Yea, it’s extremely annoying that they can’t give us a End Date when they do Living Story content or at the very least, put a timer on the achievements panel. There is one for Dailies and Monthlies, so it can’t be that hard to add. I expected it to last 4 weeks, REGARDLESS of the name “Fortnight.” It’s extremely annoying that we can’t get a reply on the Forums from a Dev when people ask about the time/dates/or half the other things people ask. I for one had too much going on between Thanksgiving and Family gatherings for the holidays to really have a chance to sit down and do the FOTM runs as many times as this apparently required to get all of the Living Story Fractured Achievements done. I ran 10+ sets in the 2 week period and never once got the Underground Fractal. I really want to like your game ANET, but lately you are giving me all these reasons to try something else.

I noticed when I entered the instance solo, Marjory and Kasmeer are briefly there for a second and then disappear. I seem to remember them assisting solo players but now it doesn’t appear to be the case. I thought this may possibly be a new bug?

Seems to be working for me now. I was able to do it on a overflow.

Is there any word as to whether the current achievements will be returning with the next release of sab? So those that had time constraints will have another chance at getting tribulation mode achievements done for worlds 1 and 2, once world 3 has been released. I tried a search but apparently that forum feature is still broken. XD

The guesting doesn’t really bother me so much. It’s more the people that go AFK on my server(or overflows now for that matter) and camp out there all day, miss half the spawns because they aren’t really there, or they are just attempting to leech of the players that actually are there and fighting. I don’t care if they are from my server or not. They take up space for someone that could actually contribute to the fight. A better way of removing AFK players NEEDS to be implemented. I’m sure it wont help much with the overflow nonsense, but at least it might help speed up the queues a tad. Not to mention when Teq does spawn, it scales up the number of mobs during some of the phases of the fight according to the number of people around, AFK or not…

If Natives had priority, and another server hops over to help them beat Teq, a server with the resources to beat him and intending to help the Natives learn the fight, get the achievements, rewards, etc. Wouldn’t the Natives trying to get in bump the people out with the resources and the know-how to beat Teq. So in the end the Natives probably wont beat Teq. because they bumped all the guests out that could help them beat Teq.? So then those servers that can beat him will be forced to beat him on their server more or less, and servers with low pop or just flat out don’t have the resources are just sol for the most part?

Sure there are plenty of reasons why Natives should have priority, those on servers that can beat it, can’t get into their server to beat it with their buddies because maybe their client crashed, they got disconnected, or they just want to be there. I think for crash errors or d/c, they need to reserve your place for a few minutes or figure something better out so you can get back in, I’m not completely convinced home server priority is the best answer though, in the end someone is going to lose, no matter the person that can’t get into the server, or the person that gets booted out.

I think it’s a nice idea for the servers that can beat it to assist the other servers who can’t, and I for one appreciate those servers that step up to do just that. It shows leadership on their part and I think it’s good for the Guild Wars 2 community as a whole, but I also think it’s nice for people to guest over on those same servers to see how it’s done, then take that info back to their server and hopefully after a bit of time, more and more people realize what is needed for this fight, and future fights to come.

As far as Home Server Priority, I’m just not convinced it will work out for the entire Guild Wars 2 community. There is also the “Newness” factor of the content as well, it hasn’t even been out for a week yet. =\

I had this problem. I ran back and forth and spammed my dodge key (v) and eventually rolled out of it.

Pretty sure it’s All servers, Fort Aspenwood is down as well. Originally I suspected that it was because of the new Dragon Bash event that starts tomorrow, but since pvp servers are up, I’m not so sure.

This is the 2nd day in a row this has been bugged. If it’s not going to get fixed, it needs to be removed from the daily. Why bother to have leaderboards for achievements if we can’t obtain the achievements. Crab toss is too much of a pain to get for it to not work as intended.

I had this problem also. Go check the chantry of secret’s in bloodtide coast – enter the instance. That fixed it for me (as well as others). Why? i do not know.

Thanks! It worked for me oddly enough. I had been there before but for whatever reason it worked the second time I went there.

You are not alone. I also just finished 100% World Completion and I was in WvW when I found my last Vista. I did not receive the reward either.
