I’m also experiencing this issue. I remember it happening frequently quite a while ago but it only returned just recently.

This is happening to me all the time. It’s fairly annoying to not be able to preview dyes before applying them.

I’m experiencing this as well. Looks like the game crash occurs whenever you reach a checkpoint.

I’ve been playing on and off for about a year and I’ve found myself logging in a lot recently. So I’ve decided to commit to joining a guild to extend my interest in Guild Wars 2!

I’m based in Sea of Sorrows and in the oceanic region so a guild with a decent number of players online between 8am – 5pm server time would be ideal.

A few things about myself:
- Likes carrot cake
- Obsessed with finding armour combinations for the perfect outfit
- Listens to kpop music

I’d be interested in male light armor that isn’t like the existing male light armor (ie skirts/covered head to toe) given how many of the female equivalent light armors are fairly revealing it’s disappointing that the male light armor isn’t really at all. (but they people have been making that argument since the beta and nothings come out of it so not holding my breath that a well designed “revealing” male light armor set comes out any time soon)

This. I find that the gem store light armour sets are a bit lacklustre for male characters where the women’s sets are beautiful, extravagant with intricate details. The phoenix and incarnate sets are ones where I find the gap between the genders is most clear.

Make the next gem store armour series a winner, anet.

So, now that we can select a new stat to replace our magic find sets, I was wondering what stat combination to get.

I’m a sword ranger so having good dps is important to me. I know zerkers is generally the best stat type to get but I don’t really want to feel squishy anymore. Don’t tell me to learn to dodge because anyone who’s played sword ranger would know that it’s impossible to dodge effectively. Also since I’ve got a Bolt, I’m not keen on abandoning it to be more survivable (aesthetics > functionality xD).

So question is: What does the best amount of dps with at least toughness or vitality in the stat combo?

If you insist I use zerkers gear, got any tips on how to stay alive? xD

Hi forums!

So on my warrior I intend to use dual swords. I’m using the new rapier in my main hand but I’m looking for a sword with a shorter blade for my off-hand so it’ll have the look of a parrying blade of some sort.

Got any suggestions on what would work well with that?

Problem solved! The Lionguard Sword was perfect.

I’m pretty sure that this is working as intended.
I expected that the lasers were designed to down a player or defeat a downed player instantly after being touched.

I was hoping to keep mine and never spend it. Just summoning the vendor for laughs. Hope it’ll stay in the game forever!

On the Sea of Sorrows server, yesterday, the ogre wars event chain in Fields of Ruin stopped part-way in progress as the Charr forces began to assault Foulbear Kraal.

It appears as though the NPCs reached the front door of Foulbear Kraal but did not blast the door open.
Maybri Shadowstalker now stands idle outside Foulbear Kraal and oddly enough, I found the remaining Charr forces defeated inside the Foulbear Kraal. They were revived and made their way to a location I do not know because I did not think I needed to follow them.
Because the event following the retaking of Bloodgorge Watch did not start yet, the time limit did not countdown and the event chain is unable to reset.

I was not at this location at the time the event was bugged. I’m not sure but it might be related to that I captured Sapper’s Delve shortly after the Charr forces began making their way to Foulbear Kraal.

I’m resurrecting this thread because I’m also experiencing these issues. I’m also unable to talk in guild or party channels until the party windows “refresh” as stated in the first post.
When I’m not in a party, it’s impossible to tell when I’m able to use guild and party chat channels again.

Oh, yes you’re right. Sorry, false alarm! It does give +10 attribute points to pet stats per point. Displaying +1 is a bit strange though.

Playing a ranger as my main character, I can say with 100% confidence that the vitality of the black widow spider is half of what it should be and the white raven has 2/3 of its expected vitality. Sadly, despite the infinite number of requests and posts related to this issue since the launch of the game, this bug is yet to be resolved.

Since the black widow spider is my favourite of the ranger pets, I’m frustrated by Anet’s refusal to equalise the stat values of these pets. Surely there has been more than enough complaints for this to be noticed.

It’s too bad that the only medium armor for males that’s revealing (the only one I know of at least) is the T2 norn cultural armor. Unfortunately I don’t like it all that much; I’m not one for fur clothing.

You’re not only missing out on extra gold that you could be making but also you are causing a more rapid depreciation in the value of items on the trading post.
Many things are already quite worthless on the trading post but seeing valuable items drop by 20 silver or more in value breaks my heart.

So… in summary,
Undercut by 1 copper. You’ll be doing yourself a favour by getting more money and doing the world a favour by preventing prices from dropping dramatically.

No, dying should interrupt you. It seems a bit silly to be able to prevent death halfway into a spellcast. If you’re too slow, then you should be downed.

Mesmers are fine but the swamps fractal does need a bit of work. Especially the mossman. He totally wrecks me. xP

The solution to the karkas’ impenetrable shell was found in the quest line given by Miyani.

In this quest, you visited the quaggan, hylek and largos who all had some information regarding the karka. The hylek had you make some kind of mixture from alchemical ingredients in the area which I assume was then developed into the solvent used in phase 2 of the event.

Come on guys, you’re totally missing the most memorable armour set to ever exist ever!

Currently, when you download a patch, there’s a thin red bar that increases as you download the required files of the patch.

The problem I have is that I see the download amount increase by 20mb or so but the bar won’t move and the percentage doesn’t increase.
I’m assuming that this is because the percentage is based on the number of files but I would prefer if it was based on the actual size of the patch.

I get somewhat impatient when I see progress increase by 10% from 1 file out of 10 which makes up about 100kb in a 50mb patch because I end up expecting all the other files to be of a similar size.

In summary, please make the percentage value of the download bar based on the total amount of data downloaded as opposed to the total number of files or add an additional download bar that works that way.
