It’s not a bug. They implemented this to avoid some tp exploit and I do agree with them up to a certain point. The way they solved it’s annoying for the players.

It kittenes me off all the time when i use the TP. Can’t sell my stuff on tp faster cause this limitation pop up after 30 seconds. You must wait like 5 seconds each time you sell a thing. Please do something.

Hannelore that’s a bit silly.
Choosing red from the start was not very inspired, but the fact that we don’t have an alternative is just wrong. I believe it’s not very difficult to implement an option where we can choose another color for the cross.

Don’t know if it happens to you, but often because of the cross’s target color (red) i loose my tagless raid leader location in the sea of enemy names (red). I think it would greatly help if we could color customize the target cross color. Yellow, green or even blue would be nice for it.

Some traits which add 150 points bonus, like “Strength in numbers” or “Empower allies” are already displayed near boons. Would be nice if something similar would be added for the triggering traits.

There are various types of traits. Among them there is one category that need to be a bit polished: the traits that are triggered under certain conditions. Explicitly i don’t know when the trait is ready to be activated again. For example my traited 90 seconds cooldown balanced stance on the warrior. It activates when you are dazed, knocked down,launched, pushed back or stunned. The problem is I don’t know when this trait is ready to be triggered again after it was activated.
Would be very helpful if we had some icon displayed, like a boon or something when the trait is ready.

Please, before anything else think about this : the impossibility of using skills when 100 + players are engaged in a battle. Since such events will be usual when the league start it will be a great issue. Therefore please review your priorities.

I’m not into the farm legendary items thing, so I should’t post here. Though i have an idea about what means to farm 1 legendary item, not to mention 2. Because of that I bring up this topic to support you.

The idea is simple – separate daily/monthly reward sections for PvE/PvP/WvW content:
1 Laurel Daily PvE
10 Laurels Monthly PvE
1 Laurel Daily PvP
10 Laurels Monthly PvP
1 Laurel Daily WvW
10 Laurels Monthly WvW
Dunno, I think the current amount is a bit poor especially for those with many characters. Also players would explore other parts of the game. For example I play mostly WvW, but if a laurel reward would be introduced in PvP I would go there too …

Today I unequiped the “Cloth aquabreather” , and guess what. The armor parts , when u leave water, were not bugged anymore. Check what’s wrong with the aquabreather. That particular aquabreather – Cloth aquabreather, because other don’t cause bugs.

For a small fraction of this community near 1000 gold for a precursor are obtainable and reasonable. For the rest is something astronomical. At some point i started myself to gather the components for a legendary, but soon i realised it’s not worth it . The time, the monotony, the same daily routine for gathering the necessary gold is not for me. I prefer an unpredictable adversary – the other gw2 player- than a npc. I prefer playing wvw or pvp.
The bottom line:
I agree with the majority – precursors cost too much.

This is my second post about this issue. Thought u would change something those last months, but u didn’t and seems that u won’t in the future.
Why don’t u fix this a bit ? It would be a nice skill but only if it worked properly. It only lands only if the target don’t move or if u’re extremely lucky to intersect the thin line of the skill with the moving target.
If u don’t have any idea check the “Risen wizard’s” gust.

Top tier servers have a higher WvW population, therefore there is a higher chance to encounter enemies of all types and numbers. U may say that those players fight and practice more. That’s my logic. Really I don’t know what base have sentences like “individual skill tends to be inversely proportional to server tier”.

I would love gust to be a big cone knock back with 600 range to compensate for the width buff…. (I’m thinking like 160 degrees here btw)

That’s similar with one of the skills used by the “Risen wizard” in Orr. But hey players are not worthy to use such a skill, just NPC’s.

The idea is to make these 2 skills useful at range. At this moment Gust’s land rate at around 1k range is like 1/20, while Shock Wave lands a bit more often because of a more wide action line. And because i’m an average player myself those success rates apply to like 80% of players. So please don’t come with the individual skill meter component.
I see an improvement if those skills would affect not in a line pattern but in a spreading conical shape.

VM’s raid was pretty challenging for OSC as i saw. They started good but they’re morale got down after few loses and didn’t engaged OSC after. But still it’s not a force to laugh at.

