Veil is useful when you can actually run across it, but when you’re in the middle of gnarly engagement, sometimes your aim is off or skill lag gets in the way and you drop it too close to yourself, causing you to waste a skill and not stealth at all. This is ridiculous.

Please fix veil to operate in line with the description: ‘A wall that grants stealth to you and your allies.’ If I drop that stealth wall DIRECTLY ON MY FACE, it should do it’s job, not sit there while i run back and forth along it or a foot or two on either side. There’s no reason why i should have to be like 3 feet away from it for it to trigger when i hit it.

I can’t even begin to count how many times i’ve run across/along/through a veil and had it not trigger while i’m being mercilessly pummeled, resulting in death.

Is ghosting restricted to certain key combinations (potentially keys adjacent to each other) or just to total number of depressed keys? Because i can hold down three keys and have them all work no problem, but another 3 keys and I’ll have 2 work and 1 not. Is this normal?

I have an odd issue that I always attributed to skill lag but apparently is a very restrictive issue that’s been getting me dead for months now. When I am moving by holding down either backward or forward and strafe right, I can hit/activate my first two utility slots, but not my third or my elite skill.

Is there a reason for this? It’s not tied to the actual skills either, because it doesn’t matter which ones are in which slot, the first two are available while forward/strafe right or backward/strafe right keys are being depressed, but the third and the elite will not activate at all when depressed while strafing and moving forward at once.

Interestingly, back/strafe left and forward/strafe left do not have this issue and retain full functionality. If I hold down forward, then hold down backward at the same time (or vice versa), I again have the issue.

Please advise. I really want to be able to move and use utilities fully.

Seconded. I was about to buy one for a friend when I realized that they can’t be gifted. Why are some things giftable and some things not? It makes no sense.

For some reason, if I am on land and there is an enemy in the water right by me, my #1 attack on my greatsword does the animation, but does no damage. Other skills hit, just not #1. Can this bug be fixed please? It’s literally life and death in WvW

I just died because of this poor mechanic for about the bazillionth time. I even clicked on an empty part of the screen to clear my target before using Rush on my warrior, and it turned me around and ran my kitten smack into the middle of the zerg i was trying to escape. Please fix this.

I’ve been playing this game since a month after it began with almost no lag. it’s been amazing. even in large zerg vs zerg action. But recently, i’ve begun to lag really badly, which basically guarantees me a death any time a large number of other players enter my vicinity.

Is this a sudden problem with my PC (which has not changed at all) or is it related to the last patch? It’s only been happening for the last few days and it is making WvW much less attractive ( and since WvW is all I do, I end up not playing as much.)

Thoughts? Is anyone else having this problem?

I just purchased a Marriner’s horn today and when I tried to play it for my friend in WvW, he could not hear the sound. Will this be fixed? I spend all of my time in WvW so this thing is kind of pointless if it doesn’t work there.

Each new matchup, I run a test where I become a pack animal (dolyak, ox, whatevs) and calmly (and hopefully amusingly) walk straight into one of your zergs.

I’d add that the biggest advantage of FC is that it has WvW players from all over the world. We FC people always do our best despite the odds. USA night time is never a problem for FC. In addition to that, our wvw population grew dramatically lately. We are still very much underpopulated… But we sure give it our all.

And we, good sir, thoroughly enjoy it. Please continue.

I am experiencing the same thing. Two teammates died, one in lava around island, the other on the actual terrain with the lava shaman but with the tips of her feet sticking into one of those small pools that fills and drains, and when we respawned, she had 2 stacks of 59 minute lava on her and everytime she respawns, she’s on fire and dies. Another guildmate is unable to respawn and is just lying dead in the lava.
