I wrote support about this over a week ago; I am sure it is a very low priority item.

Reading other posts, I and many players want to purchase increased bank space. It is not offered anywhere within the Gem Store that I can find.

You buy bank slots inside the bank UI.

This is getting a bit silly – I’ve reported the issue in-game and in the support section (days ago now). I’ve even asked directly on Twitter. I understand support is quite swamped but this is a major issue if people are going to be paying real money for essentially nothing.

Has anyone actually had this issue resolved whatsoever?
And by this issue, I mean when the mailbox is not full and you are still not receiving any items that you’ve purchased.

Been many days for me as well. My mail was never full at anytime either. And I always clean out my inventory. Since there’s real money involved I’m getting prettykitten to be honest. I’ve payed for the digital version on their site and 5800 gems. With that amount of money I do feel that I deserve to get this fixed just as fast as the people that have gotten their accounts hacked etc…

Tried to buy a pack of 5 Black Lion Key(s). Gems for three of those packs got removed from my account. But I received none. Attached screenshot of current balance and purchases (barring the free celebration cap). I have bought gems twice. Once for 1800, and this weekend I bought 4000 gems. Remember I only wanted 1 pack of 5 keys, not 3 packs of 5 keys…….

I bought 5 keys and got none, even more fun my gems got charged anyway. For 2 x5 packs of Black Lion Keys. In my third day of awaiting support…

Have you tried disabling Crossfire? Since the HD 4870 is considered legacy hardware I doubt there’s that much that will be done. Does the problem occur even with frame limiting to 30?

The attatched screenshot hows what I’ve spent gems on. But look at the balance. I’ve bought gems twice. first it was 1800, so I had only 100 Gems left and I needed some Black Lion keys. So I decided to get the 4000 Gems Pack. Now my current balance is 2750. And I’ve not bought stuff for more then 1700 points… I’ve waitied for a response in customer service for about two full days now..

Try uninstalling drivers, run Driver Fusion to clean up (Remember to deselect unwanted adware when installing Driver Fusion). Then reinstall drivers. Also I’d advice you to open up your computer case and see if it’s filled with dust. That can in some extreme cases make reasonably demanding games unplayable.
