LOL are JQ really still trying to pretend SoS have the numbers? It’s only going to get worse as the week goes on. SoS tried to tell you we didn’t have the numbers..what we had was folks who were willing to put in a lot of hours. So stacking a server with 13 new guilds while we added 1 while our recruitment threads were getting trolled combined with a couple main commanders getting burned out and voila. Only a matter of time were down to T2 which could be fast.

I just need to vent. I put in a ticket before this thread hoping to get my personal story put back where it should be. I don’t even care about the rewards at this point. I just want the thing to be finished.

Nothing is going to happen. They can’t even verify you had done this with a rollback. All that prior information is wiped and gone. So your stuck as is.

I had to redo Straights map completion myself and ended up with worse options. Cost me about 1g and a shoulder upgrade.

Yah I was doing some work on the trading post…realized my transactions weren’t going through.

Tried to relog and couldn’t log back in as they were having ‘issues’.

Upon logging back in I had to redo the last 3 vista/poi’s in Straights again……….and end up with exotics I couldn’t use and sold for less then the 1 exotic I sold the previous time. Not to mention before the rollback I got an exotic I could use. Bleh.

Jade Quarry, please stop complaining about the dumbest things ever. Please stop spreading your kitten about our win by 70k points last week. It was one week, we got congratulated, grow up and stop rubbing it in other people’s face. We earned the win and other servers realized it, stop being a prick.

I don’t want JQ to be represented that way and while I certainly do not speak for other people, I’m sure the majority of JQ wouldn’t want to be represented that way either.

Keep up the fights everyone, and ignore the JQ forum trolls.

I wouldn’t call it QQing when we bust our kitten to get triple waypoints in SoS and they just exploit into the lords room. More of just frustration at the massive amount of foul play this match-up. Pardon me though, continue with your sweeping generalizations.

SoS gets exploited on all the time. The difference? We don’t complain and whine about it so much (well except for the fact that Wild Bill never seems to get banned for it). It’s just a fact of life and happens to us so often it’s hard to really get angry about it. Just hope Anet fixes a lot of this bs come the ‘wvw’ patch.

Sw supply camp needs a fix

And you can do the exact same with your North supply camp which I have seen happen a lot. Your not supposed to leave that camp when you got it. Your supposed to siege it up and make them work for it. If they can fall back to that spot every time then your doing it wrong.

Well, my guild is dying since it’s mostly made up of rl members and they’ve stopped playing due to boredom—but a few did wvwvw while they were playing. I just didn’t. I PVPed with a few other members. And I hated PVE the more I played it. It was the same cycle of horrible quests over and over and over and ugh, the kittenty storyline from the main quest—god it sucked. Who writes for all these mmo games? So mindnumbingly boring.

I’ve never been a fan of grind. I play games to have fun so I never understood the mmo concept of grind. I actually usually play online action games (dragon nest, s4 league, rakion, vindictus, gunz). I’m new to the WoW like combat of GW2 and find it fun in its own way in PVP thanks to the elementalist. But the PVE is so boring. So so boring. Zzz.

But it seems like in general, everyone seems to agree that AC is the best route; so, I guess I’ll prob do AC runs. Thanks. Wish PVP gave PVE stuff just so I could wvwvw. Sigh.

Time to find yourself a WvW guild and get yourself on a more WvW based server if you aren’t already on one. Being in a guild that has at least 8-10 folks in wvw when you play changes your exp a LOT.

So, I PVP all the time because I prefer killing people rather than NPCs (that’s why I like online games. If I wanted to kill NPCs, I’d play a single player game like dishonored). I’ve been doing WvWvW lately but I’m severely under-geared because I find the PVE in this game monotonous and redundant and refrain from doing it unless necessary. I just recently leveled to 80 just so I could be more competitive but I have no money and bad gear. My crafting is low because I find that boring too.

