Been in a few 1v1s in WVW and while most matchups can be fun, Bes and DH are the antithesis of that. I find those to be the most lopsided fights. Does anet have a problem ba;lancing heavy armor classes or what? I could use some help because those fights werent even close
Sorry, I come from wow where each expansion had better gear. I’m hearing thats not the case though? So basically I can farm my end game weapons now and they will be good to go all throughout PoF?
SOR WVW is a blast. THey just blob from garrison to NE/NW towers. Real fun guys….
I think SOR learned their lesson last week when they got knocked to second tier. They would rather truce with bg and repel JQ then be knocked down again because they know thats what would happen
I almost feel bad for BG. Whoever your leaders are please fire them. With your numbers in every zone there is no reason you cant zerg your way to the most points. Instead I see you guys doing the most kittened stuff. Fix it please

Taking damage brought one out of stealth, unless vanish was just used. Here, we got thieves stealthing, then stealthing right after their first stealth runs out. I guess we all have to spend money to beat a class…
This was one of the funnest weeks in wvw I’ve had in a long time. Only disappointing thing was one of the newer JQ guilds [RQ] being disrespectful to people and other guilds in wvw. Overall though it was a very challenging and fun week.

It was WVW, and I realize I am only level 21, but with the boosted stats there should be no reason I am dying from using attacking him. To me thats pretty bad game design
High survivability, excellent damage, wanted in groups all the time. Really no cons
To bad JQ doesnt have the numbers to match the nub BG zergs.

So yeah. I’ve been 80 for about 2 weeks. I’m 400 armorsmith and 400 jewelcrafting.
I have made 2-3 full sets of exotics. I have almost 100% world completion.
I have done almost everything there is to do in this game. And I’m not playing 24/7. I just set myself to a task and do it.
There is no feeling of end game. Doing events over and over and over and over and over is a grind. Doing dungeons over and over for their gear skins is a grind.
There are no epic fights, no raids, most of the dungeons are poorly designed with trash being harder than the actual bosses. (Seriously, I can solo the first 2 bosses in warden wing Arah. – Really?)
The game is a grind – the PvP feels lackluster at best, especially wvw. Zerg vs zerg is not my idea of fun. I pretty much ignore the objectives in wvw and run around just looking for solo fights or 1v2’s 1v3’s.
Where is the end game? Where are these “Dynamic Events” you are speaking of because I haven’t ever seen them.
And to you people, who I have seen post this in so many other threads. To answer your question “The game has been out only 3 weeks, what do you expect?”
I expect a game, upon release to have enough content to keep me busy until new content comes out. Not to have 2 days worth of event seeing and then do those same events for hours and hours.

Keep in mind as he was “chasing” me with his skillmoves, I had a pet entagle on him at one time as well as a trap that slowed him. Guess warriors have more mobility than rangers….
Its bad enough he had more mobility than just about any class and caught up with me halfway across the map. But when he finally did, he puts me in a block of ice, hundred blades, dead. WTF?
HOD/JQ/ET would be epic. ET realizes that its best to team up with number 2 to kill number 1. Not hold number ones hand

Plain and simple. I have an 80 ele and a ranger, and neither have the damage output, escape(ele comes close) or outright dominance in spvp and wvw
@Tarinis.6054 It seems to me your the uneducated person or you play a completely different time than I do or a different map. I am always on SBI Borderlands at prime time US. Not sure when you play or what map you play on but you sir are incorect in your assumptions in every matter.
@Strange.9607 has it right a few threads above yours in that your keeps are much softer targets than HOD’s simply because you don’t build up defenses. We attacked Askelion the other night on Sunday simply to keep HOD from wiping you off the map so we wouldn’t be focussed by the full zerg (your welcome btw). As soon as we attacked Askelion we had the outer door to half with two rams going and then the entirety of the HOD force showed up and pushed us out. Meanwhile you guys had a chance to regain your foothold on the map. (again your welcome btw).
So really claim superiority all you want but when your mindless zerg runs headlong into seige choke points and wonders why they get wiped out over and over figure it out. The reason we kept Daws all night on SBI borderlands is because we upgraded the hell out of it when it was our only tower on the map then made our push on everything else. By the time I logged off we had reclaimed our whole northern half of the map.

Except that the servers are NA servers. So it should cater to those playing in NA
And yesterday we were owning the kitten out of both HoD and SBI. THe night crews taking back everything we do is unfortunate
There may be no allaince, but SBI and henge are just poor players and heres why. In DAOC the Albs were the biggest and largest. As such because of their relic and numberical advantage, the mids and hibs would team up on them. HoD and SBI are to stupid for that. HoD has some Titan alliance(lol kitten), so that makes them a unified zerg. What JQ and SBI need to be doing is hitting them from both sides. Instead you have them just waving at each other like in those screenshots above
Full of yourself much? So in a couple of weeks when it is you and ET against HOD and your in last place will we see this same thread? Assuming you ever make it into the top bracket again (god I hope not). I think the only server we have ever been matched against that has QQ’d this much has been you guys.
Please next weeks match make sure you don’t come in first in the lower bracket so you don’t have to face henge again and all will be right with the world. You can steamroll the 5th and 6th ranked servers and brag how good you are then.

I just call it like I see it. I see no coordination from JQ and only zerging. I see strategy and cunning from Henge. SBI has quite a few very large organized guilds so we have better coordination. I know my guild alone could field 80 or 90 on one map if we could all get in at the same time and it is only that low because all 200 don’t want to do WvW at the same time.
Zerging would be you guys pushing us out of garrison, rushing up the hill to dawns following the people drawing you in, then getting slaughtered by seige, rinse repeat while you ignore the tower on the other side and don’t even bother to build your own trebs to take out ours on the walls of dawns. I mean seriously we had 3 trebs up there. How could you not see them. /boggle
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over the same way and expecting a different result.
We are just now getting our server to use our voice coms. It is like pulling teeth but it is happening slowly but surely.

Sorry for caps, but I am raging. If you get disconnected either while in queue or in WVW itself, it boots you out and you have to wait again. At least give us a 5 minute grace period
The idea of the HoD Titan Alliance amuses me. I have steamrolled so many of their guys. No wonder they need a server wide allaince

IT’S NOT UNDERPOWERED! You’re either building it or playing it wrong. My D/D ele kills all kinds of things very fast. Especially when they surround me!
It’s not a matter of mastering an underpowered profession, it’s a matter of mastering a profession that takes more than the intellect of an ape to master. If we get a buff, I won’t just feel like a god…I will BE a god. As cool as that would be, I don’t want that to happen because more people would figure out the class over time, people would start complaining that Eles are overpowered, as they absolutely would be, and then we risk being nerfed into oblivion and ACTUALLY being underpowered, as opposed to just intricate.

Right now ele are probably the weakest class in terms of dmg output/survivability. I have faith in anet though
