I started this game about five months ago, and decided that I wanted to play some of the higher level content. So I got all of my ascended armor and weapons and trinkets (even the underwater stuff), and filled them with the best infusions and upgrade components. It would be impossible for me to find any item for any slot that would constitute any sort of improvement over what I have. But now I’m finding myself seriously unmotivated to play, because there’s no point.
I find it crazy that, even if I worked up to fractal scale 100, and completed every raid, I wouldn’t get a single item that improved any of my stats. And when I watch some of the top guilds on YouTube, I see that they’re busy doing moron things like killing the same boss for the 200th time with five guys instead of ten… or running a stopwatch to see if they can finish the content a few seconds faster than before (i.e. boredom).
I get that this game is geared towards casual players. And I LOVE that because I work 75 hours/week, and don’t have tons of time. But I think ANet has made it too easy to hit a dead-end, and that some of your character’s potential should only be reachable by completing high level content. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge fan of this game. But save me something to work for! You shouldn’t be able to max out your potential in the open world.
And that is exactly why I left this game. Casual should not mean fashion wars. There needs to be something to work towards and not just…“oh look, my weapon now leaves footprints on the ground” Where is that sense of power you feel when you defeat a boss and get that nice piece of armor you worked hard to earn?
When i realized i was paying money to in gems to just buy nice looking flavor armors/outfits i decided that it was time to move on.
As i keep coming back to the forums to see if anything big has changed, I don’t regret leaving. Jumping puzzles being implemented in every kitten corner of the game (no need to make an interesting solo boss fight or anything that would require skill, lets just see if you can jump from point a to b), no gear stat increase that would justify wanting to raid or do any type of end content. These are just the reasons I will never return unless things change.
Sad to say because I’m not a huge blizzard fan, there is a reason WoW still continues to be the largest MMO. They are doing something right, and if you want to cater to only casual players and give zero reward to those that actually put time and effort into the game, then this is what you should expect. Craft everything (no work needed, just real money for gems to convert to gold to level the professions, and buy the materials)
The gossamer patches are a killer, even for basic insignias. I feel for any of you guys that use medium armor.
Welcome to your endgame. Crafted Exotic and Ascended is the best gear you can get in game. All the stats are the same regardless of where you get your exotic from, you can craft ascended gear, raids drop nothing that is better than what you can craft. You are surprised that exotics cost that much? Have to have an investment somewhere if you aren’t going to make raids drop anything better.
I always kind of chuckled when i heard people call this game fashion wars. Played for a couple months, got some characters to max level, decked them out with gear and then realized…it really is fashion wars, there is nothing to strive for, no sense of reward from end game content (raids) besides how something looks.
So don’t hold your breath that they will do anything to help reduce the cost of exotic gear, it is the only thing to work for.
Gem Store Quality of Life change.
First, i appreciate skins over outfits much more because it always you to swap things around and kind of make your toon, your own. But when i buy lets say an entire set of skins, i.e. the light, medium, and heavy, i pretty much have to dedicate an entire bank storage box just for all the single armor pieces that allow the one time free application.
Solution: Just give us a transmutation charge for each piece of the outfit that way we don’t take up 18 slots for weeks or months until the time is right to apply that single armor slot skin to a character.
Indeed as above said, you only need long passwords, not neccessarily “complex” ones.
Like having a password “ohhowIadorecuteAsurananimationsofwigglyearsandstumpylegs” compared to “1Xk#3_hH” should be somewhat harder to brute force.
PS: Sorry if I guessed someones password
The problem if you exclude complex passwords is the following
simple lower case letters: only 26 possible combinations for each character slot in use
Add in case sensitive passwords: and now you have doubled it
Use numbers and letters, now you have 52+10 possible characters for each slot
Now add in special characters. Lets assume you can only use the ones on the keyboard keys and not alt codes as well
52+10+32=94 possible characters for each slot.
This is why a lot of government websites require the use of such passwords, because as you add in more possibilities for each used character spot, the time needed to brute force attack that password increases that much more.
So lets look at a couple simple passwords and see how many guesses are needed for each
lowercase simple letter only password 6 characters: 26×26×26x26x26×26 =
308,915,776 possible combinations.
Complex password 6 characters: 94×94×94x94x94×94 =
689,869,781,056 possible combinations
That’s why complex passwords are better, because even under brute force, there are so many many more combinations that the chance that a brute force attack would succeed and go unnoticed is unlikely.

