Right click button on mouse works fine but in larger scale fights (WvW) it will intermittently not register ending up with me dying as it failed to turn the camera.

Well since I am original from FoW I am used to being the underdog. You should try and visit some of the bottom servers to see what they have to put up with =). Or go to Mos millenium to see that right now they have nothing in EB or any BL.

Been on other server’s and can say Deso’s rallybots are by far the greatest.

I’ll upload a video of last friday’s TLA INVI raid to give you a glimpse of the fun we have, we were 1 tagged up group facing separate guilds such as RAGE, INC, Rise, Dova, EO and others……we were fighting miles away from our waypoint inside enemy garri. The best fight ive/we have had in a long time…and if anyone from this event see’s this video they will remember this day.

Anyway hope my guildy doesnt mind if i also use the teamspeak recording, YURDO was leading this first fight…and tbh it was so much fun, movement was good could of been better, we lost people slowly and crumbled…but i wouldnt say we insta wiped.

You will hear me talking alot…when Yurdo was not, moaning in ts about waterfields, shouting hammerstun, swearing at people to finish the downs and laughing when Yurdo calls for banners….when im sitting at full HP.

p.s My internet is slow so don’t expect it to be up straight away. btw my daughter just said to me ‘does he want his mummy’’ lmao she is 3 years old and even she understands when someone is crying….. Maybe your parents used Johnsons shampoo when you were younger and its made you a little soft.

I’m happy that some of deso’s pve players are still in wvw even though they have the AP’s completed……good to see they like this gameplay as opposed to pve 24/7. Hopefully this new taste they have gets them into an organised guild…can only be good for the server. Yeah sure i’m happy we have coverage again….its nice to not lose all the time. …but i do agree we have coverage and should be back in a higher league. Do i miss logging on in the morning to see viz have golem pvd’d everything…no…..i can feel your pain..been there done that m8.

Shame we had lost deso hills wp due to lack of communication…..we just managed to save bay. GH and FR how did you like my epic deso garri defence on our home border with ma GOLEM. I do not have an epic video because small scale looks way less impressive of course.
Let me tell you what I finf wrong in that vid and remember this has nothing to do with deso, GH does it also.
One big train/zerg/blob whatever you call it. people running through mobs going 1,1,1,1,1,1,1, sometimes 2 because you can just do this when you have more numbers. It’s the way wvw now works. You can just rez everyone during the fight or after it does not matter. The defenders can go out kill one of you but it makes no difference, they get instarezzed. And when one of the defenders dies, they have to waypoint most of the time.
Waypoints in enemy borderlands is also kinda weird because it allows them to be back right after we killed the zerg and dead people in keeps acting like scouts to tell when to attack.
So again, nothing to do with you or your server, every server does it. I also love wvw, but there is much improvement, I am sure some would agree.

No need to show disrespect like that. I think its bad week with bad fights due to gap in numbers between Deso and GH, FR. I would also like to recognise and comment on following enemy guild Crow ran into last week, Crow run with 20 ppl max.

INVI – guild raid + pugs never less then 50 people, we never engage in that situation and only “fights” we had was when we were disengaging avoiding while u were overunning us with 3 times more people or when u jumped us while we were fighting FR zerg.
Actually for last 2 weeks we had just 2 real fights with INVI+pugs in only sitation we could fight, our own garrison and we kinda wiped u twice kinda easy so….

Sylosis stop posting any more stupid comments on this forums and enjoy ur pvd and season 1 reward chest, i hope u get just couple greens more then rest.

Nothing fun today in EB. Not sure why Deso needed 5 golems to take a wooden keep away from us. Clearly it was a ‘’we have bigger numbers than you. In your face’’ kind of takeover. Clearly we were outnumbered. Then we got based camped for about 15 minutes. Only time they left was because FR took Veloka Tower from them.

Here’s hoping to more interesting things happen the rest of the week, but I doubt it. Roll on Friday.

After i took your way pointed garri this morning in eb i then took my omega golem with kite in hand and tried to take on a legendary defender at your spawn…….why?

CROW had a lot of fun yesterday on FR border, gj for that ninja team,managed to flip bay under 2 minutes, but you payed with lootbags in FR garri, together with Deso ^^

Around 11:30pm we were called to help GH border, you really had one big blob but failed 2 times inside lord’s and it’s not that wp saved us, you’re people wasn’t on tag inside and you lost numbers when you pushed to lord area, video might come up too^^ but it was a lot of fun

But I don’t understand 1 thing, map was full blue expect garrison and you still focused on garri while you let Fr blob to pvd everything, why is that?

It was all green…..trust me. I then focussed on last thing that we did not flip…garri. FR then took everything while we focussed on draining garri supplies and assaulting it.

Indeed i did notice you guys come to save garri, GG CROW. We lost numbers the more time went on due to 6 things, Our squishy player builds, your siege above lord room, your separate groups, your waypoint, our distant spawn waypoint and you closed the outter.

I dont care about ppt that much when we are so many points ahead….let FR pvd for all i care…i only wanted fights.

Thanks for the loot bags in FSP BL, i was tagged up…i removed my armor and was commanding naked at the end of my session. Ping was over 700 too as per normal.

