You have no idea what this update entails, they literally just released a screenshot. It could be complete dross, it could be great or it could be the beginning of the run up to a new race/class I fully expect to be released at some point (whether by expansion, update or gems), none of you know. The melodrama here is something to behold.

That is fantastic well done sir! Really impressive stuff, buddy thank you!
I actually think they slightly changed Norn males as well, an update or two ago. Probably been noticed and talked about already, but I noticed a slight difference with how high my weapons seemed to be rising when he runs and just assumed I was going mad.
Probably am still going mad…
Everything ready bar 146 ectos and the two gift recipes. Feels like the hardest part atm, feeling fatigue even though I know it pales in comparison to what I’ve already done.
What you’re talking about is stagnation. Things have to change. It is the nature of an online game.
Adapt and improvise.
Absolute nonsense and silly rhetoric.
There are countless ways through which to add variety and change to the game, many of which they are doing currently. Adding skins on a regular basis, new zone content, stories, new enemies, new weapon types, new classes, new skills, new trait trees, new battlegrounds, new WvWvW arenas, new siege weapons, new world boss encounters, new cities, new lore, new legendaries, new pseudo-legendaries, new trait/attribute synergies, new sigils, absolutely hundreds of ways.
If anything this is perhaps the most dull and ineffective choice. This changes absolutely nothing in the manner in which the game is played, nor for players like me, the way my character will look. It simply states, “Hey want to do the same things you do now with the same comparative effectiveness? Then you better start grinding money like a mad man because its going be a few months buddy.”
I am absolutely crest fallen by this patch. This game suited me to the tee. I have been playing it from the start and while many of the changes that come and go haven’t all been great, Anet has generally shown an enthusiasm to try out techniques that work for both the player and themselves.
This may very well be the game changer for me. It feels like one of those patches where in years to come we will look back and go, “Yeah, Guild Wars 2 was a good game until that blasted patch, shame.”
I have been revelling in the cosmetic progression of this game, spending much time customizing themed characters knowing the whole while that if I so chose, my ranger or warrior were essentially finished; the perfection of my vision. I had just committed full effort towards Frostfang as the garnishing touch to my Norn, only to be presented with this future abomination.
What a sad precedent this sets. Changing the numerous weapons on my characters and having to transmute each one is a soul sinkingly demoralising task. It is a gate, a trial in which I must pass in order to enjoy my characters again, not some fun adventure I choose to opt into. If I want my characters to be respectable I have to endure months of facile, unrewarding effort and gold expenditure.
That seems withering enough, but consider the Ascended Armour….
Sweet mercy, there just isn’t any feasible way I would ever have the time or perseverance to rework all of my 5 character’s superbly themed armour suits (not including alternates) into utterly unnecessary upgraded versions. Who is to say it ends here? It needn’t happen to begin with so the very fact they have opted to follow this route implies it will happen again in the future. A nightmarish cycle of dis-satisfaction.
I really do love this game but I fear this is the end for me. I doubt anybody cares but I feel an obligation to voice my dejection.
I agree it is all very frustrating. Allowing them to be traded was a good move and I know they need to make profits, but having the scraps be chance based as well is just ridiculous. The whole point of a scrap system is create a sense of, “well I didn’t get lucky, but at least I know I’ll get one eventually”. By adding chance to the scraps you completely undermine the philosophy.
What is even stranger is the weapon drops. It is good we can get the skins through game-play and I think it was an incredibly clever idea to have them as actual weapons. This way, it requires people to purchase transmute stones in order to use them. The customer has the satisfaction knowing they have the weapon and Anet can guarantee at least some investment in gems with some of them no doubt being through cash. Why they didn’t opt for this to be the main concept rather than using the Black Lion chests I don’t know.
Use chests like the Dragon’s Bash Coffers for the world having a chance of weapons that require transmutes, Black Lion Chest boxes having guaranteed scraps and the low chance of a golden ticket for a skin of your choice. All three ways have the same requirement of some gem store interaction while also giving people a greater sense of optimism.
Well, I feel daft now. Could have bought a pistol for 34g at one point, refrained and now i can’t imagine them ever dropping below 60. Such is life I suppose!
Cheers Meglo, I’m never sure about stuff like this because people could be listing them below what they’ll be worth/after TP flipping makes them ridiculous.
Hey guys, quick question to those who understand markets better than I.
