I did not read the thread, just the OP, and he is 100% correct. Guilds are pointless as they exist right now. Not that you really need a guild in this game for anything anyway.

We are recruiting active WvWvW and PvE players. We are a fairly casual guild with over 150 members currently. During US prime times we have 25ish online and are looking to grow. Guild chat is active and people try to do stuff with each other, especially in WvWvW. We have a TS3 server, website, and forums.

Anyway, if you are looking for a decent sized guild with people who actually talk in guild chat and try to do stuff together. Send Sond Shadowstalker a mail or whisper in game to discuss joining.

I am on JQ, and no, it is not fun for me. I have stopped logging into WvWvW because of this. I have been scouring the forums looking for a good server to transfer to that will have even battles and “good fights”. I do not want to dominate entirely, or be dominated entirely. I just want fun back and forth PvP, but as the OP stated, I don’t think this utopia of PvP exists.

I really like this build as a shouts build. Just change the warhorn major trait to shouts and if you want, axe in off-hand, which is what I do, and it pwns.

Just wanted to say that I love this build. It is the best I have tried so far and I appreciate you sharing.

It is really no fun when you get killed by blobs of people you can not see.

What armor, runes, and sigils are you using?

I have a mix of knights and valkyrie armor/trinkets, and my HP is way way less than yours. My low HP is definately a liability.

I hope that I can one day get good enough at this class to play like that. The part where you are deep in the enemy blob ganking people was awesome. You own. Thanks for sharing your build. Hopefully your video will make me better, cause man, I suck.

How important do you feel that 33% move speed in stealth trait is?

Main: Accuracy
Offhand: Air

100% positive you can trigger sigil of air in offhand using regular autoattack. I just did it in the mists on a dummy. It is really easy to test for yourself. Takes all of 5 minutes max.

So they just gave my wife her account back. They say that someone had access to it so they locked it. They also say they will not refund/restore anything that has been taken or characters that have been deleted.

Funny thing is, nothing is missing, so no one logged into her account. It is not like Arena Net noticed someone logging into her account and seconds later booted them and locked it out.

Arena Net wasted 4 days of her play time, over a weekend, for nothing. They must have some sort of software that is monitoring for something or other, but it totally sucks and is reporting false positives.

This is obviously not the end of the world, but the fact is, the service is terrible, the process is terrible, and whatever caused them to lock her out in the first place was not actually someone logging into her account.

I hope they fix this for all soon so other people do not have to go through this.

My wife got an email tonight asking for her serial code from when we bought the game. Now just waiting on them to give it back to her. I hope it happens tonight so we can play together tomorrow (Sunday) before going back to work on Monday.

Yes, because that is how companies work. This is happening to thousands of people. They have a terrible system for handling this at the moment, and if they are 5 day backlogged, they need to hire employees with the millions they just made to help process this stuff. No one accessed my wife’s account, no suspcious activity occured. I do not know what they are concerned about on the account, but they have an obligation to communicate those concerns immediately upon suspending access and also an obligation to review and resolve the issue in a timely manner. 5 days is not timely. As I said, this is terrible service and a terrible way to start off our customer supplier relationship.

So you freeze her account without telling her. The only way she knows to change her password is when she tries to login to the game. She has now changed her password, so F-ing unlock her account.

Your sorry means nothing to me. It is Saturday and we want to play the game together.

Same thing happened to my wife’s account. Very annoying. No email, no information, just a message when trying to login. Why do they think someone else tried to do something on her account? What is their evidence, and why is it taking so long to fix? This is terrible service.