Can I WvWvW enough that I’ll finally be able to afford good gear? Or do I have to suck it up and play PVE (or perhaps just go back to PVP)? While I’m undergeared, should I use staff? I’ve been trying to roll mainly with DD and only switching to staff when I have to, but I’m a lot weaker than what I’m used to from PVPing. It seems like I might be better off rocking staff and hanging in the background.

I think I’m wearing lvl 60 gear? I have like 30 silver. Can’t afford anything.

Sounds like your a pretty poor WvW’er to. Make sure your always running with your guild in WvW to avoid deaths and you should make cash. I generally made about a gold an hour when leveling my thief purely on wvw (not great I know..but still…30s?). Also don’t waste your money on siege. Your guild should understand that as a leveling character. Also, if your server is in the lead…be around on Fridays as most guilds take advantage of this to karma farm. A Karma farm is basically a zerg of about 30 or so that does nothing but run around and take camps/hit npc groups that give karma. It’s a great way to level and make loads of karma.

Also, you should do a LOT more research into this game. ie: Karma armor and Badges of Honour. If your truly leveling by wvw….you should have (by lvl 80) more then enough karma and badges to outfit yourself in a full set of exotic karma armor and exotic badge of honour weapons like my thief.

PS would love ANet to roll out their dev team and show us how a class balanced 5 man team can take out 5 appropriately traited and equally skilled thieves.

Theoretically the balanced team should win but I doubt it is the case.

Heh..want to make a zerg very uncomfortable…make a 5 man party of thieves. That backline gets VERY antsy. After the 3rd/4th time you hit and run..it will split a zerg in half trying to track down your 5 man. Fun as hell though!

Now yes some of the thief whining is a l2p issue..some of it isn’t.

Best example of the L2P aspect are the nubs in a zerg who are glass cannon..and stay about 20 feet behind their zerg instead of staying within the zerg. Your just screaming for a thief to take you out and make it easy for them to do so.

I’ve said it before and this is coming from a long time thief. Cloak and Dagger is ridiculously overpowered and the source of this ‘forever stealth’. If Anet put a more solid cool down on it….this wouldn’t happen.

Look at every thief proclaiming their kitten in wvw on youtube…..and you’ll see a guy who hits C&D a lot.

Yes your a longtime thief and your saying CnD grants “forever stealth” so who are you trying to fool again?

CnD uses 6 int if traited it can return 2 stealth but that not your claim its CnD not the traits so that doesn’t get accounted for "Cloak and Dagger is ridiculously overpowered and the source of this ‘forever stealth’. Stealth lasts 3 seconds i regen int to a ratio of 1/1.33secs. To get 6 int it would take me 7.98 seconds to achieve that yet i can only cloak for a grand total of 6 seconds so please explain to me where you have got this theory from. but anyway lets say your claim does work CnDs damage isnt that high so i fail to see how this could be Op if anything its a guy who wants to tease some newbs a simple application of AOE around yourself will have a dead thief in no time, i must say i look forward to your response.

I could ask you the same question. Just who are “you” trying to fool? There’s a reason a whole subset of thieves react very loudly everytime I suggest more of a cooldown on C&D which lessons the amount of time in stealth(breaking line of stealth) and the # of high dmg backstabs you can pull off. Your math is also pretty horrible….so let me present visual evidence for you all. Check the link and count how many times he uses C&D (#5 folks).

Longer cool down on C&D and folks couldn’t pull this off so easily. Nuff said. Mechanix.5719 I also put ‘’ around forever stealth as sarcasm. I know it doesn’t exist…it’s just a response to those that feel like it is.

I also have over 100+ hours on thief in wvw on SoS. I found it too easy to mess with people with C&D so I moved to more of a challenge as a P/P S&B build. Should try seeing how well you can stay alive with just your utility stealths ;p

How hard could be fixing a terrain bug?

That’s what I would’ve thought. Even if it were hard they could at least respond.

I PM’ed Habib Loew the other day and he did suggest that we use the exploits email over the in game reporting and he promised he would look into it. I’m hoping that he does.