Do you think it is better to buy a skin I want now or wait? Will they increase or decrease in price do you think?
What’s wrong with Meteorlogicus? I think it looks magnificent.
I’m a lone wanderer or at least, almost alone. In a guild with just my brother that we use for things like backpacks, xp buffs, banners, the bank etc. No hope of ever getting those commendation weapons but it suits us fine.
An update of my characters from much earlier in the thread, hope you like them!

I was giving my opinion and just suggesting people who ARE interested in these items’ additional animations go check this one before purchasing. I wasn’t saying that is the only reason to buy one and I took it as a given that the main advantage is that they are unlimited. Did I need to be explicit? If you don’t care about the effects then why are you responding to my comment specifically concerning the effects, it clearly wasn’t aimed at you.
You are joking, right?
I think this one is pitiful so no, I was not joking. I’m glad you are happy with it, that you don’t share my opinion and that my message wasn’t useful to you. I wasn’t posting it to argue with those who feel differently, just voicing my own displeasure with it and giving a heads up to people who may feel the same.
just static? Looks like a lighting strike to me.
I was being disparaging but mine doesn’t look anywhere near as (relatively) impressive as that one, perhaps my contrast isn’t at the same setting. It is a faint little purplish spark that doesn’t even extend the length of the tree and is barely visible on an Ancient Sapling. I am a Norn male if that has any bearing.
The sound effect is rubbish as well.
I am pretty disappointed with it. The special effect is dull, faint and extremely unimpressive. The item model itself is very nice but it hasn’t lived up to my expectations as a whole.
Thor approves this axe. What more manly way to harvest a tree than to strike it down with lightning?
More static electricity than lighting to be honest. Piddly little spark, not impressed myself but to each their own.
Word of note to people considering this axe, it is by far the most lacklustre of the trio. The model itself is very nice however the animation is incredibly underwhelming. I suggest anyone debating whether to buy it or not go find a video of it being used somewhere and check it first, even if you are a person like me who doesn’t like to spoil the surprise. It is much worse than even the Sickle.
For me what needs to happen for the future is for Anet to cut their losses on this front. Accept that they performed an act of betrayal with ascended gear, declare they won’t do the like again and simply phase exotic gear out all together. Add craft/dungeon/karma ascended armour with reasonable requirements, not bloody guild commendations and give us two options for them. A specific ascended set with its own aesthetic and also a corresponding stat equivalent consumable that acts like one of these gem store weapon skins except ascends your item. They give us something to aim for that is similar in difficulty to our exotics were, we get to keep our appearance that we have meticulously designed up till now and they can draw a line under this blunder.
Expansions should add zones, races, classes, new skills, new traits, weapon types, new PvP modes, new dungeons, new story lines but absolutely not raised level caps or new armour tiers. They are utterly pointless. Stick to your manifesto Anet.
Shapeshifter, shapeshifter and shapeshifter!
Ideally a classic Druid with a wild bestial tone. Shifting into pseudo animals with no time constraints! I’m talking braided bears with dripping saliva and deep guttural voices, strangling vines with sapping poisonous thorns, summoning treants as indefinite companions, wielding staves, mauls, dual axes and war-horns. No faerie fire nonsense, no healing springs, no molten fire and earth magic I’m talking strictly flora and fauna.
Lets do this Anet, you know you want to.
Stealth has, is and probably will always be an idiotic concept. Even putting aside the gameplay aspects of it, the way it is nearly always implemented is that a man standing in a field can suddenly become an invisible ghost until he moves his arms in a certain manner i.e. stabbing you directly in the face.
From a gameplay point of view it is idiotic for a very similar reason interestingly. Generally a stealth character can stand in the middle of a field and go invisible until he performs some sort of action i.e. stabbing you directly in the face.
I hope it dies its swift and massively over due death in soon to be developed games and is thrust down to the depths of the Mariana Trench never to see the light of day again.
On top of what I said earlier I also don’t look at nerfs in a negative light. I usually agree with companies when they reduce something’s effectiveness as it tends to be because it was idiotic beforehand, so if I happened to have been taking advantage of it, I just look at it as a reason to try something new. Getting all wound up over changes is beyond ridiculous to me, never seen the point in it.
That’s the problem. GW2-ANET values a progressive view on the playerbase, rather than the individual experience.