“Got a new item to push out to the masses!”
Some of these should go without saying, but here are some tips:
Run current anti-virus software on your computer.
Never enter your Anet credentials on any website that does not belong to Anet
USE A COMPLEX PASSWORD!
Use special characters (!@*&$) at least 2 of them
Use more than 8 characters total
Use upper and lower case letters
Use numbers as well.
If you follow that, the likelihood that your account would be compromised due to a dictionary based attack is very very slim.
Not only did the “hacker” have to get around using the correct password, but most likely anet sent the automated message to verify the new IP address that “you” were trying to connect from, so the hacker would also needed access to your email.
3 most common reasons for accounts getting “hacked”
Simplistic password and the same password used for a lot of different accounts.
Keylogger virus
Using gold buying sites (most likely the common cause of a lot of “hacks”)

Can we please get a more accurate combat camera?
I will explain in detail what i mean.
Claw of jormag fight is going to be a clear example for this.
Situation Battle the claw of Jormag as a Druid with staff equipped.
Have Claw of jormag or his ice wall shield targeted, and it is very much indicated by the enemy portrait shown at the top of the screen. With the camera positioned at horizontal level i try to use the auto attack but it says that i need an enemy targeted with the red lettering.
Exit combat camera, nothing else changes, no change of target. Try to execute 1 attack again and it works just fine.
Another way to fix it is by panning the camera upwards on the extreme, then it will work but now i’m looking up everyone’s skirts (Maybe that’s the reason for all the butt capes) and can no longer see the ground for those very short lived AoE indicators. You know, those circles that light up for 1/10th of a second not giving you any time to react?
I absolutely love the combat camera because it lets me turn with the mouse and have all of my abilities bound to the mouse keys, but having to exit it just so i can attack is a problem i feel that should not have existed in the first place.
After four years of playing GW2 I once again just died to npc’s because I needed to use Thief Shortbow 5 to get to a piece of ground that was covered by some of the right side interface. As you know, if you try to do anything involving the mouse coordinates when the mouse is over any part of the interface then the interface gets priority and the combat skill just doesn’t work.
Blink, same… Lightning Flash, same… Thief Staff 5, same. Do we see a pattern here?
There is a very, very simple solution to this. After all… I ask you this: Other than clicking on skills, minimap or the small line where you enter text in chat, who on earth needs to click ANY other part of the interface during combat? No one, that’s who. No one at all.
Yet all those other things, the group display, the list of dailies… all of them interfere with combat skills, and there’s no good reason for it.
Simple solution? When in combat the only parts of the interface that remain clickable are the skill bar, minimap and the line where you click to get the chat cursor. All other areas become click through until out of combat. It really shouldn’t be that hard since the in combat variable exists already, restricting a player’s ability to change skills, equipment or traits. Just key the clickable property of the interface objects to that same variable, sans the chat text box and skillbar, of course.
Use combat camera? Never had this issue you are describing.
anyone else consistently getting more than 3k ping after last patch. This is ridiculous cant even play
The problem is with Level 3 ISP. A lot of people in the united states get routed through level 3 for a lot of game servers. Had this happen quite a bit when i played FFXIV.
There are a couple options though. You can subscribe to a service like WTFast which is a gaming VPN, or you can create your own vpn on a virtual private server, if you know that that vps hosting provider does not route through Level 3, which is what i did with mine.
You can check the Level 3 outage map here

Btw PvErs there is another game mode called WvW and balance in WvW should matter more than it matters in PvE.
I’m going to blow some player and developers mind with this idea. I hope you all are sitting down and ready for it. How do you eliminate about half of your workload when it comes to balancing?
Ready…?
Make two separate stats for gear. One stat set is PvE and the other is for PvP
When you enter a PvP area, a hidden flag is activated on your character, and the PvP attributes are turned on.
So when you want to adjust power levels, boon duration, damage modifiers, ect. you make the adjustment to the game area that you want to make the balance for, that way it leaves the other game area unaffected by the change.
Not sure why this concept has not been conceived by developers before, but it would sure go a long way to pleasing the masses on both sides of the PvE/PvP argument when it comes to “balance” changes.
Find a Stick! Make a Torch! Meet a Ghost! ; )
Can be done each day to loot the chest at the end for shards
Who, besides maybe thieves, uses interrupts in PvE? You use it once, it gets a long cooldown and the mob resets and uses the skill again a few seconds later. Waste of time and effort. Auto attack kills just as fast.
