don’t think there is a “best” MMO -it’s all personal taste really.

MMO’s have changed over the years, they’re all about the same, like a big fashion show! sort of like a Barbie game only with killing.

My first MMO had non combat classes and perma-death. Now? Every class is a combat class and the only penalty for death in PVP is you have to live with the fact you where probably killed by a guy who plays vidoe games 20 hours a day.

Yes, I agree its sort of annoying ESPECIALLY if you have an authenticator and have to type that code in every time also…

Patch times are exactly the same as they have always been, as in midnight Monday/Tuesday and the email even said 23rd for europeans.

Why are so many people confused? This is clear as day.

What email? I’ve received no email yet. Nothing in my spam folders. Maybe that has something to do with the confusion? The fact that their communication is spotty and not everyone has received the mails.

Oh and I don’t think it’s correct to say that patch times have always been midnight: I’ve updated in the morning and some times in the evening since the game launched. Besides, this is the first content patch we’ve had, there’s a difference between this and a bug fix patch.

I received no email either. Guess I’ll play some Borerlands 2 while waiting for an event I’ll probably be to low-level to even participate in LOL

Haven’t made it to level 20 yet. Maybe the “two expansions full of leveling” is a bit intimidating for someone who’s last MMO was 7 years ago lol

I’ve never had a “legendary” weapon in any MMO I’ve played, so I don’t think it’ll kill me to skip ’em here either :P

Speaking of the cash shop, how many uses are the armor you can get from there?

The levels in GW2 are arbitrary and excessive. The cap should be at 50, tops.

When my wife was watching me play she said “You mean this game has three expansions worth of leveling right out of the box?”

I was amazed that the level cap was 80 LOL then again, the more levels they start with the more gems people need to buy to convert to gold to power level to max level so Anet makes more $$ its a win/win/win/lose/win/tie situation I suppose
