Something has to be done about the megaserver, I totally agree. I’m spanish and play in baruch bay, but today in rata sum it was a complete mess of players talking in german, french, english and spanish (more or less in decreassing order). I myself understand english and a little french, but de vast mayority of spanish players don’t, and they complain, making the chat completely toxic and useless.
Please, do something about it. (I think that a general chat in each language would be a pretty good solution, One “map chat” per language and each one could select to read/write in whatever channel as they see fit).
I have a question that I belive is important, but I’m not sure if this is the right place. Anyway, here it goes:
What will happen with our spvp look? Will we lost it when the patch hits? Or we will be able to change or at least select wich look we prefer (between pve and pvp)?
Thank you
This is a basic guide, in spanish but with english subs if you need them (they were added at the end and get a little in the middle of the action, sorry for that). It’s pretty basic, and we did it just for fun, hope you enjoy it!

Oh, and very big thanks to dulfy and her team, without her guide ours wouldn’t have been possible (and sorry for my english).
What about this:
You take the legacy of the foefire map and make the following changes:
-The map does not have any point limit, just time limit
-The lord is invulnerable or maybe even isn’t there unless you control the three points
-The team that kills the lord wins, if no lord is killed when the time ends, the team with the most points wins (points could be awarded as usual, or maybe give points for each % of life you manage to down the lord and/or just give points only when you control the three capture points).
Sorry if someone has already mentioned this, haven’t read the hole post
1. More game modes
2. Rewards at more or less the same level of pve/wvw
3. More official tournaments
1. Commander revamp
2. Something to counter the zerging
3. Something to balance against night coverage vs same numbers but during the day.
1. RNG and rewards in general (loot)
2. QoL guild improvements and player/guild housing
3. More instanced content for different group numbers (for groups of 2,3,5 or even 10 or 20 people).

Some additional members of the excellent WvW team, by no means all, and even then remember that countless members of the ArenaNet staff are involved in every piece of content that goes out the door:
John Ryan, writer
Hugh Norfolk, designer
Matt Witter, designer
Patrick “El Capitán de Culling” Mera, programmer
Chris Barrett, programmer
Tirzah Bauer, artist
Brian Cautrell, producerSo, they are okay being called out by name, and they all rock. Like I said, though, that’s just the start of everyone who busts their butts to get WvW made better.
Thanks to all these fine employees of Anet. Your work is appreciated by many, me included. I’m guessing Patrick had a hand in the WvW culling fix as well due to his title :P? Either way, all these people deserve our respect.
Thanks again!
El Capitán had a very large part in fixing culling. He often enters the room with Flash Gordon’s theme song playing.
Uuuu… seriously, Patrick Mera, you don’t want to be called that. I mean… culling just sound in spanish as… “little butt”, so…
Attached is a screenshot of the hunt that we tried this afternoon. We had “Deputy” Brooke as a target, but we couldn’t activate her. I don’t know if it was our fault, but yesterday we did it without problems…
I think it’s better to not remove them, just change them to appear just when there’s fighting between actual people, and not between people and npcs.
I don’t know if this is in the game already, but if it isn’t it would be a good feature:
-Make the mail return to sender automatically if the receiver doesn’t open it in a reasonable amount of time (like 10 days or something).
I approve of this, specially of the point value to population %:

:)
Just made the points earned relative to the population of your server on each map.
I think it wouldn’t be so hard to do it, and it can solve the problem of the matches between servers with high differences in population at different times.
I usually salvage everything but the green heavy armour and weapons that give metal. That’s because I need the mats to craft. And I allways use the white one with 25 uses, but for the yellows, for them I use the yellow one to try to get the tier 6 mats.
I came here to suggest basically the same thing. But probably instead of “motivate” guilds to transfer to smaller servers, anet could search for guilds centered in WvW on high population servers and offer them a complete and transparent transfer to a low pop server. That way the issues with queues would be partially resolved, but probably it would be wiser to wait until the free transfers are over and the server population is steadier than now.
