Thanks to the few NSP that were fighting us near SE tower in SBI! First time I have actually gotten a fight in since before reset.
Was a lot of fun, and glad everyone (both sides) kept coming back after death. (I was the Norn with the hammer).
That moment when NSP’s 2 biggest borderland defense guilds hop onto our BL immediately at reset, queue the map, and have Outnumbered buff in Citadel
seriously? The map was queued and you had the outmanned buff? How is that possible?
After you left last night, Olaf came into the BL with his crew then left, but we had a queue for 20 minutes afterwards, so something is lagging somewhere. I wonder if that was happening last week also?
Waited 2 hours in queue….got in…..crickets.

Commanders, guilds and zergs need to be willing and able to move to maps to help defend something.
In the upper tiers where FA has spent most of their time, this happens without fail usually. Response teams show up and go to work.
Queue’s can hinder this of course….but SBI’s reaction times have been slow, and they have suffered for it.
Further more SBI may want to look at their gear/builds as a whole. They also may want to not be so stationary. Not moving and getting jumped on by us is not helping you.
The times we have seen any semblance of maneuvering, it has fallen apart after our initial push with everyone spreading out…and then dying.
None of these hints will help you against FA of course. We are still going to faceroll you in the open field, but it may help you against some of these other servers.
Um, our guild hasn’t been facerolled by your server in the open field.

What happened to all of SBI’s guilds that use to run as guild groups only? I know you guys might not be facing many guilds from FA that run tagless now, but I miss seeing the 3-4 different guild groups on the same map. We figured at least this week out of all 7 weeks, we’d at least have a variety of guilds to fight that run decent sized groups (20-35) but its been really disappointing. While we had fun tonight hopping map to map, there is no competitive satisfaction from beating up on groups that have 30 or more non guildies.
And for the record, HOPE and so many of us on FA wanted nothing more than to be in gold. You guys faced a server that was really licking its wounds last time we fought, in the two months prior, every match we had was decided by almost 100k points or more. It’s not ideal at all, but silver lets FA get back up to where we use to be.
I hope to see actual guild groups out and about at some point this matchup. I think i saw ING from DB that was running some good numbers, so hopefully we can get some good fights.
If you’re a guild that wants to GvG, please let me know.
Unfortunately we can’t bring more than one guild per map(20-30) because it gets queued up, so only half will make it in. I am not sure if that’s from achievement hunters, people just now getting interested in WvW, the jumping puzzle duels, ECT., but that’s most likely the reason you will only see one per map.

If you’re talking about the match fixing, it’s your server’s leadership that’s doing it (aka FEAR and possibly TW). They’ve forbidden the rest of SoR’s guilds from capping SBI’s garrison. They currently have a karma train running around in circles in SBI BL capping everything except that waypointed keep they could very easily take.
Actually, there is so much siege in a fully fortified garrison, that SoR can’t get close enough.
Props to the people who have kept is refreshed all day!
Sounds like the gauntlet has been thrown. SoR, call the shot and say when you are going to do it, I’d like to watch (from a distance)
I am sure they will take it while we are asleep.
I would had been amazed if they did bring golems after you repelled them once,but considering whats going on atm i think you will keep your wp till the end of the match up.

Strange, because SoS doesn’t stop running until they have at least a 1:5 advantage.
Said by someone on a server that spawncamps yet when the spawncampers see one of them go down they run in droves back in the safety of OL.
Also i can point a momment where 7 sor where afraid to come down from the sm walls against 2 sos and jumped down only when 1 got dced.
Also sor nearly lost aldons and had to toss twice the numbers for a party of 5.
Opportunists exists on both sides,but the server that blobs for most of the day got the most of them too.We spawncamp because your server is bad, and we go away when we get bored of your badness, not because 1 scrub from our server died. If you really think aldons will decide this matchup in your favour you should go back to t5. oh wait
You mean you spawncamp because my server got robbed of any form of organisation by guilds that got bought by either SoR or JQ or BG.
And as far aldons wasnt gonna win a war ,it only proved how is sor winning this match up.
The match is set on stone and numbers favor the buyers,thats a fact.

I don’t think lots of guilds here would leave even if they got paid by BG or JQ, your server must have done a mighty good job keeping the community together when 9/10 the server was bought initially anyway.
SoS complaining about numbers is the most amusing thing I have heard of. You were the most ever stacked server in the history of GW2 WvW, and you lost it because you had no community, only a group of people kept together by a strand.

Hahaha! Thanks for my morning laugh! Actually, our commander was whispered by an SoR on reset night, while we were defending north gate of Hills, and said they would pay for all of our transfers to SoR….so yeah, gotta love the telephone game.

Those were some absolutely fantastic and fun fights! We weren’t too worried about the outcome, we just knew we wanted to get some great battles in and work on training some in-battle commanders! What better way than to fight SoR? We won some fights, we lost some fights. All was awesome. Shout outs to our opponents (I saw DIE, TW, and a few others… I’m sorry if I missed you. I was focusing on not dying! Haha) and shout out to our comrades TE, DR, and the others!
Oh, and I say this in the most friendly teasing way (cause lets be honest, we don’t have much in the way of map to brag about), I hope you enjoyed your paper Bay, SoR!
Yea Im from DIE, we had a great time fighting you guys. And to [Abys] you guys put up one hell of a defense of SoR bay. Needless to say the first time we busted through inner we were suprised by the heat in that choke and it took us a few tries to clear all your siege and squeeze you guys out of there. Was a great time, glad you guys have stuck at it throughout the night and hope to run into you guys more this week.

I know! I had to leave the SoS BL around 11:30 eastern to come to work, but before that, it was so much fun. Been following the score and holdings since I got to work and really impressed [Abys] and others are still managing to hold Hills and our corner. I made it over two hours into reset without dying once with numerous open field fights. That never happens! I usually at least die falling off a cliff at some point! ????
Well, there were about 10,000 SoR that just came to Hills, but we have a few pieces of siege, so they left.
Yeah, we really are having a lot of fun, and you will too when you get in here!