You would think this would be easy enough to track by his forum posts/in game chat where he openly admits it….and all the youtube vids he posts. I have never seen a more brazen exploiter survive a ban before.

Final Death Blow hacked?

Many times over the past couple week I’m in WvW, get killed (fight for life thing). I no sooner hit the ground and the enemy has done the final death blow killing me in 1 sec to wait for a rez or respawn.

Its like I hit the ground and dead in 1sec later.
Not all deaths are like that but seen more then my fair share to wonder if something is going on.

Anyone else notice this?

This is quickness put on weapons by players. It increases stomp time to about a second and a half. It’s so quick that the server takes another half second to a second to realize it’s happened before awarding rewards.

If anything I’d remove the bleed off Vital Shot and make it a burn so your not relying on it stacking (Call it powder burn or some crap ;p).

Or they could just fix the animation issue causing it to fire at almost half the speed it’s supposed and consequently tunneling the viability of Pistols only to builds that min/max for Unload spamming.

Sorry but that wouldn’t help jack in WvW (and I have over 120 hours of exp with P/P S&B in WvW on the #1 server). If I have to use Vital Shot at anytime it means I’ve exhausted my initiative completely and either my target is dead or I should be out of sight until I got some more intitiative to burn. When factoring in any changes with thief damage 2 things have to always be kept in mind……..stealth and the ranged factor. Those 2 things make us P/P’ers hard to kill..especially adding in the mobility movement of the shortbow (throw some chill on it for swap to…and no one is keeping up). You can’t make a P/P first tier damage or overnight you’ll kill off several classes.

By the way as someone who used to work in the field. The more you go on about this…the more likely the devs/community team have tuned you out as too obsessive about the subject and therefore blinded by it.

My WvW build rolls more around getting guys to under 50% damage and unloading in my group. Once my guy is under 50% I got steal so I hit them with unload…steal (which puts fury up to max again along with might/swift)…by now I got 3 init back on steal but I usually was running low by this point anyways…so I roll for init and finish em off with a couple unload spams.

And it has just enough defense/toughness/stealth to bail when things go wrong.

And any decent P/P isn’t using Vital Shot as anything more then filler in wvw anyways.

Logic behind more mobility?

Ah and here are folks complaining without understanding what’s going on. It’s not a 50% increase. It’s an increase from 33% to 50% for a trait that is rarely used.

You guys realize less then 5% of thieves take this trait right? It’s in our weakest trait line and the only thieves that go into that line are those that use it to build up their vigor for mad dodges.

You won’t see backstab builds use it. You won’t see pistol/pistol builds use it. You might see the odd sword/dagger or pistol dagger use it….but they’d be giving up their extra dodging ability in fights.

Really the only build you’ll see using it are the annoyance/stay alive builds. Those rare 0/0/30/30/10 or 0/0/10/30/30 builds.

If they had put this trait in the Stealth Arts line….then you might have actually seen it get more use.

For example I am a P/P S&B thief. I’m a 10/30/15/0/15 build. It’s built around Pistol critting and keeping a high initiative pile. For me to take that trait I would have to either A) Drop all damage on a steal along with a drop in power. Not max out critical strikes which means I wouldn’t get Executioner (+20%dmg to those under 50% health). C) Not go into stealth arts which means stealths last 1 second less and I don’t get Shadow’s Embrace (clears conditions every 3 seconds in stealth) or D) Drop Thrill of the Crime which gives Fury/Might/Swiftness to you and allies for 10s on a steal..part of my buffing of steal to dmg/give initiative and buffs)…..and I’d lose 3 initiative off my total initiative.

So tell me where does that OP trait fit in?

This is a prime example of why JQ loses week after week. You got 15 people camping the jumping puzzle. What a waste of both brains and manpower.

Eh, not like EB ever has a queue for us. We don’t usually get to field full numbers even if we wanted to.

But good to know that SoS has diligent scouts in the puzzle. :P

I was just there to grab a quick portal up cause even with 15 JQ still couldn’t stop our mesmer portals up.