Why is it every freaking MMO falls into this trap? GW1 did it right with Tormented Weapons, then they messed everything up in GW2, and worse… Did they really have to combine RNG and cash shop?
They have done the right thing with items like the Wintersday weapons, the new gauntlets and these Living Story weapons, but I agree with you. I still think adding more potential unique drops from specific chests and enemies is the way forward. Having specific things to hunt with a clear direction reduces the feeling of unfairness.
I am an extremely experienced MMOer if such a thing can be graded and yet I have a low interest in multiple characters. I find the most engaging part of an MMO is gradually decorating one character with titles, unique items, time-limited prestige pieces, unique mounts etc. and due to this, I barely spread my playtime out amongst what few alts I create. This is the first game I am actually filling my character slots thanks to the enjoyable process of levelling but still I hardly touch my ranger in favour of my warrior. All about tastes!
The ‘Final Rest’ issue was clearly a bug and people got swept up in the intrigue of it being a hidden treasure to think logically on that one. The complaints with RNG in this game are misplaced IMO due to Anet’s failings in some aspects. Things like the fused tickets are inexplicable as they have shown they are willing to put items up with standard gem costs so I can’t get my head around their insistence to put stuff in those boxes in the manner they do.
More so I think if Anet really decided to dedicate some effort to grand scheme items, RNG would feel like less of an issue. For instance adding certain account-bound parts to unique items in particular chests/enemies around the world with lowish, but reasonable drop chances that could be collected to create specific items with notable appearances and flavour texts, people would be less averse to the randomness of loot.
Having enemies and chests having essentially no interest barring the extremely rare chance of a precursor, emphasises the lack of value killing things brings and makes you feel like you are never being rewarded for anything you do. The perils of having gold as the be all and end all.
I am a big fan of this game. It has many, many aspects that could be improved upon and some mind boggling decisions by Anet but despite those elements, it does so much correctly. It may be my point in life having been through the gear treads mills and extremely high level raiding of past WoW iterations, but the “come & go as you please” style of this game suites me perfectly.
I am very wasteful when it comes to snatching up profitable situations and on both principle and lack of market nouse, I have never played the TP. I gradually build up materials like a rat and his hoard, through that I have managed to gain more or less everything I have wanted in this game. My Norn looks ideal and I have in stages improved my weapons from a Skeggox back in the early days, to Jormag’s Breath, then finally Volcanus.
When I first saw Braham’s weapons I was hoping they would add them in some form and to my delight they obliged. With a meagre 10g on my character and 0 gems, I simply sold some of the materials I had been stashing (barring ectos, nothing I needed for a potential Frostfang) and voila bought both the mace and the shield! I tip my hat to Anet for making the cashshop treats for the most part accessible to us financially frail folks, it felt like a reward for my play time.
Pretenders like Neverwinter are just that for me. Its combat is only interesting to those who have not already experienced it as super heroes in Champions Online and the game is utterly unappealing from the outset, lacking any of the quality of games like GW2 or WoW. Keep listening and learning Anet while moving forward as you’re doing and this could be a stalwart for many years to come.

I did not know about this and I agree with you, absolutely ridiculous if true. I crafted Volcanus a few months ago and know it would frustrate me a tad if I found it dropped in the CoF or something, but think of it in a different way. What’s done is done. You have the weapon you wanted and while you could have saved an awful lot of money had you known about the chest drop, you still got the rush of satisfaction from crafting in the way you did and you are still getting enjoyment out of it.
If you spend time thinking about missed opportunities or lingering on a sense of injustice, you’ll remind yourself of the hundreds of missed opportunities you have passed by and it serves no use!
Really nice Hamfast!
My Viking, Skairn Dragonbane. As his name suggests, he is an anathema to dragons not least because of his fire proof back and hands.
For me the main issue with this and everything up to this point is the lack of rewards. Barring the fractal weapon skin drops, Anet has failed to add any new weapons, armours, potential reward dyes etc.outside of holiday theme gimmick items. It is all very disappointing. When they mentioned the Karka events I saw these big crab monsters and thought about the great looking items we would make with their shells and we receive another stat combo. Lionguard Lyns and her commendations was simply rehashed Lionguard weaponry.
With FoTM I was expecting a new set of token options and while the addition of back pieces and unique weapon skins was a step in the right direction, the variety was far too limited imo (in the case of weapons being simply skins was extremely tight pursed).
