I got invited to a group of 4 nice people. We went through the dungeon and it felt good to play with competent people for once LOL. Cleared it in just under 50minutes with a few afks etc. I guess I dont need this anymore, but thanks for all those who offered to help <3

Yeah I’m on NA. If any experienced players are keen to party with me im sure we can get it done quick. I know exactly what to do, where to stack etc etc. Problem is, not many people on gw2lfg are willing to do p4 as its just not worth their time.

Also not willing to pay 10g for a path. Seems quite alot of money where I could just get a few good people that know what they’re doing and get it done for free :P If it was something like … say 5g its considerable lol

Needless to say I’ve had quite abit of bad experience trying to get this path done for “dungeon master”. Tried for 3 days, all the PUGs im with seem to have 0 experience in Arah and fail to follow instructions. 1.5hours wasted today and we didnt even kill the third boss.
Yes, I’ve tried around the guild but only 2 or 3 people are keen and we are hardly ever on at the same time.

Thus, i’d like to formally LFG for experienced players to help me get this path done (i know what to do, just haven’t done it). At this point im desperate enough to pay 5g for someone to sell me path4 complete LOL. Both are viable options, im willing to put in the work.

Anyway, please add me ingame or whatever so we can do this

I kinda dont get why the only time you can admire the effect of the new GS Cobalt is when ur in a spamfest of effects when fighting something.

I think that the weapon should have the foefire effect even when stowed. Its just annoying…

Supporters anyone?

I’ve got a 7870 and I get around 40FPS on average on almost maxed settings. Also, instead of just a 1tb HDD its worth investing into kitten for your OS also. Also like someone else mentioned, its your CPU and GPU that will do the majority of the work so investing in probably a 7970 or a 770gtx plus the core i5 is the way to go. the i7 is a bit unnecessary as of yet…

Slap on some RAM and a decent mobo PSU and case and ur set for less than $1000 Then u can spend the extra money on a black widow ultimate and a gaming mouse

What really gets on my teeth is that my friend has been throwing dungeon exotics into the forge too. Just a few weeks ago he got ‘the legend’. Today he got Zap. Now he must not have tried the mystic toilet more than 7 or 8 times at MOST! and gets rewarded with 1k worth or precursors!!

Perhaps, along with that quest idea to obtain a precursor (while having three gifts as a prerequisite), At the end of the quest you should be able to offer these and the weapon you get to a shrine of some sort that yield a legendary, Instead of going back to the MF.

IMO this would make getting a legendary actually feel “Legendary”.

I’m after the GS Foefire’s Essence and i’m just over half way there. I’ve been farming my butt off doing dungeons, salvaging, flipping items on the TP.

Turns out i’m still about 200g short

I was wondering if any kind souls out there can make a small donation towards my goal. Even if say 50 people donate 1-2g each (I know it’s not much for most people) it would make me one happy chappy!

There’s heaps of spots with dead quaggans and hylek etc. Or there’s this swamp place in malchors leap (I forget exactly where though) where there are alot of dead pact NPCs that have been killed by some champion patrolling the area.

I noticed that when equipping the shaman breastplate from CoF if you have the shoulders equipped too they disappear. Is this a glitch or meant to be like that???

I’ve seen some pugs suggest that they try to “kite” the mobs and kill the assassins. I don’t see the advantage in this at all, since the most reliable way to get someone up from being downed is through Rallying off of a mob death. If you’re always AoEing, and prioritizing assassins, no one will be defeated and you’ll always protect Magg.

I tried. My friends and I stand infront of magg and AoE and FF the assassins. While the randoms are in their own little world kiting by the lavafall. WTF PEOPLE!!!!!!

Yeah but I dont always have enough active friends online that want to do CoF with me so you have to party up with randoms.

I’ve done the old path 2 with some pretty kittened people, and thats saying something. Its gotten worse >.<

So the question is:

HOW THE HECK DO YOU STOP MAG FROM DYING !?!?!?

It’s near impossible to do it with a pug because for some reason there are soo many noobs since the patch that do not understand simple instructions to FF the assassins. Moreover, why do the assassins 2 shot magg??? Is this a joke? At least with the old room you can fight till 85% before you have to start kiting.

I’ve literally tried it at least a dozen times with a dozen different groups. Please tell me an easy way to do this with incompetent fools or nerf the damage Assassins do. WOW!

Couldn’t find much info on it, but i’m interested in obtaining a named great sword like Khrysaor or Lightbringer. The stats however, are garbage and I was wondering if anyone knows if transmuting it with the stats of another sword would I still be able to keep the name Khrysaor/Lighbringer?

As the title suggests, does anyone know the ETA on the locked content like far shiverpeak, blood legion homelands etc? I’ve finished my story, got exotics and my map is almost reaching completion and it would be great to see more level 80 content quite soon.

Were these zones open in the beta? (I never got past level 25). Is it coming as an expansion? Any information would be great

ALSO, you get slowed when running away from something if your pet attacks, or gets attacked. Can’t outrun some mobs even with 33% speed buff with warhorn. Only gripe about rangers!

Why does he get precedence over everyone else who has been kindly waiting patiently just because he raged in ALL CAPS? I can be an a**hole too, yet my items have been mistakenly deleted within the first hour of head start going live. I really hope when making distributions you guys are selecting those who submitted tickets first, not random ones or people having a big cry about it.

I’ve been waiting since the first hour of the head start also. My original ticket that was closed on the 25th : Incident#: 120825-012452 – only got a reply that the poroblem is there and working on a fix…

Second ticket couple weeks later Incident#: 120908-002373 – Just got a reply from this yesterday saying “you dont have a way to reimburse items, still working on a fix”

I see people are getting the “fix” in this thread and people submitting tickets more recent than those in the head start are taking precedence ??? Also, I cant access support so I dont know if this ticket is closed or not.

Need to be fixed please……PLEASE?

Like I posted above. In the headstart I submitted a ticket regarding this issue. I now saw that the mail reads “can only be obtained by one character”.

In the head start this didn’t exist and by ‘account bound’ clearly a lot of people assumed it applied to all characters. I really hope they can solve this issue and resend out the mini’s and other items to those affected. The only reason I paid for deluxe was because of the mini anyway…

You didnt get hacked though did you? It seems these hackers are using VPNs to to do their dirty business. Why people go to certain lengths to obtain items that arent real is beyond me. Lost my faith in humanity.

So I received an email stating that my account was trying to be accessed by this person:

It asked me to authorize but I ignored the email. Consequently I changed my personal login username(email) to my work mail which is more secure and also changed my password.

Does this authorization email mean that the person ‘knew’ my password or was he merely attempting to try and crack it? I usually have passwords that contain random letters and numbers so it would be difficult to just ‘guess’ it. Or does it seem that these hackers have access to ANets database?

Also had this happen to my cousin, which he also received an email saying someone from Beijing tried to access his account. What’s the correct thing to do here?

I have this same problem. Made an elementalist but deleted the character and went ranger instead. The odd thing though, is that on my new ranger character I still received both mails but one of them were empty. The other contained the golem banker and hero’s band and one other item I think.

I’ve contacted support and they replied “We are aware of the issue with Collector’s Edition/Digital Deluxe Edition items going missing after deleting a character that had them. It has happened to many of us, too. -_- A fix is coming as soon as possible, so please stay tuned to the Guild Wars 2 forums () once the forums re-open for updates!”

Guess we have to wait for major issues to be fixed first for them to get around to giving everyone their deluxe/collectors items.