And this is why berserker gear is the most used. No point in having points in any other traits when all that means life or death is just how fast you can burn the foe down before it does the same for you.
Put points in toughness? Nope, because the damage it will mitigate is horrible compared to how much of a dps loss it will be, and because enemies just spam high damage attacks regardless of interrupts, it just means they will burn you down faster.
Healing power to overcome that damage? Nope, horrible scaling because we don’t want to have the holy trinity in this game.
Vitality? Nope, that little bit of health you get at the loss of dps is not going to be enough to soak up the extra damage of the enemies spammed attacks.
Berserker or Vipers only. Maybe knights if your job is to tank, but other wise stick with those two.
Option on items to “lock” them, that way they don’t appear in vendor lists.
Example, i salvage 80 items to free up some bag space, and since they all like to drop minor runes, i now have to go vendor the 70 runes that are now taking up space.
Instead of having my ascended gear show up and may accidentally vendor it in my mad dash to click sell 70 times.
Maybe an option to right click and choose “lock” that way an accidental sell would not occur.
what was the exploit? i dont recall getting anything weird from the jade frags. so confused now
I think a combination of instance hopping and multicharring
If this was the exploit “map hopping” then i guess i’m guilty of it. Though i thought that since this was the new “loot” map, i.e. nodes everywhere, leather farm, ect that this was intended maybe as a catch up mechanic for new players to get some easy ascended gear.
For those that wasted “hours” and karma farming, it took me about 5 or so nodes not getting any before i came to the forums to find out what was going on. At least unlike blizzard ArenaNet posts on their own website about these issues instead of Twitter.
This is a permanent pass. After you complete the local heart you can buy a key for 0 karma from the vendor. This key (which you also get one for free from the black lion chest when you are awarded the pass) allows you access behind the safe room wall. Look for an interactive wall.
After you get halfway through the puzzle you will face a veteran spider. Defeating the spider yields a chest. This chest contains an oil that you use in your inventory and the key becomes an oiled key. You use this key on the chest at the end just a few feet away from the exit portal.
My secret for the last step of the story
1 Break his shield quickly with i think like 5 bloodstone fragments
2 Die and click retry from checkpoint
3 Wait for his health bar to stop going down (NPC’s fighting him)
4 Use the portal and repeat
5 Around 40% he stops summoning adds so you can actually try fighting him at this point. If you feel adventurous after breaking his shield, land a few hits on the jade
In my quest to try and get to the ancient chest (which btw i have zero idea how you are able to get to) I thought that i was supposed to go above the cave to get to it by dropping down from above. Well after many invisible walls and glitchy mountains, i am starting to assume access to this area should not be possible. Please see attached, and feel free to reach out to me if you would like to know how i got there, it is actually quite easy.

I also feel like it’s tuned for more than 1 person, I’ve not formulated my entire thoughts on the details of what I think yet but I do have a title, ‘Emotionally Charged Situations’ should never result in a battle that’s unwinnable or even sets the player to be killed, downed sure but killed no, it ruins the flow of battle and taints the player to be less than heroic, I had to pug the last mission I knew what I was supposed to do and how to do it but as a light feathered paper weight I was utterly ruined to the point of nakedness it then just became a case of respawn dmg, respawn dmg, respawn dmg, win, that room is far to small I was simply (alone) turned into a ping pong ball.
puging anything but personal stories is fine, but when you have to for part of what is supposed to be a personal thing it ruins the experience.
nb: this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered the situation where it’s a war of attrition of how long you can put up with respawning and being naked.
Pretty much everything you said, i don’t mind hard, but kitten near impossible without more than 1 person in “PERSONAL Story” is absurd
So again, what is the point of raids?
Eh… do fun group content with a bunch of cool people? What did you raid for in other MMOs? O.o
Well in WoW, i raided not only for the fun of raiding with friends, but because the armor/weapons dropped allowed you to take on more difficult tasks that otherwise you couldn’t do. So the game rewarded you in that you down a difficult set of bosses, get geared up and take on the next challenge, but with GW, the same armor is used for all encounters. You can do Raid X, Y, and Z all with the same gear, i get that it is nice for casual players, and they do make up the majority of a game, but where is the type of progression that rewards you not only with better loot, but then allows you to take on even tougher challenges?
