A small group of us had been skipping around through the carnage hoping Marin would find you guys and we would see an epic Necro throwdown. After several hours we did find you, and many other red names, and were promptly squished. Its was decidedly un-epic and rather ordinary. Tad of a let down. Sadly had to log after that. Did look like he finally caught up to you however:)

Yeah, don’t get too bent out of shape about that. We knew it was a steamroll, and one member decided to cry over your corpse.
We then used the opportunity use said corpse to show proper trolling techniques, such as dancing, laughing, and the latest and greatest thing “teh barf”.
Overall an enlightening experience of all the different little troll things Anet has put in the game. Honestly, with all the wonderful subtleties available you think both of our noble opponents could manage better that the traditional hop/laugh as you zerg our humble group in an vigorous show of zerginess.

At the end, I believe we did bow. Which most definitely could be seen as a rather odd compliment.

It just bothers the hell out of me because I have no doubt, at this point, that I have contributed to this by building those ACs. I am accepting my responsibility in it.

Its completely kittening ridiculous that we, DH, are resorting to this sort of deplorable behavior.. and for what? We are already winning by a huge margin, and even if we werent, there is still NO EXCUSE for this.

I can guarantee I will be publicly asking ANYONE who places an AC near a wall whether or not they are cheating. I will then watch. If it hits anything that it isnt supposed to, or if its even HINTED that its being used in this way, I will be reporting immediately.

You know, I have been a leader in almost every game I played, and a kitten good one. Because of my health, and the stress involved in leadership, I have taken a backseat this time around. But, as I see it, I would rather deal with that stress than guilt by association to this sort of bullkitten.

Normally, I am pretty laid back, but this sort of thing truly does bother me. Ill do what I can to put a stop to it.

It has been an ongoing issue, as many folks on both side of the fence we can get reporting this kind of nonsense the better.

It’s a game, with all sorts of flaws, but we mean to give you a kitten good fight when we can. This exploit has severely undermined our ability to do that.

Your servers coverage guarantees you the win, using this cheat gains you nothing. Ultimately you are loosing out on valuable experience learning how to counter siege a well fortified structure.

If its DarkHaven’s wish to rise thru the ranks, more DH commanders should rally behind Tuluum now and put a stop to this immediately. Soon enough you will meet a challenge where skill and experience in a situation would of been a hell of a lot more valuable than an exploit.

AoD is in Eternal as per usual, sticking it to the rednames. Hop on over in the evenings EST and we can have a violent playdate Morning is AFK with some IRL stuff. He should be returning soonish.

Anybody not wasting their time on the grub is helping in one way or another, and sometimes the contribution they make isn’t even recognizable until much later in the match.

Well said, except if you are SBI:) Please keep diverting your zerg off Bravost to touch the grub. Blowing you up with VK siege is hilarious and provides a much needed laugh for us
as we spend prime time grimly pushing you off our map corner.

Oozo has a point that this match could get worse as less of the fair-weather’s show up.
Those left will have to come up with ways to maximize the potential of our dwindling numbers, hopefully in a way where everyone has fun, regardless of the score.

If its pvp-ing behind a windmill or launching sneak attacks on a large target, achieving those “awesome and memorable moments” should be our goal. DR wont be winning the point battle anytime soon, but we can hopefully still provide an entertaining experience for our foes, and more importantly, for our server mates.

I’ll say this. I certainly know the feeling that upgrading and siege-ing up a place can feel like throwing money into the wind. I’ve sort of come to peace with it by thinking of it like this. It’s like having a night out with your friends. Everybody buys rounds, great conversations happen, and new folks are met. You wake up the next morning probably feeling like death and wondering where your money went, but you are all gonna get together next week and do it again. Sure, we could of done something else for free; but spending money on an ephemeral moment that gave everyone an unique experience is worth it in my book.

Upgrading can be dull, and can leave you pondering your life choices as you stare at some yak’s butt as it dawdles along to your keep. The reward is when I seeing our keep under treb fire, its walls about to fall, suddenly pop the upgrade. 9 times out of 10 the treb fire stops and I smile with impish glee imaging some dejected trebber stomping off to go sulk for awhile.

I get that it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, and I’m fine with that. But if you are doing upgrades or siege placement, know it’s not a wasted effort. It’s disappointing to see an almost upgraded tower get captured, but if that upgrade gets through and we can properly siege up a place, you can tie up a zerg for hours. If you don’t have the money for an upgrade or siege, just type out that " X location needs doors. Or, X location needs siege". Also find that calling out for a siege refresh at a location will do wonders. Usually folks will respond, especially if you ask nicely:)

Strange how we took OL, repaired the wall , placed siege and even got the walls upgraded while we had the out manned buff and under constant fire. Apparently that annoyed you, so you sent in one of your zergs with cata’s to finish off the wall that your treb had been hitting just fine.