Hats off to VOTF, Rage & FURY for the epic fights on fsp bl.

I was over 1 hour in the queue and from what i gather i missed some great fights. I eventually got in and was so up for some epic fights.

My ping again was 500+ the whole time however i still managed to play, then shortly after joining the fun i took over commanding the 40 or so players left in TS.

The best fights i’ve had for a long time, VOTF it was a pleasure and i congratulate you for moving separately from your tagged zerg. Even when you lost numbers you still stayed separate.

Great reset and having BAY was like a magnet for fights…..how we held it i don’t know, i didn’t even bother to build much siege. We had 1 normal ac on vista in bay and sup ac in lord room…that’s it.

Thanks again to TLA and CTRL for joining our INVI open Reset raid. Shame my ping was too high to record the fights, hope someone captured it.

Look forward to more epic fights this week.

p.s Shoutout to Narai from VOTF….sorry i couldn’t control them however i hope you noticed we shed alot of tears when those cruel kittens killed you. Í was shouting in TS ‘’dont kill him..nooooooo’’

Sorry to all the enemies that died at our hands this evening, INVI tagged up event was decided to be ran on EB.

I tagged up half way through and tbh was reluctant due to my ping being 500 and the normal performance ability of the eb pugs.

We were getting dbl teamed the whole time and i could not go too aggressive to capture towers etc etc, but still managed to flip a t3 tower.

Thankyou to all those on eb that joined me/us….you have put some faith back into my opinions on eb deso pugs…….on that note i hear we were being farmed on other maps…..so word of advice join INVI open raids!!!!

I’m afraid to say that the performance in DESO BL today has been awful.

Nice play from AG, 2 organised groups and dont die on the first engage unlike us.

@Sylosis: Dude!? What did u want to show us with this video? You just spam skill 1 all time… You wanna tell us, that u lagged? We all can see, that u never even tried to use another skill. If you tried to use one, it would blink in your skillbar and never get used. You used sometimes ur F1 and every time u used it, it got activated immediatly. So well, I hope you will discover the other skills, because im sure u will have much more fun with them :-)

The funniest reset in a long time!!!!

Scores started resetting and spamming F on the green portal commenced

It reset and i suddenly appear in the middle of a millers zerg with you and a few of your guys and me and few of mine. We wiped them fast and then you rushed straight to the FR garrison…..i had to follow.

INVI + TLA + unexpected guests PT (FR BL reset 25.10) GW2 Guild Wars 2 WvW Desolation

I was commanding our open raid event on Desolation Server in Guild Wars 2 on the 25th October. This is a small video of the initial lag fest in FR garrison.

We / Eternal Invictus planned on getting at least 30 of us plus a few special guests from TLA guild into Fort Ranik Borderland……well lets say it didn’t quite go to plan.

Being a reset event and Friday night anyway its always a task due to the amount of players online, coupled with the new WvW achievement points….its made it impossible for any guild to have organized raids like they used to.

WvW restarted instantly when the points reset to Zero and caught alot of us out, only 50% of us got into FR BL…..the rest were in queue.

We managed to get around 8 INVI into the map and maybe 8 TLA…..mainly due to the fact we suddenly appeared ontop of enemy zerg surrounded by another Deso commander ’’Ins’’. I later found out he had to come to our border as EB was fully queued in seconds…..he had over 140 players in his Team speak channel…clearly they could not all be in Fr BL either.

It was quite a good reset apart from the fact the guild (us INVI) were separated over various maps and queues.

Thankyou to all those that followed me commanding on deso bl today during the hours of 15:00 – 00:33.

It was a mess when i logged on and took a while to get some co-ordination, wooden towers, no scouts, no siege and both hills and bay had enemy waypoints and were seiged up very well.

It was a slow start but thanks to dedicated scouts, dolly walkers and people willing to follow and join me/us on Team speak we managed to get our towers upgraded, seiged and eventually ended the day flipping both the waypointed hills and bay.

Hats off to Gandara who were impossible to beat in the field, AM was quite the opposite however.

I was queued for nearly 2 hours, then when i got on i was forced to tag up in deso bl.

North towers were mostly wooden and no seige, we had no supply and we were being hit by both AM and Gandara.

Finally managed to reset hills later on, GG to everyone who followed me it was hard work considering our poor start due to lack of seige, supply, scouts & sniper groups.

Its not all about the coverage as everyone likes to say, but it does help and makes things easier.

I hope that we spend the rest of the week focusing more on improving our ability to set-up our defenses and maintain them…..just remember not everyone in WvW is a veteran know it all….so cut some slack on the pve…er’s. Welcome them, get them into teamspeak, get organized and succeed through teamwork. (less flaming……you/we can only control so much)

Common knowledge is we lack guilds on desolation and are currently mainly fighting with pugs and achievement point hunters…i’m sure this is a similar situation on other servers though, so please try to refrain from using this as an excuse.

I look forward to commanding more over the weekend and the support i have received from all the people in desolation is very nice.

A very hard to kill warrior in any circumstance. There is little you can do to stop them from running away(and getting away) besides stripping their stability and non-immobilize CCing them until their Endure Pains run out.

It does not mean they are immortal or OP, they’re just built for getting away.