FFXIV was the same, you did normal raiding to get gear, along with open world token system to get gear to allow you to take on Extreme mode. Once again extreme mode not possible to do without the better gear.
Even in GW2 it would be possible without having a power curve. Raid gear obtained would receive a bonus only while in a raid but when out in PvP or open world the power level would be reduced to normal ascended gear. That way you still get the extra power offered from raid gear, and would allow the ability to introduce different level difficulties to the fights without effecting any other game play type.
I’ll be honest, when i was told that ascended gear is the highest in the game, i asked myself “What is the point of raiding then?”
Seriously, why put yourself through raiding, wiping over and over, to what? Just say that you downed a boss? Where is the reward for the effort put it?
I was actually excited when i went in with my guild for a practice raiding session and was impressed with the coordination needed and the amount of self awareness required as well to avoid dying. Only to found out that ascended gear is the best, so what exactly would i be working towards? The answer, nothing but the ability to say you downed a boss with nothing really to show for it.
Whole left side of the equipment table can be crafted
Accessories can be acquired by spending like a week collecting wood, stones, and berries. The best equipment in the game, and you never actually have to do anything dangerous to earn it.
So again, what is the point of raids? To get armor/weapon skins? While i don’t mind having some nice glamour/transmute/transmog gear, it would actually be nice to be rewarded with something even 1% more powerful then ascended.
Just stop.
Why? I paid money to buy the game and gems, as the customer it is my RIGHT to speak out when circumstances like this had happened.
You are correct, it is your right to speak. It is also your right to read the terms of service you agreed to when signing up for a service. Such as the following taken from:
https://www.guildwars2.com/en/legal/guild-wars-2-user-agreement/
Section 10 paragraph B
“You acknowledge that Service may be interrupted for reasons within or beyond the control of ArenaNet, that ArenaNet cannot and does not guarantee You will be able to use the Game or any Account whenever You wish to do so, that ArenaNet will interrupt the Service on a regular basis for purposes of maintenance or updates and may do so without providing You with notice before such interruption, and that ArenaNet may provide subsequent versions, enhancements, modifications, upgrades or patches related to the Game that You must accept and/or install before You will be able to use the Game.”

For your first point try:
Bind “Look behind” to key, hold key and move camera. Toon looks now in the camera.
Thank you, that worked. Would never thought of that without someone pointing it out.
Edit: For some weapons drawn like Hammer it works, but for others like shield/sword it does not. Small annoyance that I can live with just in case anyone else was wondering. Works all the time when weapons are sheathed.
Would still be nice to be able to lock the position without selecting a target so that the camera can be moved.
Hmm a person that has to keep looking over their shoulder is heroic? O_o
That is certainly a first.

There are a lot of scenic places in this game, and a lot of potential for screenshots. Could we please get a feature like other games (ffxiv has it) where you can assign a key for “Face Camera”
Not your whole body, just turn your heads towards the camera. I know this might be a minor thing, but for some screenshots, it would be nice where i could have my character looking over her shoulder, or that sideways look that seems to just say “heroic”
It should also lock the position after using the keybind so that you can move the camera again without it changing. Pressing the keybind a second time would return the head to the normal position.
The head already turns depending on your camera angle, but it is always facing away so the coding is already there for the turning of the head, i just would like a way to control it now.

Would love to know how the OP got his data. Unless looking into the game’s code itself, there’s no way of properly getting the data.
Can also be tied heavily to your monitor’s coloring depending on contrast.
I recently changed monitors and on one of my characters was running a very sweet mixture of black and grey.
Turns out to most people, I was actually running black and… basically less-dark black and looked ridiculous the entire time.
It would be a simple matter of taking screenshots and using the eye dropper in Photoshop. Your monitor will have no bearing on the actual hex values of the color
All items in the BL store rotate in and out on irregular basis. It’ll come back one day, that’s a definite yes.
Wether that is two weeks, two months or half a year from now is entirely up in the air, though.
And some have not returned in over a year. Unfortunately you may have a long wait on your hands. Check the wiki for gem store historical. That will tell you all you need to know about the irregular rotation
I have yet to find a way. The best you can do is target a player to see their bar.
But here is what i take out of not having that ability.
There is no holy trinity…..so they say.
Give a high healing output elite specialization (why is this needed if the holy trinity should not exist?)