There’s indeed a curious looting system in this game. Some people noticed what i also did: that if u stop play the game for a while, and u start again u will get better rewards for a short period right after. But if u constantly play it u have overall lower chances to get rare loot. It’s a strategy whose purpose is to motivate players , but it’s wrong since the one who spend more time in it deserves a good drop also.

Long live the SFR spirit !!!. I’m proud of the ppl who fill our server atm. They successfully won the race of killing the 5 champs cycle in cursed shore 1000 times! In this time all the human stuff was forgotten. No eating, no drinking no f ing, no p ing. Admirable, such a dedication! So be understandable when u receive no answer to a call for a push in the last 100 m of the marathon with Vizunah. I mean what is more challenging for u SFR player, the “Vizunah Square [FR] Veteran” or the “Champion Risen Baron”?

I like the elementalist profession cause it got a bit more skill combinations and diversity than others :P. Also because the build i run got the lowest health and toughness it’s a bit more challenging.. On the other hand can deal some nice dmg.
I recorded some WvW footage to show u that the class, if played well, can make the difference in a fight:

But still need some boost on 1’st skill speed, fire 3 (add some dmg), air 3 ( this hardly land), air 5 (add some dmg in the circle), earth 2 ( need to erupt faster).

In the last patch were introduced rewards for achievements. All parts of the game reward you with such achievement points. Obviously, the intention is to determine the player to explore gw2 to get achievements.
One part of the game, that many of us like is WvW. Here’s my activity in this field and it’s achievements (the list is long since i mentioned all):

This is incredible. I really believed this update we will see the option added. Seems not. But i do know one day it will be solved. Maybe is the day this thread reach 1000 posts? or maybe 10000? who knows. So starting today, each day i will insist in bringing this thread up to the 1’st page.

If this thread will be closed another will be started until the “disable right click targeting” box magically spawn in the options menu.
Just because of this issue (minor in the ANET staff head, but major for us the players) i seriously think to quit this game. I tolerated it for some months hoping that i’ll see the big change. Right now ain’t no fun anymore and the game became a source of irritation.

This is my 3 rd time i bring up this issue. First post was like 6 months ago and I thought that some dev. would take it seriously. So here it is again. The thing is that most of us (the right handed) use the left mouse button to select things and the right one to move camera. The problem is that the right button also have the function to select objects, resulting in unwanted target changes.
So dear devs, why aren’t u kind to offer us the possibility to disable the right mouse button’s function to select objects? It’s a complex, unsolvable problem? tell us and we can understand. Or is just ignorance?

There’s one thing that wvw rating system miss: dynamicity. With the actual formula to determine the server’s points this is not achieved. This leads eventually to a state of boredom after several identical matchups. U’ll either change server, quit gw2, or don’t play wvw at all.
I think that usually the best solution is the simplest one:
- the server who won a matchup should advance
- the 2’nd place keeps it’s spot
- the loosing server goes down 1 tier.
Here’s my simple and efficient method that is worth of testing.

The power of 1 character to easily deny the teleport of 100 others is wrong. This need to be changed with something that can be done by minimum 5 players.

Again the main issues with the staff: the 1’st skill need a bit of speed (and damage or healing at water 1); also some boost or fix need air 2,3, earth 2,5. Developers make us a surprise next month not with only 2 lines of changes like the past few months.

The limit imposed i understand since no machine and internet line can hold that much data transfer. So with the limit we have the queue. The idea is somehow to bring the players with big activity in WvW in front of those with less. The new ranking system is ok. So a raider with lvl 16 would take the place of a lvl 1 invader.

I expected this kind of answer too ^^, and indeed a “F-you” is an infraction. The purpose of my post was to support the group of players dedicated to WvW. I think they deserve the entry before someone else. They deserve to enter before a player who join to hunt raptors and they deserve to enter before a occasionally pug like myself.

The new laurel system is good, just that the amount of laurels u get daily (1) and monthly (10) make this game unfriendly. If u add the fact that the big majority of gw2 players have more than one character, to equip them it’s a close to impossible mission.
Changing (increasing) the amount of laurels received would solve this problem.