But it explains why we were able to push so well this morning into JQ turf.

I work night shifts and when I get on in the morning (eastern time) I’m lucky to see 35 people in EB but we hold out vs double the JQ because of our great organized commanders.

Migh want to upgrade your graphics then cause I can’t remember the last time I haven’t seen a queue in EB.

I get you love your server, but let’s not pretend that SoS wasn’t overpopulated by migrating guilds and players who dumped their servers to join the servers that faired the best ( back when SOS was actually a server with many good PVP-ers ).

I’m not saying SoS no longer has PVP-ers on it, it’s just that now, your main perk is your numbers and numbers during any hour of the day.

My graphics card is just fine. Perhaps you should play outside of Prime Time? Cause everyday I get off work there is no queue to get into EB all the way until I head to bed. So that’s roughly 8:00am est all the way until 1-2pm Eastern. We can’t even put forces on more then 2 maps during that time frame hence JQ always ends up owning their own border and SBI isn’t far behind during that time and were lucky if were running at 150PPT. Heck this past Friday at reset. Our queue was a whopping 5-20 minutes for the first couple hours.

Name me one even moderate sized guild that joined AFTER SoS hit Tier 1? It’s not our fault JQ can’t get out of it’s zerg mentality and wipe to forces half it’s size while SBI inexplicably caps only where they meet no resistance.

Biggest mistake AN did was to allow people to migrate. So every mediocre player decided to jump in the bandwagon and head to SoS (which used to be a server with good PVP-ers, now it’s just a server with too many people), leaving other servers incomplete and unable to compete because the lack of people.

Just where are you getting your facts from? I play there and we haven’t really seen any new guilds there lately and have actually lost a major one in PRX.

I love SoS cause it’s full of smaller guilds with hard working commanders that work in long shifts. I work night shifts and when I get on in the morning (eastern time) I’m lucky to see 35 people in EB but we hold out vs double the JQ because of our great organized commanders.

Right now it’s hard to get into tier 1 servers as they are usually listed as full most of the time with maybe a half hour window here or there.

Seriously all the changes that are needed for a thief without massive overcorrection is to A) fix cloak and dagger so it can’t be chained with steal. Longer cooldown on C&D (the source of the false claims of perma stealth thieves..there is no such thing as ‘perma’ stealth) and C) A short cooldown on backstab (like 1s). See how that goes first. Glass cannon thieves would still kill fast..but at least it would give folks time to react.

Rest of it is definitely a L2P issue. If your running into thieves consistently in WvW maybe you should be using that 20% dmg trait that just screams “thief protection”. And perhaps you should drop one of your ‘l33t’ utilities to carry a pull/knockdown/knockback etc. Or hey if your running into thieves consistently maybe you shouldn’t be running glass cannon “drop at the sound of a fart” builds. The smart players can handle theives because they use those as soon as a thief stealths. It amazes me how folks still can’t even TRY to aoe a shadow refuge despite the fact it has a big ole graphic and you should know thieves have to stay in it for 4 seconds or are immediately revealed.

Below is a more realistic fix for thieves. But before we get to that. Folks lets remember that your seeing different types of thief builds..stop lumping them all together as if they are one type of thief. Also, Anet has openly stated that the thief is the class that “gets away”. They intentionally made it that way so get used to it. The problem with thieves are a mixture of the glass cannon backstab builds with culling and cloak and dagger. Now here’s the copy of my post from the thieves thread:

Do I really need to give other examples of thief skills that can do over 30k damage in a few seconds? Really? Lets see…. Unload and cluster bomb comes to mind.

This quote needs immediate proof or you have lost all credibility instantly. Unload…30k. I’m seriously tearing up from laughing here. A skill that John himself has openly stated needs a damage boost. I’ve never seen numbers like that and I run P/P SB on SoS

Perfect example of C&D being a cause. Look at how often the #5 skill is used. Do you think he pulls off this without constantly using C&D?