Give no way to have health bars over all party members, so you have to look at the party frames and then guess where they are in the play field around you….
Logic…
TL;DR
The reason objects are not available all year through is so people have a push in the back when the object is available to buy it because you won’t know when the next opportunity is
Let me give an example of why this logic is flawed. MMOs tend to have larger turnover rates of customers than any other type of business. Players come and go all the time, so you have someone like me that started not that long ago. I go up to the banker and i start looking at all the wardrobe pieces to see what I would like to work for or buy next. Every piece i really like i go google the name of and wouldn’t you know, this is the crap i see
Gem Store 2015 (currently unavailable)
Gem Store Historical
Black lion chest historical
Seriously, i look at the wardrobe section now and just think to myself “Don’t get your hopes up, because you’ll find something you like and it won’t be available anywhere.”
Shame too, since anet could have made another 4000+ gem sales from me in a week if the stuff i wanted was available.
Either the rotation needs to be quicker or more items per rotation or just remove them from the wardrobe view. No sense showing me something i’m most likely never going to get a chance at obtaining.
So short version. There are new players every day, why not market some of your older items to them as well, because they might want a shot at getting those items, and might be inclined to purchase more gems.
Could even do special event announced far in advance that ALL gem store items (past and present) will be available for purchase for 24 hours. That would shoot up gem sales as everyone would be scrambling to get the items they have not seen in over a year or more. Could do it once a year, but the date is random. That way there is always the ability to obtain an item you have been looking forward to and not just “hoping” that it will come back.
You can thank Gold Sellers and all that purchase from them. If it was easy to bypass message restriction by just adding a different (junk, or other) item as an attachment, the economy, bots, and spam would be much worse.
It’s just little things like this are annoying me though more and more with this game. Like just started the living world season 2 in Maguuma and since this is old content there are barely any people in these maps, as seen when every 2 minutes i’m being prompted to go to a more “populated” map. Well then instances of the map shouldn’t exist then if they are that low populated. It should just be one kitten map. Oh and everything is veteran or champion or there are these spores that like to one shot you on contact. Didn’t occur to them at all that these places might not be visited a lot once new content came out and adjust them accordingly.
Yeah, i now know why people stay in the old level 1-80 zones, not because it is the free to play areas, they are just the not kitten annoying areas.
Trying to help a new player to our guild by giving him a small christmas gift of some dyes to start his collection. So i bought like 40 off the trading post to send. I sent two mails and now i’m suppressed…..seriously…the system is not capable of detecting that i am sending attachments and they are all different? Apparently not since this annoying thing has apparently been around for years after some simple google searching:
Thanks Anet for helping me spread some christmas cheer….
I guess with all this feedback about butt capes and how much anet throws them on everything, i guess wishing for a good combat skirt is out of the question for my female character, if it exists i have yet to find it in game (one without leggings)
In regards to the ice suit, i bought mine, happily applied the illumination dye to the glow and quite enjoy how it looks. The buttcape…not a fan at all, but i’ll live.
Have you tried ‘Teleport to a Friend’? That might bypass the story. I’m not sure. It did in the other post-Hot release maps.
Not sure if that works but it is not ideal. You need to buy them.
The OP already stated they would be willing to buy a “bypass” item
Hey Novaan,
I had this happen to me with one of the outfits from the previous months BLC. I submitted a ticket but was able to resolve it on my own, however it seems to be a bug from time to time and when i suggested in a reply to my ticket that it be submitted to the bug team, they simply told me to come to the forums and post it……apparently emailing in between departments doesn’t exist.
It can be resolved a couple ways:
1. If you have a spare black lion key…exit the chest window, possibly relog, then open another chest. It should notice the duplicate item at that point and award the 2 keys.
2. Buy another key, or complete a map to get one and perform step 1
3. Submit a ticket
I purchased 50 keys last week and had the bug happen 4 times. Thankfully because i had more keys to use I was able to resolve it by closing the chest window and reopening (option 1 above)
But it didn’t happen all the time, sometimes on a duplicate the system would notice it right away and award the keys. So it seemed hit and miss.
Arenanet your Level 3 connection is taking some major packet loss. Your Telia connection appears to be fine when the routing fails via that path. Recommend swapping your primary and secondary circuits until the trouble is clear.
