Build diversity? It will only increase player’s damage output. No-one will want to pick defensive stat when you can simply kill enemy faster while using active defenses (dodges, blocks, etc)

When you talk about skill dont forget that it can be easily split between pvp and pve. And i think they can ever change number of hits on it.
Revenant needs to get rid off energy from weapons. From ALL specs.
Renegade have nice flashy skills. But his energy management is TOTALLY AWFUL. Its like cast 1 skill and “oh, im already empty, but my legend swap is still on 8 second cooldown, nevermind, push 1 auto and go drink tea”.
The whole class gains so much hate due balance changes and it feels so weak and unfinished without any idea due double cooldowns
we get the opportunity to switch from one set of useless utilities to another useless set of utilities.
The drawback for having 2 sets of ability is that we can’t change them or mix them. And also energy cost.
And by the way, the Elementalist can swap between 4 sets of utilities (now 16? with Weaver), yet they have TONS of condi cleanse, WAY MORE damage than us (without giving up cleanses), WAY MORE condi damage, more ranged damage, and more survivability, better in PvP (over-centralizing) and WvW.
So what’s their drawback for having 4 attunements?

Well, after trying some new playstyles he isnt THAT bad.
Spiritcrush+Sevenshot are used in pair due combo finisher. In can be further boosted by razorclaw. In total its exatly 50 energy.
But it surely need some tweaks. At least SB must have chill for better synergy with Corruption line. And surely need some rework with ALL utility skill. At least to be them non-spirit ones. Something like aura idk. Renegade is too much about standing againist stationary target.
Well, at least renegade can nullify all condi dmg even without breakrazor

Crit chance goes down in same moment, as you gain vigor from fury. If you gain fury other way – it works

Somewhy ICD affects increase crit chance.
Why does the Heartpiercer trait only give piercing to 3 skills, not 5?
Coz 4 & 5 are circle and cone aoe, not projectile.
The elite bonus damage has no ICD and works on multi-hit skills.
Oh, that’s why the whole spec have so low damage.
I just have no words. Please, make it more user-friendly. Allow us to summon it on sight line just like every other skill.

If you will look for only spamming protection – yes, they absolutely same. But if look wider – they additionaly provides absolutely different utilities.
Herald can pulse fury, might and boon duration in any moment when he wants.
Renegade on other side must stop dps and cast for protection with some utility. It just does not worth focus it.
Small hint to ANet: do not try to count every scenario. Try to count just more realistic ones. 0.0001% of players will do something like Breakrazor+Versed in stone or something similar. It just does NOT work and it really kills that class.

hmm, the guy is a caster who is called Icerazor, and he clearly shoots bolts of ice at the enemy
yet he cripples and causes vulnerability, the two most useless conditions due to their ineffectiveness and the fact that vuln is one of the most common conditions to just passively apply.
No sign of chill on the ice themed guy who specialises in debilitation :/

Its shortbow feel very close to hammer with a string. Too slow. Too much love for 3/4 cast time.

I think that main problem, that every phantasm\clone skill in most cases don’t do anything except flush of butterflies.
Trash mob? Flush at low hp
Elite mob? Flush at ANY cleave

Is it possible to up the armour on it but still take full damage (well 50% of other players hit) it absorbs?
IMO it’s alright if it dies quickly from aoe other allies are taking, but that doesn’t mean it needs to melt from aoe it takes directly does it?This is a really great suggestion in my opinion. If you give it a ton of HP, it becomes really oppressive in 1v1 type situations. Giving it some protection against AoE and cleaves seems like a really good way to approach it.
But we already have similar phantasmal defender which dont have any aoe protection

Because most doesn’t mean all. You don’t try to interrupt Shelter for example, unless you can penetrate Blocks (hello Well of Precognition).
That’s chrono’s utility, not mesmer. And I don’t think that HoT will release in a month.

Hi, the whole our team stuck in sPvP after ranked match, timer stopped at 6 mins and nothing happens. If we trying to leave match it loads mists and instantly reloads match.
Currently logged off from game.
