Not a good idea. Then you risk getting recorded and reported to Anet who may well ban you for griefing.

They don’t ban hackers that do it..

A better idea is to be proactive and destroy your servers golems at spawn, only takes a small drop for a lot of damage

Shattering is not just about damage and I think with having IP base line now a lot more people will start to realize that.

The main difference between MtD and power shatter is the skill cap. If you are the best you can be with your mesmer game, then the power shatter is for you. Like most glassy full zerk builds it is only worth it if you can stay alive the majority of time to do the damage. If you are turning up everyday on your power shatter build and getting ruined and never learning then yes, its time to change your build and find something that you are more comfortable with.

The player once again is much more important than the build itself, that being said, if you prefer MtD, phantasms, mantras, PU or whatever, then that is the build for you.

In game and on forums, any person that gets owned or out smarted always crys"cheese build" Funny how that always works.

“this guy is terrible” if terrible is killing anyone he wants and 10-20 people cant ever kill him, I want to be terrible also.

FYI I messaged Fastcar in game ( actually asked Slash gordon because he ignored me)

Due to this thread I assume, those DAOC guys went to the side of SM and did 3+ hours of 1 on 1 fights. They won almost every single Fight that I watched VS every class and build.

Fastcar seems to not burst at all.VS most people he kills them slowly but wins.
I do not play a warrior. For some reason some fights he takes off his horn and uses 2 X short swords. Any thoughts for this?

3 fights I saw what I guess was a tie, neither would die for like 5-10 mins so they stopped.

All that died had a story and excuse as usual.

Q: Why is it when people use a legit build or skill that is part of the game, people cry cheese. that is really funny to me.
When my mez was blow up build they cried cheese, when I was PU they cried cheese, when I was my survive build that was also cheese.

I love all the comments from people that have zero videos.Stuff like “this guy isnt good, he cant turn” and so on.To me if he is so bad it makes all those people look 10x worse.
If 5-10 people cant kill a “nub,dirty no good clicker”. How does that make you look?

This is so lame its almost uncomfortable to read. You are clearly one of the bunkers, stop pretending you are ‘just some guy who really appreciates them’.

Why would anyone have a video of themselves fighting a bunker? Its a long boring fight. I killed a bunker warrior last night, it took about 7 mins of chasing him across the borderlands map (im full zerker) and at the end of it I didn’t think, ‘wow, what an amazing fight, im certainly going to record and post this for everyone to see how i used all my skills over and over while the other guy healed and ran, riveting stuff’.

However, please be ware that PPK will only work if PPT is removed completely, otherwise your regular night capping server will PvD every map late at night until they have a considerable lead and avoid going out into open field and start hiding behind walls for rest of the week, not giving you the opportunity to take points off them through PPK only through their fully sieged structures, in which they will probably get more points from you than them, giving night capping servers an even bigger advantage.

It needs to be PPK ONLY, no PPT at all.

Personally i don’t think its a hack. There must be a place where you can jump far enough. I mean why should they hack themselves up to this position, if they could hack themselves just into bay?

Everytime I decide to switch out Traveller Runes for something with a bit more damage I get too irritated with being slow all the time. Centaur runes are good, but then it just bottle noses you into running focus.

I play a lockdown/interrupt build with the only Condi clear being food.

The purpose of your participation in this thread seems to be to troll it with some high school debate class routine which is getting timesome, to be honest.

This situation is as simple as you’ll get:

• Player intentionally uses worthless siege repeatedly, consistently and en masse in WvW to waste supply and even makes this intention even more clear by annoying people further in the chat.
• Player is very obviously aware of what he is doing and is not simply someone new who is receptive to feedback of others on how to use supply more effectively.
• Player continues to do so at the expensive of the entire WvW community on whichever server he happens to be trolling.

We don’t need a paragraph of legalese in the ToS to explicitly define what “siege trolling” is and pinpoint the precise moment when it is actionable. What we need is for the tiny minority of people who thinks these sort of “tactics” are entertaining to be kicked out so everyone else can get on with playing the game as it was intended to be played without getting griefed. PU Condi Mesmers (staff) that realise they cant win a 1v1 and veil, decoy, mass invis, torch 4 themselves away to the other side of the map. Its great that you have such good in-combat mobility, its bad that you can’t win using the Meta.

I agree. LS is great, but it comes and goes fairly quickly. A couple of different versions of PvP or something similiar is long over due.

I agree with the need for stealth. I find that if I’m not playing a max stealth PU cheese build, as soon as I’m targeted I’m downed quite easily more often than not. Simply put if you want to increase your skill level you play lockdown or shatter (more fun too!), if not then you play PU and stay alive longer.

It’s not a really a L2P issue either, most shatter spec require a lot of berserker spots because if your shatters aren’t hitting hard enough the enemy will just heal through your cycles. Also I’m referring to the more experienced enemies that I come across, not the random group of up leveled rangers that are just trying WvW for the first time.