Psst OP, I think they have network admins working for them. I’m confident they know what to do
Transmutation/transmog/glamour whatever you like to call it: 10/10
GW2 allows a player to really make a character their own. Transmutation and unlocking skins as you acquire an item is so nice, that many other games need to adapt this method. Since i am wearing a costume, I haven’t had to use transmutation charges yet, and I also don’t have any. I hope as I play this, they are not hard to acquire, and also that it is something I won’t be forced to buy from the gem store. So the 10/10 score is an early on score, which I might find to be much worse later on.
Crafting: To early to score yet
One nice thing about ESO was the simplicity to crafting, I feel with GW2 that it will go kind of the same way as FFXIV, which is not really a bad thing, just much more involved than I would expect. Again this is to early on to tell, and I have tried crafting a few things, but kind of just stared at the screen thinking…“ok, i can make shoes….so i make shoes, are they better or worse, and i can’t really seem to craft a lot of armor slots yet” It just didn’t seem that intuitive when I first viewed the crafting table. Will probably have to look up a guide on it, which kind of kills it for me.
I’m happy to say I’ve joined the GW2 family by purchasing the game, and I look forward to writing a followup to this post in about 6 months after I have had enough time to dive much much further into this game. I just wanted to take the time to rate the game, and express what caused me to actually buy it.
Thanks for taking the time to read this and have a great day!
Any suggestions and comments are welcome.
(edited by Nova.2890)
Good day to everyone reading this. I wanted to take a moment to give my overall feedback after trying out this game (and buying it).
First I want to give my background in playing MMOs
I started with WoW for 4 years, FFXIV for 2 years, and ESO for 2 years. My love for WoW died out when I realized that raid leading end game content and being a guild leader were making a game I once loved, no longer appeal to me. So i ventured out from my safe space of knowing only one MMO to try others. All of them had their perks and downsides but yet none seemed to incorporate everything I loved into one game….Enter Guild Wars 2.
Going to go over general areas and rate each of them, and provide 1 area I really liked and 1 area that if i could improve I would.
Music: Score 8/10
After playing ESO for 2 years along side FFXIV I was really dismayed of the lack of music, so I really hoped that when I downloaded GW2, it would have some good sound tracks playing during adventuring and fights. So far, I am very pleased with music, the login is just epic, and the music played while wandering the world is just right. Not to intense, yet to not soft and making you want to sleep kind of music.
Graphics: Score 6/10
In MMOs at least for me a more realistic environment is what I really look for, and is usually the very first thing that will make me decide to download and try the game. While GW2 has no where near the level of graphics that ESO has, it is more of a balance between WoW and FFXIV. There are clothing physics, the rain drops on your screen after swimming is a nice touch as well.
Lighting is nicely done on characters as there are no major harsh shadows, so your character looks good at all angles. If there were to be a GW3, i would hope that the detail of the graphics starts to push into more realism like in ESO
Combat: 9/10
Much like WoW and FFXIV, tab targeting and beautiful spell animations. The combat itself can hook someone on this game alone I believe. However, it is also more simplistic than WoW or FFXIV in terms of how many abilities there are (maybe not having reached lvl 80 or end game, i might not be aware of everything) but I don’t feel overwhelmed with the amount of spells, and I also don’t feel as if everything is just a 2 button mash all the time.
I think Elementalist will be my main, as I always enjoy healing (I am aware that the standard trinity does not exist, and hopefully someone will correct me if I am wrong.) and elementalist seems better suited to healing groups.
I also like the fact that your spells change based on weapon, and each profession has different spells for the different weapons. That really broadens how you can perceive your character and really does allow a player to make a character their own.
World events 10/10
Much like the FATE system in ffxiv, I love exploring the areas and seeing a random event pop up. Last night there were quite a few of us defeating some dark thing in a swamp…might have been a world boss? But i really enjoyed it and it was wonderful to see so many people there helping to kill it.
MSQ (main story quest/personal story)
Haven’t done much into this as I am only level 14, but I have three characters total that have all done the first part of the story and I like how it changes based on what you chose during the character creation. This right here makes me want to level alts, so I can see all the stories
Gem Store 7/10
Innovative that you can buy gems with gold in game. This encourages people to actually play and work towards earning gold so they don’t have to spend real life money. However for someone like me, that right away wanted to make sure my character was dressed nicely and fit my idea of a hero, that was available as well.
This section gets a lower score because i feel for how many items are available, they seem to cost considerable more than other games.
