Buffing sword auto attack would be ideal but would require Anet skill splitting and no one wants old power rev 2.0 damage. But for all classes I hope Anet really start to do some serious changes. It’s been 4 years and lots of stuff on all classes is underpowered or useless.

What do people think to the trait “Honed axes” also appealing to offhand axe (possibly with a skill change like axe 3). I feel this could bring power ranger closer to condi in pve and would not affect other game modes as axe 4 is hard to land and axe 5, similarly to torch 5, requires a non-moving target.
What else do people think would improve zerk ranger in pve?
Is zealots or magis better for healing druid in raids. Also any advice on playing druid in raids.
I appreciate all the advice guys, thanks a lot!
I am not new to the game and not really new to PvP but I am looking to get better. However, I am not really sure how to do so. As, although I know some basic stuff about rotating and classes I don’t know what I should be doing to win games, where I should be on the map, what matchups I should take and how to win 1v1s and improve mechanical skill.
At the moment I mainly play thief (really enjoy class) and druid but I do have some experience at most other classes and do not limit myself to the ones I play.
Any advice on what I can do will be greatly appreciated.
Is it worth swapping vipers gear to any other stat for fractals after the patch? Or is vipers still good in non 4 necro groups.
Power or condi for T4 fractals?
Thanks a lot. Just what I was looking for.
Hi, I am looking for am relatively flexible EU guild or group that takes on and trains new raiders. And info would be greatly appreciated.
Are Anet going to do anything about guardians hardly ever being used in scale 80+?
I am confused as to what the current meta builds are for raids and dungeons/fractals. For raids should I go zealots/magi/clerics heal or condi healer. For dungeons/fractals should I go zerk or vipers?
What is the up to date druid healing build for raids?(new to raids).
Ele seems to be most meta atm( but would be most time investment), I find druid fun and viper engi but I am not sure how guardian is for raids (how good is the hammer dps build?).
As the title says I am interesting in getting into raids but am unsure where to start or find people to complete the raid with as I am unsure about time investment. I was also wondering what class or role would be best to play, I currently have a ranger, guard, engi and low level ele.
Thanks in advance
edit: all but ele have asc trinkets and weopons, however I am unsure what armour set to make for raiding. Thanks for the replies so far

I mainly play a guard and was wondering how effective they are for WvW roaming relative to other classes. If they are not what classes would you recommend I play for wvw?
L2P issue.
I’ve run 30/10/10/10/10, Staff/Ice bow in LA so far and have reaped so many bags from being able to tag countless mobs. My ele has full ascended armor as well and become much more of an aggro magnet. Here are my tips for you:
- Be more aware of positions. Of course, that means don’t stand in red circles, but also actively inside any reflections (Wall of reflection, Feed back).
- Avoid direct melee combat and using skills with long cast time in a (zerg) defense event .
- Avoid pulling more than 3 mobs when you feel like to solo.
- Cleave, cleave, cleave. Rally on almost-dead mobs.
- Bring arcane shield to run away if necessary.
- Arcane brilliance and water field are the best full healing combo.
- Swap utility skills depending on the monster characteristics. Condi cleanse for molten, stability or blocking for aetherblade.
- Bring graphic settings to Best Performance, with medium to high character model limits. It keeps the FPS up but less culling involved.
Or
- Don’t go with big zergs. Events do scale with zergs.
Yes but no other class has to be as caring and can still do equal or more damage!
Guys its a well know fact that eles have aggro issues even though it can be stopped by dodging. However, no other class has the same issues.
Is dagger focus viable or is s/f superior?
I would like to sign up as student (EU)
