the hammer chain in 12k min can over 20k in normal dungeon and my record in coe vs the destroyer boss is 38k

the build is 30/20/0/20/0 you have to stay perma water attunement and is always all crit because wich the hammer i have 102% crit chance

that is interesting, can you please say about it a bit more? what are those traits (assuming in fire there is the one for more hits with LH), utilities… and how it actually work. I never tried LH in pve as a main source of damage … thanks in advance

So LF can be casted when in stun or knocked down? That’s great. I was wondering if that would be possible (thought it would be disabled as other skills). Wasn’t knocked down or stunned yesterday with LF not on CD, so wasn’t sure about it.

ring of fire is burning on the ring…. you get 5 sec there, but if the golem is in the middle, it won’t be burning… the burning speed should be placed so the golem stands in the fire line, that way you will get much more burning on it….

anyway… not sure about the numbers, didn’t try it yet :/

Hey all, just wanted to let you know I’m still working and I’ll keep you updated as soon as I have something to post.

Working on lie? Cause how hard is it to check loot tables? This is FotM stalth loot nerf story all over again.

Checking loot tables is easy. Checking everything that might possibly interact with them is not.

Just checking the loot tables would be like taking your car in because it’s been a bit sluggish when you step on the gas, and the mechanic thinking it’s all in your head because the “Check Engine” light isn’t on.

Well back when unidentified dyes were dropping like rain,fix and response were very quick, and loot still sucks in 38+ FotM, so defend them more please.

I really like how you know the real problem and exact root cause of this issue. Always love clients like this… it’s hard to explain them the opposite until the issue is resolved and they can see the real cause of it. The sad thing is that those type of clients are not technically educated and they still think they understand it.

Hello,
I’ve a problem which is quite annoying. Whenever I click on a link to gw2 forum from other page (e.g.: reddit), it redirects me here, but because I’m not logged in, it will give me login screen. After I log in, it will redirect me to the main forum page and I cannot even go back to see the topic. Therefore I have to go back to the other side and click on the link one more time.
It will be nice if it will redirect me on the thread which I was trying to access at first time.

If it was already posted, then I’m sorry about double post and it can be removed. Thank you.

Also I’m not sure, but you could queue for EB from jumping puzzle as normally from pve (or you couldn’t?) and wait there…

WvW skins for low levels?

This question was probably here before, but I couldn’t find an answer. Why are those wvw skins for badges only for 80 level player? They are karma skins from low level zones. I thought that’s great when I first saw them. But now I start to level new character in wvw and it’s not available for him. I even try to move my item on level 80 character, but applying that skin makes it soulbound (if I’m not wrong).

I cannot see why would anybody buy this on level 80, but I can see why they would buy it on lower levels. I was so happy about them and now I’m sad Was it intended????

I bought some on my lvl 80 because I’m too lazy to look up in what zone to get these items and walk there.

I can understand that. But I bought on my lvl 80 the wvw skin which I find nicer.
I mean it’s ok to have it for level 80 as other option, but why we are not supposed to have it on low levels because those are low level skins anyway.
It’s just too sad for me, as I will need to run all those levels only with one skin from karma, or drops, or maybe TP :/

Hey guys, I know this will not make you happy but in wvw there is a unique skin. The invader’s exotic skin. You cannot obtain it in pve as far as I know.

Anyway, it seems to me that you would be more happy if they didn’t add those skins and rather only a stats on invader’s armor, because otherwise there won’t be any complain about them.
I know they are crap, but I really don’t care and I’m actually happy, because I can level my alts in wvw and can put different skins during my leveling path without need of transmutation stone (which I ran off, because I’ve got them only from wvw map completion). Or at least it looks like it should be possible to add those skins without TStone (I hope:).

I would love to see this. I do not understand why it is implemented in PvP but not in PvE or WvW, where you have more situation to show your skins I would guess (also with dyes).

The Cantrip Mastery trait doesn’t work for mist form in PvE and WvW, but it does work in PvP. Maybe the fix could be fast, if they take the PvP correction and put it into PvE too. But who knows …

Cantrip Mastery STILL does not affect Mist Form (even after being “fixed” in this latest patch)

Can anyone confirm this?

I just tested it myself: The cooldown (not only the tooltip) on Mist Form does correctly change from 75 to 60 seconds with Cantrip Mastery. Tested in the Heart of the Mists, out of combat.

Hey, you are right, it works in Mists. But it doesn’t work in PVE or WvW. probably the problem is introduced because it seems they start to differ skills in pvp and pve.

Well I see that I can learn something new everywhere. Never realized that the sound is because of the braking the speed of sound barrier

1) The design and mechanics of Tyrian firearms are modeled after RL firearms to an extent that we can reasonably assume that the only difference are polygons.

And all that isn’t taking into account the loss of accuracy when firing from the hip vs using the sights/scope, which is reason enough not to fire from the hip.

I agree with your points in this topic, but what you don’t want to admit is that actually you can fire rifle from the hip in real life. Check this

I’m not saying that it’s safe or what ever, but it’s possible. And you can also manipulate with the recoil by changing the type of ammo (have lighter bullet, less powder or something, I really don’t know much about this but I saw talks about it and some advice what kind of ammo kicks how much).

And for the accuracy, well engineers do have only 900 range on rifle while warriors have 1200, so it actually shows that it’s not accurate at all.

After some more thoughts I can see also the lore in it (maybe not exactly but, well…). They are using rifle primarily as a utility tool and not as a damaging firearm (what is its primary purpose in general). Yes it can kill people but they have it as a minor feature, and using this feature shallowly (maybe with lighter ammo) which might be the reason firing from hip.

Haltus, I can see your point (I’m not against or for this idea), but you know you can look at it in the different way too. For example, engineers are renowned for their intellect and ingenuity and therefore can use a special type of ammo (which they’ve invented) which does not kick like all others and therefore can shoot from hip and faster, while warriors have to use regular ammo which kicks like horse.

I’m not saying that it meant to be that way, but you can always find a reason why it is one way and not other or why it should be the other way and not the current one. It’s just matter of opinion.

Totally agree. I was trying to get in with my friend, and was not able, which was really sad, as I was looking forward to play it with him It’s strange anyway, even trying to join him by rightclicking on party as he was already there didn’t work (like in spvp hotjoin).

Hopefully on xmas, there will be option to party in such a game (if there will be any)
