I am trying to send them the Game Advisor results, but apparently I am sending the wrong thing.

To run Game Advisor, please perform the following steps:
1.Download Game Advisor here: http://us.ncsoft.com/gameadvisor
2.When prompted, save the file to your Windows “Desktop” so you can access it easily. Please save the file before running it (running it from the website can cause file issues).
3.Double-click on the Game Advisor file and then click on the icon for the game you are having trouble with.
4.Click “Test Computer and Connection” and wait a few minutes while the test completes.
5.Once the test completes, a “Test Result” window will come up showing the location of the test result file. Please attach this file to a reply to this e-mail.

Hey everyone, I submitted a ticket to ANet, haven’t heard back, so I thought I would give this a shot.

Anyway, I tried logging into the game yesterday, after being away for a week, and I get the message that it’s unable to launch (SS to follow). I tried doing the gw2.exe repair shortcut, no luck. So I uninstalled the game. Now when I try to install the game, I get the same error message.

Any suggestions?

I like the buff, it lets me know when a giant group has come onto the map, and gives us time to prepare.

Cloud Fly (not everyone can command using only map chat)

Apparently we found out how many SBI it takes to wipe Ark. All of these were taken after we had spent ~10 minutes farming the queue for bags as they res-rushed over and over and over again. Ty for spam dying it’s literally making my night.

Nah. Our BL was red/dead, so we jumped over to YB BL to run a little havoc with 5. Some OCX logged on, so I threw my tag on (3rd time ever) and we had a group of about 10-15, 5 being Abyss. We had zero resistance from YB, so I guess they are all afk this week? I saw more Mags on YB BL than I did YB. We even had a fun little skirmish outside SE tower for a while.

Since there is no resistance from YB, we’re not getting hit from two sides, and can venture off our home BL.

Whoooo doggies! Mags is on a green rampage tonight! I am not going outside, because I am scared LOL.

We do run tagless with a private comm, still get militia. Probably because we have a lot of fun.

New commanders training in Abyss at the moment. The only time I saw Mags tonight, started with a guild group or two, then turned into a blob from spawn.

It doesn’t matter if we run a tag or not, we still get the militia.

I can’t speak for the rest of Yak’s Bend, but I don’t play to fight, I play to win. And I play for PPT. I also play for crushing the enemy’s morale whenever possible, since Anet has not seen fit to even provide a hint of fairness in the baseline population. How many of you logged out after that? :P If even 1? A total success, in my eyes.

None of the people there logged out….Notice the green dots? There weren’t many to begin with. I just think it’s funny that you couldn’t get to the tower to build any ground siege, nor could you get in with 2 walls down, so you brought omegas and 25+.

Hey! My spirit isn’t broken! Well, maybe it did a little yesterday when I sieged up NW tower in our BL, and everyone but two of my fellow guildies thought a camp on the other side of the map was more important. Yes, we died in that tower.

I will still come out every night, and fight like I always do, win or lose, I don’t care.

No we didn’t have 40. I don’t know what Big Arms was smoking, but he also said he just got there. When we stacked on the left side (right side for you) of the bridge, commander did a count, and we had 27.

Meh, were just having a good time, and it was only 1 ac. Not much we can do when we only have 27 people to your bigger numbers.

I saw that when we took Bay, sucks for everyone. I wish there was something that could be done about the siege griefers and spies.

With such a tough pre-season of losing a couple guilds and tanking a break to rest from previous matchups it was unknown how well you would do. If it was not for a couple guilds returning, and a handful of new arrival guilds the days before league, you may never have stood a chance at the bandwagon title.

but in all seriousness, i feel bad for SBI’s oceanic. you clearly get ignored by the NA, seeing as there are alot of SBI in here who dont know you exist(“we cant rally more than 10 people past midnight pst”). Ive seen at least 1 float squad of 30 or so players in your OCX. your SEA had a group of about 30 on EB last night too. yall need to get to know your server better and understand that “whilst we’re asleep” actually means, “whilst our foreign players are trying their best but we dont care about them”

I never go to EB, so I don’t know about their OCX. I am talking about the BL’s, which I am in every night, until 1-2 am PST. And yes, we can’t get 10 people to rally.

Someday people will realize that EBG is not where everything is, and start caring about the BL’s.

During OCX/EU, yes. We are lucky if we can get 10 people to rally on Siegerazer after 12am PST.

Unfortunately, there is little reason to go back in this week unless you, gasp, enjoy WvW.

I said earlier, and it’s true, that the standings this week have absolutely no bearing whatsoever on where anyone ends the season. The point totals are locked in place. This means that unless you actually genuinely enjoy WvW for what it is, like me and most anyone you actually see in there this week, you don’t really have a reason for playing past getting dailies done. Losing exacerbates the situation.

