Guild Wars 2

I understand this is an old thread, but even though the last reply was a month ago, it’s still a glaring issue with the game. It is the only thing that I dislike about Guild Wars 2. My inventory fills up quickly, and I want to sell it all or put it up for bid in the TP and then go out and farm some more. Unfortunately I spend almost as much time or more in the TP as I do actually collecting things to fill my bags. It’s pretty ridiculous. Something needs to change or a work around needs to be implemented. Hell I’d even fill out a captcha or something to verify i’m human before being able to sell on the TP if I wasn’t going to get an error every few items.

I have all of the components to craft a Celestial Greatsword, but when I go into the discovery panel, it only shows the orichalcum greatsword blade and handle. It doesn’t show my Celestial Orichalcum Imbued Inscription, even though it is crafted and sitting in my inventory waiting to be used…

Is there something I’m missing?? Why can’t I craft a celestial greatsword? Am I supposed to take it to the mystic forge or something?

I am trying to get a large collection of achievements, and I noticed the Orr Explorer achievement hasn’t been unlocked… I looked on my map and everything in Orr shows 100% complete, all locations, skill points, points of interest, vistas, everything. I’ve been everywhere… What am I supposed to do to unlock this achievement??

Ok, I found a fix, for some reason deleting Local.dat file fixed my issue.

I wouldn’t be so concerned with it, but I’ve been running Guild Wars 2 since it was released without any fault until now, I never had to overclock my hardware before, and I feel like there should be another route I can go to get back to the good experience I’ve had before with the game.

I had been using a 32" television to play all my games recently, and I would play Guild Wars at full settings at 1080p playing upwards from 50-60 frames per second. Today I traveled with my computer and logged in and my frame rate in the world was 1-10 frames per second… I have no idea why Guild Wars is having such trouble when my other games like BF3, Skyrim, Crysis 3 are all running at 60 fps, so it’s not a hardware issue..

Anyways my specs are as follows:

Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth 990fx
CPU: AMD FX 8120 3.1GHz
GPU: XFX Radeon HD7950
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz DDR3
PSU: XFX 850W

I agree, I really want to be able to preview items from the trading post… I’m a very aesthetic person and so I like to see how the armor i’m going to buy looks on my character. I’m actually very surprised that this hasn’t been implemented yet. We can preview items pretty much everywhere else except the trading post…
