The chain to unlock the Temple of Grenth is probably the most fun/challenging to coordinate in the game. Sure you might bring a group of people all on vent who have all done it several times and you might find it pretty easy. Good for you.
Getting dropped, handling the shades, keeping the boss away from the keeper make for a good fight. My problem is culling. During the final protection event, we are able to handle the champion spider and the wraith, but half of the attempts fail because a veteran spider spawns (I assume) on the keeper. This being a veteran would be quickly dealt with but in most cases only one or two if any people in the room can actually see it. Maybe he doesn’t spawn if you kite mobs around to block waves instead of actually fighting them, but that should not be a real solution.
If ANet is going to cause tons of little spiders to spawn in a room that is probably full of players, they should prioritize not culling the bigger spiders. My guess is that there is some form of prioritization, but since the small spiders are also vets the larger vet doesn’t receive proper priority.
Same problem. Had everyone sit and do nothing once all stacks of defiant were removed. A mesmer pulled him with curtain. He flew across the area, but just regained his stacks of defiance. He never gained might stacks throughout the fight.
I just started having the same problem. When I plug into an old monitor with dvi the game will appear fine but when I unplug the dvi and plug in hdmi it will begin to flash (not allowing anything else to be done on the computer including using task manager). Switching back to dvi returns normal functionality. All resolutions are effected by this.
Healing tank guardian and four fire eles.
As of yesterday there is still a bug in which the door after the final boss will not open. 1 cut scene away from receiving tokens and finishing all arah paths. Now I have to waste another 4 hours doing it again. One of the gysers in the tar elemental room did fail to deactivate and kept infinitely spawning tar elementals which several party members seemed to believe caused the hang up.
Good boss fight. Takes some time to figure out. After that largely a dps check.
When I research a boost for a guild but already have that boost activated what happens? Does it wait for the current activated boost to end and then become able to be activated again? Or do I lose some of the duration of the currently activated buff?
Eles throwing fireballs from the base of the cliff JUST cannot reach trebs that are placed at the edge of this cliff. Frankly I was surprised that I could get close at all seeing how high up they were.