We should be having real reasons to go out and involving ourselves in this event, perhaps each stage grants parts to a one time craft of our choice at the end. Maybe new armour design recipes with distinctive hot and cold appearances, the trinkets we find might be actual usable items of some sort, fresh pets for rangers or unique elemental models for elementalists. Give the players a real motivation to get involved and stop with this demoralising habit of piquing our interest in BIG upcoming changes with EPIC scale, only to add essentially nothing to show our characters were involved.
This thread is impressive. It is interesting to see all of you working so hard trying to figure it out, but I feel you have put too much weight on an early comment. The info Anet gave you was probably incorrect to begin with and logically, the fact this game as with all MMO’s, doesn’t hold onto its secrets for very long. I doubt very much the weapon is even attainable. It is probably just some model that didn’t get implemented or one that has been constantly overlooked and will appear randomly in one small patch or another.
Hey mate, Volcanus shouldn’t be so hard to make if you have the skill points. I’ve made calculations myself because I’ve consider making it and if you buy molten cores and destroyer cores, it would only cost up to 240g-260g so considering the price doesn’t increase with the patch. This in contrast with 400g+ you’d spend on lodestones themselves.
The only problem with this is that you need to have about 270 skill points to forge it, considering that you haven’t used any in your playtime you should have enough.
If you don’t have the gold easiest way to achieve this is doing cof path 1 over and over for cores/lodestones/skill points and gold, should take about a week if you put a few hours to it a day.
In your case though I would sell the lodestones and just put a cheap buy orders for cores.
Those Lodestone were made from cores so I just have enough skill points for the remaining Molten conversion. It would take an awful long time getting another batch of Skill Points for the Destroyer ones so it is easier just getting the gold I feel. I am pretty close now probably about 30g short!

although games do aim for a low bar of addictive loot systems and violence so I guess they reap what they sow in a way.
Rather that than House of Commons Duty 2 and Maize Effect: Commercial Farming in Ghana.
So is my mind lost or has players in this game gone crazy, not saying the game is perfect but give Anet and Play NC a break. They do happen to be operating on PST (even though play NC is based in TX). So guys the world does not revolve around your time zone if it did we would all be on time for work and all other matters in real life.
You’re mind is lost, PST is a poor man’s excuse. Didn’t you know Devs live in an alternate plane in which they operate in all time-zones simultaneously. Don’t be fooled they are probably playing tiddlywinks and caning chairs those sneaky squabs, all the good folk of this thread are doing is keeping them on track.
Just though I’d ask, but is there going to be any special one-time events during the first patch that we should look out for?
An example would be the Karka assault on Lion’s Arch during the first Lost Shores update.
Yeah didn’t you see? There is actually a cave in event in Wayfarer’s and lots of poor Skritt get trapped with a mean Destroyer King called “Varkronnius The Foul”! If you don’t provide him with Destroyer Lodestones he says he’ll eat one Skritt every 5 minutes! Luckily, he is a cousin of mine so if you send me the stones I’ll pass them on to him and there will be no Skritt blood on your hands.
ahem
Should be exciting!
fidgets and crosses fingers
You sound like the biggest baby right now. like really? does it really matter if it patches tonight? HOW DARE THEY
Oh Bippy, you clearly aren’t quite on the right wave length, but that’s OK I’ll help.
You see, they are Game Developers, not people. It is an easy mistake as from the exterior they look very much alike, but they do indeed follow a different rule set. When they say they will do something they must put aside such menial things as drinking, breathing and moving so as they can commit their efforts entirely to fulfil this now bare minimum requirement expected of them.
Our complaining helps them be more productive infact they are encouraged by it, so it is best to weigh in!
I myself am angry that my water bottle will soon be empty and now I must go downstairs to fill it and not only is it their fault, the patch STILL isn’t here!
(edited by Varkronn.9783)
So something totally different from time zone discussion:
Should I do my daily now or wait for the patch?
If I do it now, should i wait to open the chest?I want my laurels!
Cheers
Could try and make a real laurel for full immersion when the patch hits.
Hey everybody, please keep in mind that we are in the Pacific time zone and most of us just got into the office within the last hour or so.