I think it’s an issue with the scoring system; there is no reasonable way to pull a come-from-behind win in WvW once you get past a certain point spread. Can it happen? Sure. But it’s exceedingly rare; I have seen it happen all of once in the 7 months or so I have been playing this game. There isn’t much impetus for a losing team’s casual players to show up, and at least in this league/tier, the amount of casual bodies you have to throw into the zerg counts for quite alot. Chest thump all you want about practice and siege placement and skill; it makes a difference, but it doesn’t make up for 20 having to fight 60. Ask Maguuma; when we fought them in the leadup to the league we were getting absolutely schooled on an individual level. I won’t lie; those guys roamers roll deep and hard, and are absolutely some of the scariest players I’ve played against in this game to date. But they just don’t have the numbers to do much with it.

So… discount numerical advantage all you want, it does make much of the difference. And in the time periods where we manage to equal you FA, we were trading places for first for a solid couple of days. Respect where it is due.

Me, I’m going to keep fighting when I’m online. Because it’s fun, because it’s good practice, and because I can’t stand pugging fractals. Also beating up bad hammer warriors and bad mace/GS warriors using theorycrafted forum builds amuses me to no end.

So you basically saying FA is always guaranteed to beat you? like i said before, our pops are in the same class, if this was boxing we would be in the same weight class. Its actually quite sad if you guys really truely believe that nothing you do actually matters. I kinda wish you could just throw in the towel, so we could stop beating up a souless husk

Just a little reminder, SBI won reset night hands down and we had the lead by the end of sunday. Rest simply is decided by coverage like any other match up

except our first match up, where we held the lead throughout and i think you only did better than us in prime 1 out of 7 days.

also except your match up with yaks bend where you lost to 2 servers with virtually no morning or midday shifts, coming in third, and losing your claim to even being the server fit to stand next to us.

your belief that its all about coverage and numbers is why you lose. Instead of coming for our throats and battling hard, you run to the easy way out. Blame numbers and quit.

Were you on the maps during our last matchup? If not, I suggest you pipe down, because you don’t know what you are talking about.

No idea. It could very well be a player in SBI trolling ourselves for whatever reason. But this same guy was here last week. Have a tendency to follow Abyss. :/ Now he even talks in map chat deliberately trolling us in words too.

He changed his name to “Somebody Else” yesterday afternoon, which was actually quite funny, because I saw “Somebody stole my golem!” I replied with “It was Somebody Else.” Yeah lol.

Did you notice his [Abys] tag name yesterday? It was “Bring Your Own siege” :|

I did have a conversation with him yesterday in NW tower, as he was building ballistas, and he said “I really like building siege.” It does get old when you are trying to upgrade/repair/build, but I don’t think there’s much we can do, I heard that if we report too much, WE get in trouble.

Ah well, still having good fights this week, it’s been fun FA. I don’t see many DB, and when I do, they wait til I am alone, then gank me with five or more. I will take it as a compliment though, rather then rage about it.

Tyrion, I beat up one of your guardians on SBI BL earlier today, over and over, he kept running away. He then brought 10 of his friends after a couple deaths. And I am just a measly warrior! Maybe you should drop some open field siege for help.

Maybe get off your high horse and stop causing drama? You guys SHOULD be winning, you have more coverage than we do. Everyone farms each other all day in every BL, so you getting bags is nothing new.

SBI sooooo many baddies. I just love fighting you guys. SBI bay last night was a bumper crop. I guess at some point you took it back, but while the WS/TUNE train was rolling it was nothing but a trail of tears from inner to outer gate. Only group even worthy of sharing the field with us was the idk 10-12 man abyss group we kept encountering in the bloodlust spots. You guys were pretty aggressive, and you caught half of us with our pants down one time, but we owned the rest of our encounters. Even with the baddie level I’ve said it before and I’ll say it a again SBI are fighters. As soon as the numbers get to be pretty even or your guys have more you come out and fight. No tower hugging, lots of siege on SBI BL but you guys came out and fought. The 10 of us must have had 30 of you at north camp after a good 25 minute pitched fight.You guys were sure as kitten gonna make sure we were all dead or gone. Coverage will win this match like every W3 match, wish i could get in on some of SBI’s prime time and maybe find more good players cause the PST/OCX crew on SBI BL last night was GARBAGE!!! I’ll have us there again tonight after 7PM PST msg. me in-game to prove me wrong we run 5-8 nightly.

We knew when we saw TUNE we would need reinforcements besides the pugs, you guys are organized and fight well. I met up with you a few times at N camp and NW tower. Not sure if you were part of the pushes on Hills, as I was frantically running around trying to man siege since we were short people. So, kudos to you guys for keeping us on our toes.

I was there for one Bay push where we got inside, but you must have called in the reinforcements, there were so many of you.

Last night was a little rough, since we had to get in our private TS, and weren’t able to communicate with the pugs. Still a fun night though!
