the Elite Spec, to get nothing. Or atleast add a Rewards track for sPvP.

I’ve been playing the game before they changed the kitten out of it lol. I don’t roam the forums cause it’s full of QQ from the WvW players, I only care for WvW and not PvE. 400 Hero Points to unlock Elite Spec? Why?
You already screwed me over having 4k+ Skill Points then you turn them into like 200 Hero Points and now i need 400 of them to play the game i bought for WvW purpose ONLY. Lower that kitten. I’m not here to grind , I’m here to play. If i wanted to play Archeage I would go play that crap.

Yeah !! I always run around with that Tonic Transformation, it’s so cool! Even the Staff skin is awesome, and they don’t have that in game for us to use. All the staffs look like they are to be wield and shoot kitten out of the tip of it than to smack em with it.

Ranger get staff AS WELL. and get better animations and MORE USEFUL SKILLS than Thieves?!@!

you can try run d/d + s/p, cause if you start the attack with a little backstab xD

that’s what i run, usually start off with s/p pistol whip then using 5 and switch to d/d and leap for a final backstab, rekts everyone. I’m working on a video , but i’m too kitten lazy to edit and stuff Q.Q

It works great for wvw ( for me) , I only have trouble against Necros usually, but not too much.

d/d and s/p is the way to go kitten meta, scrubs.

It got UBER nerfed though, I’m pretty kittened they changed it lol. It used to recharge ONE skill of EVERY kind of Utility (trick,Deception,etc). Not worth using it no more. better of using Executioner or whatever.

When we defended SM against an army of Dragonwagons they just charged in leaving all their omegas undefended. I counted killing over 7 omegas and a metric kitten ton of DB.

I’m pretty sure you guys have excellent skills it’s just the gear problem
Please make sure everyone of u equip with exotic gear because all i get from your bags are just greens and blues
And I’m sure better gear should make you guys PvD more efficient while we are asleep
It makes me feel very sorry everyday i wake up next morning we are still ahead of u in points

both EB and BP wreck us from now till the next couple of hours. We are Outnumbered in our home BL. We don’t have our BL capped. I’m not gonna complain about that, it’s just a game. It’s all in good fun.

Every server has a strong point.
If you don’t like our strong point, then do something about it.

It is your responsibility as a CMD to rally your people together to fight instead of roaming by yourself.