I hate this growing laziness amongst game developers these days. As if “just got in the office” is some kind of reasonable explanation! With all these iPhonies, PadEyes and Cyborgs there is no excuse for a modern day industry worker not to be productive 24/7. Mr. Katzbach, when we say we want our patch we expect you to put down the steak sandwich you no doubt frivolously purchased during one of your luxuriously decadent “lunch breaks” and give us our patch!
Honestly, the cheek of these guys….
I feel your pain guys, it is horrible to have these huge blocks in the way of your progress. I myself am not even attempting a legendary so it must be frustrating to tick off all the different aspects and have this one individual and constantly shifting goal in your way.
Blue Ace I have read your posts around the place, I’m glad to see someone keeping up the pressure. While I’m just suggesting alternatives that people can take or leave, it just annoys me the that issue of everything being devolved into nothing more than its TP price because of their philosophy of, “everything is for sale” is clearly what is causing so much angst across the board and simple changes/additions could both maintain their structure, but lessen its impact on people’s enjoyment.
But, but, but..it is Aela the Huntress! ;_;
V2 of Varkronn’s Lodestone lamentation.
I have long been frustrated by the roadblocks that are Lodestones and the disparity in the way they can each be collected, the drop rate and the sheer quantity required. It is one thing to have long term endeavours to keep the player eager to pursue, however it is another to be perpetually demoralised as one logs in to see the daunting and often unachievable aim of Lodestone acquisition laid before them on the TP page.
350 Charged Lodestones you say? Are you mad?
I doubt there are 350 sparks in the game! The impairment of inflation brought about by a necessity for gold is one of this game’s most un-appealling aspects. I am sure many of you share that same feeling when you log on and fancy doing some WvWvW, PvP or any non-gold producing activity, but realise if you ever want to accomplish your goal of making ‘that’ item, you can’t afford to not generate your daily profit in order to not fall behind.
I think a root change to the way these materials (perhaps others) are gathered would greatly improve the quest while maintaining the exclusivity of the items for dedicated players.
Part One – Lodestones as a two-part process.
The first aspect requires that Lodestones no longer drop in their current form, but rather like Orichalcum arrive at the players feet as Slabs. These Slabs are then refined into its respective Lodestone, for example:
Molten/Corrupted/Glacial/Destroyer/Charged/Crystal – Slab
These drop from their current and dedicated elementals.
Molten Slab + Refinement through a 400 profession = Molten Lodestone.
As one would refine ore or wood, Slabs are turned into Lodestones.
Part Two – Slabs are tradeable, Lodestones are Soul-bound.
This change would see Slabs take on the current role of Lodestones in the economy and garner no change in itself, but is required for the following and fundamental parts of the system.
Part Three – Prismatic Slabs.
These slabs differ from the previously mentioned on two levels.
Prismatic Slab + Refinement through a 400 profession = Lodestone of the Player’s choice.
These Slabs can convert into any Lodestone that the player desires be it Glacial or Charged.
Prismatic Slabs are Soul-bound
These Slabs unlike their counterparts, are non-tradeable and cannot be sold on the TP.
Prismatic Slabs are acquired via Quests/Dungeon Tokens/Laurels/Karma/Skill Points etc.
They are found in separate areas in the game, away from the regular drop system so are thus constant and not money regulated.
Why would this help?
Through the addition of Prismatic Slab acquistion, a player can make some progress even if only minor, towards their intended elite item of choice through alternate, RPG related channels that are detached from the rush for gold.
Via this system, you know you could take it easy today and go harvest some heads in WvWvW, collect some badges and at the end trade them in for one or two Prismatic Slabs. Yes you won’t have gotten as far as maybe you could have farming, but you have made some progress none-the-less and had more fun while doing it. You will know in addition to the materials you will buy, you have a limited yet bolstering source of non-gold related stones that will not punish you for not buying Destroyer Lodestones when they were cheap or missing out on an investment here or there.
Thank you for reading, I look forward to your thoughts!
(edited by Varkronn.9783)
I have said it before and I’ll say it again, they completely missed out the idea of soul-bound items. Bound items serve a huge purpose in RPG games, they are the aspects of any quest/craft that you yourself collect in your own time performing your own specific tasks. They act as controls. While the price of trade items may vary, the acquisition of certain soul-bound pieces will have set means of acquisition that have no value to anyone but yourself. You can set the drop rate to 50%, 2%, 100% for a soul-bound item and it doesn’t matter, whatever the ease/difficulty in acquiring the material, it will have a set impact on its associated trade item values dictated by that chance that will not alter.
