SOLVED!

I just needed to update windows 7. After a reinstal of windows 7 I was unable to run windows update and I didn’t really care, but today I was bored and so I looked up the issue with windows update and followed the steps to get it working again. Once solved and fully updated ALL GAMES WORK! GW2, ESO, etc, etc.

If anyone crys about being stuck on 0KB tell em to update their windows operating system to current.

Client gets stuck on 0/kb for like ever and than when it finally opens up and you log into your character after about 10 minutes waiting for it to finally log in noting is loaded correctly, game freezes and thats that.

CPU- AMD 2.8/GHz
Windows 7 64bit
GPU- Asus gtx 750ti 2gb
HD- WD blue 1tb
RAM 8gb

Heaven Benchmark on ultra score 889 with 40fps

Time Warner Cable 100Mbps pack.

MMO’s I can play on best settings.

^No. Theres nothing there for me that is remotely useful.

I completely uninstalled and removed all related files waited a couple of weeks and just tried to reinstall again, but I’m stuck at this blank client screen downloading 0KB at 0KB/sec.

I’ve tried all the reddit fix attempts nothing seems to work.

I decided to dl another game to see if its me. BnS dl just fine, plays just fine.

Fem Norn Warrior. Realized quickly that I didn’t like the Norn race. So then I switched to Fem Human Engineer realized real quick that I love humans!! but hate Engineers. So then I rolled my main a Male Human Guardian!! Who is currently lvl30.

Don’t install from disk. Install from online.

Level 22 and I just feel like I’m stuck in a rut. (rut? thats correct right?) Yea.. The gear all looks the same, have the same abilities since level 1. Also Centaurs, Centaurs, Centaurs, Centaurs, Centaurs, AAAUUUGHHHH!!!

So you can’t solo it?

Can you solo any Super Boxes? (dungeons)?

I love Lion’s Arch !

Best “city” map ever in any mmo type game. The default music is a bet drab for such a grand zone.

I’ve done 4.. maybe 5 of them so fare. Question are they daily, weekly or just once per character?

My luck thus far.. nothing too special.

It was a long bumpy road on the way to discovery and for a while there I was doubtful that I would ever make it… him.. my Main toon.

I tried every class/race combo, but nothing really stood out as ‘the one’ for me.

Until I placed a 2h Sword into the hands of my newly created Guardian.. The visuals, the power, the survivability. Everything I was looking for.. I found the one, I found my Main!

So how did you come about the discovery of your main toon?

Please Improve Character Movement!

I feel like character movement is still stuck in beta.

Also allow us to move the camera in and out whiles moving, such an annoying restriction.

(Look towards TERA for better movement ideas)

Such a needless restriction. awe-well.

Why can’t I mail items to my alts?

Am I missing something, how else do we share items with our alts?

I think its extremely odd that people have a disagreement with mounts? Have you ever played WoW or Rift? Mounts are awesome!

update: Was stuck at 67% for over an hour so I gave up. Now downloading the game from site.

So far so good.

I know that Mounts will come and I’ll tell you how I a noob who haven’t even played this game yet because I am still in the middle of installation know. Halloween Broom Mount.

It was the first sign of them giving into the demand. It won’t be their last. Mounts are coming.

update: 35 minutes and I’m now at 65%

Just got the game. Installing it. Disk One went smoothly but once I got into Disk Two it just started to get slower and slower till finally getting stuck at 60% for over 10 minutes now.

Should I cancel and start over?

Should I just download and install from online?

Should I just chill and wait?
