Guild Wars 2

I dream that one day I’ll have multiple (2) characters of the same profession but a different race, so I can even change it up race-wise!

At the mo, though:
Human Thief – PvE/WvW — we’ll call her my main.
Sylvari Mesmer – WvW
Sylvari Ele – WvW

The map has remained the same, the only ‘changes’ have been the from the Living Story with a new waypoint or POI added.
Regarding a level increase, It’s totally unnecessary for Anet to raise it and I would absolutely despise it if they did.

..This is not a traditional MMO and I love GW2 for that very reason.

I’m currently sitting on 40k+ Glory and have a pretty good idea of how I’ll spend it, but would love to know if it’s even worth using some of my glory on skins via the Koda vendor.
I don’t sPvP anymore but hot kitten if after the update I can ‘transfer’ the current skins I have for PvE use! Even if it’s a soulbound system, I would love it. Yes or no – either answer would be so helpful.

I admit that I was upset when they changed the system, but personally I only want to have every single (original) dye on my main purely for the fact of having all 400 (it was 400, right, Kristen?).
The thing that gets me now, is all the new dyes which have a much better ‘look’ to them are overly expensive and rely on RNG to get them – and with such a profit made from them, why would I bother to keep them?

Ugh, I am experiencing the same lag issue. It’s nice to know that I’m not alone, but it doesn’t soothe my frustration. I too remember the game in the beginning and how much more smoother it was. However, now I experience lag wherever I am.
Today I did some PvE (which I haven’t done in awhile) and was shocked that I was experiencing the exact behaviour of lag I do in WvW. I also tried some sPvP today and remember why I never play that part of the game anymore… because of the lag. At first it will be fine and then at the next map, the lag begins and worsens if I stay, eventually becoming unplayable.

I absolutely love GW2, so I don’t think this issue will stop me from playing, but it’s a fact that it’s frustrating, annoying and compared to the way the game was from launch, it’s not better, but much worse which is a sad thing at the very least.

If it’s any help to Anet, I’m from Australia – on SoS.

I also remember that Sylvari had a pollen effect early on. I didn’t even realize it was taken away. However, now that I do know, I miss it.

Sylvari’s have such a wide range of colours to choose from it can be difficult to decide. However, with so many options, it allows you to create an almost unique Sylvari.

The look I wanted for my Sylvari was barky, like a beautiful tree.

This latest blog post has me very excited! I’m still enjoying the game and don’t plan to go anywhere, so I’ll be happily waiting for all these improvements, changes and new content, etc. this year will bring.

Sea of Sorrows is one of the unofficial oceanic servers. I’m not part of a guild currently, but I’ve seen many oceanic guilds around or have been in several over my play time.

I remember before release we had a list of 4 servers to spread the community out.
The only other two I’m certain were part of the list that I can recall were Dark Haven and Isle of Janthir. Jade Quarry might’ve been the 4th.

Sounds like my kind of guild. It really is disheartening to be told that a guild is “casual” but have annoying demands. I don’t have the patience or desire to be told what to do when I’m playing a game.

I’m on the Sea of Sorrows server and play during Oceanic times. Might not be ideal (on at different times), but I’ll think about doing an application.

Great idea for a guild nonetheless.

What’s unforgettable to me…

- My first visit to Divinity’s Reach and Lions Arch.
- When I completed my first jumping puzzle (Caledon Forest, Morgan’s Spiral)
- The music that plays in the Asura and Sylvari lands.
- When the members of Destiny’s Edge came together for the first time after Snaff’s death in the storyline “Stealing Secrets” (I haven’t continued much further since this part and i’m very intrigued to see how things turn out!).
- Earning my first title – “Gladiator”.
- The sky during night time in Rata Sum.
- The time i’ve spent in Ascalon, Diessa Plateau. Being a cow, watching cow’s race (Go Hazel!) and watching them fly across the sky to reach harpy’s, has made this one of my most favourite zones at the moment. (Please release the betting feature!)
-What an absolutely gorgeous game GW2 is.

I love GW2! Can’t imagine playing anything else.

This is the game I was anxiously waiting for! I’ve spent more than $60 (bought the deluxe edition and 8000 gems) and will be happy to spend more when that time comes.

Never been an altoholic before until now. I love experiencing diverse play styles when I need a change. I cannot express how happy it makes me to have such gorgeous characters too!
There’s very little that I can complain about. The good, by far, out weighs whatever bad there may be.

One of the things I value the most is the time I spend with my sister (who lives in another state). We rarely see each other and GW2 allows us to be together while we’re apart.