The trade of items should be a tool for people to bolster the speed of their special item crafts and to complete part of the recipes, not be the all encompassing gateway through which every drop rate and item demand (250 x) is adjusted for. Gold being the be-all and end-all of a fantasy game is an utterly abysmal system. It is a fantasy game for God’s sake, people are sick to death of the controlling nature of money on life let alone in an escapist world. You constructed a world with the freedom to envision it as you liked and somehow you managed to make it as shackle snaring and mundane as real life.
Made Jormag’s Breath very early in the game and have been working for a long time towards Volcanus. It is a depressing journey as I lack the gene that gives people an inherent capitalist mindset and as such don’t make use of my money by playing the tp. I have about 230 Molten Lodestones and enough cores for the remainder, around 20 Destroyer Lodestones along with all else that required. As with anything in this game I simply need gold. I am becoming demoralised and tired and just pray I win the Dusk/Dawn lottery now. I just don’t have enough time in the day to finish it I don’t think, but at the same time I have come reasonably close and don’t want to give in.
Some of the nonsense on these forums is astonishing. Gold being the be-all and end-all of things is a frustrating and bland aspect to have in an MMO and complaints around that are completely justified in my mind, however the argument mixing is horrific.
The games basically becoming pay to win.
This is utterly inane. The phrase “pay to win” refers to a situation whereby the player is pressured to spend money on game additions in order to compete with his rival players. At no point does this game share anything resembling that, in fact, I have found Guild Wars 2 to be the most casual friendly, big budget MMo I have ever played. Leveling an alt is incredibly accommodating , gearing yourself in exotic gear can be done through an absolute plethora of ways, none demanding extensive effort or even team-play and every aspect is completely accessible.
The only time consuming and demoralising effort, is if you become singularly focused on legendaries or a very few, specific Mystic Forge crafted exotics. What Anet needs to do is to spread item acquisition into different mediums that are account bound rather than through trade. By allowing everything to be sold/bought, they have had to increase required numbers for speciality items to ridiculous quantities and there is absolutely no balance between prices with some lodestones costing near on 4g and others 70s. I have mentioned it before and will utter it again, we need to be able to have a consistent yet moderated source (through dailies, skill points, dungeon completions, refreshed hearts/heart related achievements) that provides us the ability to collect soulbound, mirror high-end crafting mats.
Gold and trading should be a way to speed up and aid the journey towards special items, but we should not be pigeon holed into identifying the most effective way to earn money in order to beat inflation if we do indeed set our sights on unique weapons. I want to see a steady albeit slow progress towards an item through exploring every facet of the game, not simply through the gain of wealth.
Thanks a lot Gramerr I appreciate you coming back and sharing info!
Thanks for the responses everyone, much appreciated!
@Tobias
It is awkward and I’m not sure how it could be done (the idea of one item taking the form of another) hence I suggested trading with Miyani, but then you get the whole "how would the game distinguish between a soul-bound lodestone and a regular one.
The basic principle is that there is a personal, individual player only source for certain items that is restricted to a degree so as to act as a gradual easer to the current way of collecting materials. Skill points seems reasonable, however they are not limited by a certain time frame ala dailies so could be too effective unless the conversion prices were high, which may undermine the whole principle and make it an unattractive venture.
I just feel gold being the be-all and end-all is not only bland but pigeon holes players to find the best methods to earning money. A bit more balance could go a long way I feel.
I am still really interested in this weapon so if anyone actually wields it, could they please share info about its special effects. Gramerr has been really helpful with his snippit of info and confirmation of recipe, but now we need videos/pics of it in use!
Lodestones required for this cost around 329-350 gold to make. Currently attempting to make this myself. I think destroyer lodestones have dropped in price since fractals came out but molten lodestones have risen a bit in the same time.
I need about 90 more molten lodestones and 10 more destroyer lodestones to finish. Basically gave up on legendary and liquidated all my collectables (hundreds of ectos, T6 mats, etc)
Well done mate I am envious, I have saved up about a third of the gold required finding the odd lodestone along the way so am still miles off. One thing I did notice is that Moltens seem to fluctuate an awful lot, for instance yesterday they were 64s each at one point and back up to 80s by the end of the night.
Walls of text deserve at least one shame ridden bump.
