I just hit level 60 on my Mesmer and was planning on doing 20/20/0/25/5 build. Using sword/focus and greats word for weapons.
Since they moved the IC trait to grandmaster in this new patch. Don’t know if I want to keep the 5 points in illusions. That or move the 5 points to dueling for confusing combatants.

It’s going to be a jumping puzzle I really do think. I think the reason it’s teleporting you is cause they never opened it yet OR its a bug.
I’m very sure it’s going to be a new jumping puzzle. Cause if you go to the place and change your camera angle. You can see one of the jumping platforms like the ones in the new dungeon
You will need to send in a support ticket to change it. Just make sure to give current account details like name, address, current email address, game serial code and ect.
Plus give them the email address you want them to change it to. Once you can prove you are the true account holder they can change it for you.
Running two XFX Radeon HD5870’s in crossfire mode. Bought them brand new when they first came out. When the HD5870 was released it was the only DX11 video card on the market at the time.

He has raised an interesting question tho, if Anet is the only one he has ever used that email and password for how have hackers got his details?
Unless the user clicked on some sort of publishing link which looked to be legit. Then entered in there login details. Only other way I could think is they got a keylogger on the computer. If in fact the email adddress and password is only used for this game.
I would try scanning the computer with malwarebytes which has a free version. It does a good job of finding stuff on a computer.
After the $60 upfront investment for the game. I’m finding the game is worth the price cause there is no subscriptions. You can play all you want or take a break from the game.
While there is still a few bugs that needs to be worked out yet. I find the games price to enjoyment a nice ratio. If you take your time and enjoy the game you will like it even more. I’m for one not in the rush to hit lvl 80.
ArenaNet won’t allow multibox they posted comments about it all ready. So your only choice is follow the rules layed out to you by ArenaNet. People can wish all they want but they are not allowing it for a reason.
I’m not being hostile to anyone but I can see ArenaNet’s reason for there rules.

Kinda sounds like your having a routing problem with your ISP. If that is the case contact your ISP support.
Need to remove authentication, email has been hacked.

Removing email authentication opens your account to more of a risk. While there is a way to remove email authentication. But once you disable it on your account you cant turn it back on.
But best would send in a support ticket about it. You will need to give them all your account details. Like your name, address, games serial code and ect. Once you can prove the account is yours. They can also help you change the email address used on the account.
If you are using one of the free email hosts like gmail. You could use a email address from your internet provider. Many of them allow’s users to setup there own email addresss at will. Good sample is Roadrunner which allows users to create/disable/delete there own email addresses..

Botter reporting - any way to find out the result?
in Account & Technical Support
Posted by: Mrflushy.8342
Once you report the player for what ever the reason. The support team won’t email you saying what action they taken. The action taken is between support and the reported player.
Only thing you can do it report them and move on. Don’t worry they will take what ever action is needed.
I would remove your email address from your post.
I would try scanning your computer with a good anti-virus software. You could even use malwarebytes which has a free version. Which works very well in finding infections that are on your computer.
I have a few questions, if you people can answer for me.
1) I have set static IP settings in my laptop so as to prevent my IP address from changing every so often. However, my IP address still managed to change. Is it because I have to do the same in my modem/router?
2) How do I delete/remove past IPs that I authorized from my account? I don’t want there to be a huge list of IPs by the end of the month. Thanks.
Thanks in advance.
Unless you have a static IP address from your internet provider. The IP address you get from your provider will change every so often. There is no way around it unless they offer static IP address.
Setting up a static IP on your local area network A.K.A your router/computers. Won’t help get past the guildwars2 email authentication if that’s what your looking for.
Cause they are seeing your real IP address your providers gave you. Not the IP address your router gave your laptop or what you gave it.
Keep in mind email authenticate is there to help keep your account safe. From people posted there is a way to disable it. But currently once you disable it there is no way to turn it back on.
My self I would never take the chance just to make logging in more easy.

You could just have blocked the user talking about election and moved on. There still no reason for swearing within game. Only result that could come from doing so is someone reporting you. Which someone did of course and you found your self with a 72 hour ban.
Again I’m not being mean or anything at all. Just block them if you don’t like what they are posting. Really no since to get your self banned over something that could been voided in the first place.

I’m kinda sure that would fall under #1 under the TOS. No matter if they have filters turned on or off. If you don’t want to get banned try keeping what you say clean. I’m not being mean or anything but we all got to watch what we say.
TOS #1)
While playing Guild Wars 2, you must respect the rights of others and their rights to play and enjoy the Game. To this end, you may not defraud, harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress and/or unwanted attention to other players. This includes posting insulting, offensive, or abusive comments about players, repeatedly sending unwanted messages, reporting players maliciously, attacking a player based on race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, etc. Hate speech is not tolerated.
Sorry if this is the wrong place.
Bot IDs:
- ernn.7956
- Xyroo.7690
- steel.4167Three default aspect characters with similar dumb names farming in river drakes near Lionbridge Expanse, Gendarran Fields, Yak’s Bend World.
They only kill monsters near the tiny island, instatly shoot then as they spawn and do weird moves like warping. And never respond to chat or whispers.I made a little movie starring then: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1P-Q7SNJi9M
Just use the in game reporting option. Just target the player then right click on there picture. Then select the report option.
I’m finding warrior class fun to play overall my self. I don’t see my char lacking in damage to be honest least in PVE type content. Using greatsword and rifle for my weapons right now.
I don’t really PVP or WvW that much least right now. Been busy doing heart quests and trying to complete all the maps.
If you looking into upgrading your processor in your system. Just make sure your current motherboard can handle the new processor. You don’t want to buy a new processor for your computer. Just to find out your motherboard cant handle it.
If he overclocks the system too far course it won’t bootup and will need a clear the cmos. He could still overclock the system far enough where it will still bootup and looks to be stable.
I also did not call you any sort of names here on the forum Cbuzz.5083. But I highly doubt GW2 support would recommend overclocking. Just to get few more fps in order to play smooth.
How about try other things first to try to solve the low fps issue. I don’t think the i5 2500k is the reason for the low fps problem. Cause I’m using the AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz. I paired it with two HD5870’s in crossfire and play just fine.
I would still recommend try another things to solve the issue first. Let’s try not calling other people names on the forums and act like adult’s.
It’s not wise to recommend someone to overclock there system if you don’t know them. Cause you really don’t know how computer savvy the user is overall.
I’m still playing on a system I build my self little over 3 years ago. It handles Guildwars 2 just fine and don’t really see a fps problem.

I agree all the bots is getting out of hand right now. You see them running around in some places. Then standing still in others while killing monsters. You also see them posting in map chat trying to sell. When I see them I do report them of course.
Maybe it would help Guildwars2 support tech people. If they ADDED another option to the in-game report maybe like ‘RMT’ or something.
That when users report those in-game mail they get and the map chat bots. They can use that new ’RMT" option. As it is right now some people might use the Spammer option while others might use botting report option.
I would think this might give the tech support people harder work.
For those people that really enjoy doing pvp. Just do a 5v5 PVP match or even join a World vs. World match.
Really no reason to include PVP in normal PVE area’s Gendarran Fields and the others. I also don’t see the reason to have both PVP and PVE type servers like many other games have.
Having PVP matches and World vs. World matches is good enough. I for one don’t want to worry about getting ganked by full group. Should I be leveling in Gndarran Fields or where ever.
Just cause some player’s don’t enjoy PVE type content. Don’t mean the game is going to die cause of lack of new content. Go explore each area and do heart quests, skill points and ect. If some player’s don’t care about doing them cause they don’t like PVE content.
That’s the players problem but they would be missing out on a lot of content.