Guarding Supply Dolyak Rewards

Increase rewards for killing dolyaks that have players escorting. This will make groups more likely to kill anyone escorting doly’s, including bots. Also, increase awards for keeps that have not been capped for a certain amount of time – so that people have more incentive to go after keeps instead of letting them linger all week while killing doly’s.

You guys don’t even need rewards. Doing the little things is what seperates the men from the boys. I don’t get crap for fully upgrading a supply camp/sieging it up and camping it to prevent small 5 team flips…..but I do it anyways to insure a strong supply chain.

Wow some of you guys must be real new. They removed them at the players request.

Why? It wasn’t rare to see 20-30 people escorting EACH Dolyak while your keeps were getting taken. People would farm them all day for the karma/xp etc. Bot trains started and were quite common.

This led to longer queue’s as PvE’ers and bots would fill out these spots just to run Doly’s all day.

If rewards have to come back…it’d have to be small and have a cap to it.

Not at all keen on this breakout event. Just more pve in wvw, I don’t get it.

You didn’t get it from the beginning, WvW is not PvP, period. Want competitive PvP, go play competitive PvP. WvW is a massive, not totally balanced battle including both PvP and PvE elements.

Are you for real? Do not tell me that wvw is not competitive pvp, that is just daft. I don’t remember any pve elements affecting the outcome of a fight in wvw except in a very few cases the 4 min buff on supervisors/lords.

The pve elements of wvw are just an irritant for us wvw players. Jumping puzzles….. no reason for eb puzzle top be in EB and the border puzzle’s can go as well imao. As for quagans……….

90% of wvw players do not want pve in wvw. Pve’rs just enjoy the buffs we help provide them in the rest of the game. I am from a so called full server, yet we rarely have any sort of queue for wvw, pve’rs do not play wvw(or rarely) so why give them pve events there?

Even Anet has stated WvW is “casual” PvP. Just because you take it competitively doesn’t mean it is.

Honestly I couldn’t care about VS. I rarely use it. With my first spec I can pump out unload after unload. So a damage increase will be appreciated by me. As far as further changes I wouldn’t mind if they dropped the initiative cost of Head Shot by 1 and Black Powder by 2 initiative and maybe up the damage a little.

I wouldn’t go farther then that because if you make P/P a solid damage dealer you’ll make it overpowered since a P/P stealth thief is a PAIN to bring down and they usually get away.

The problem with this is twofold:

1. Pistol offhand is already pretty good, just not so much with P/P. By lowering the initiative costs on #4/5 you make P/P slightly better, and S/P, D/P way better, not a very good solution to P/P’s woes.

2. P/P stealth thief is less of a pain to bring down than most thieves. No organic stealth, no organic immobilize/cripple, no organic movement-based abilities. P/P being hard to catch is entirely reliant on utility/heal skills that every thief can use and the fact that P/P prefers to fight at 800-900 range. There’s nothing wrong with increasing P/P’s strength at that range given that it has the hardest time of any thief weapon set controlling range and escaping.

Muscarine

Unload speed is fine as it is, with a bit of luck it can proc Opportunist twice in a row, if you make it faster it kinda makes it more expensive in the long run.

That all depends on what you do with the “extra” time you would have after completing a sped-up Unload.

So make the #4/5 initiative reduction as part of a trait for P/P’s only. Done.

Quite frankly a thief’s organic stealths are all they should really get. Anyone who backs C&D is quite frankly advocating overpowered bullcrap. If there is to be an organic stealth in a set…it should be on a long cooldown of at least 30-45 seconds.

Ask the guild Work how I do with P/P and survivability on SoS. I’m a pain in the kitten to bring down without having to abuse C&D like other specs.

Put a cool down of 10-12 seconds on C&D and bam…no more perma stealthers.

Thereby neutering S/D control and P/D condition-based damage even more, making sweeping changes to thief skills without considering the consequences continually causes more conservative defense/control based thief setups to get weaker, pushing more and more thieves into glass cannon assassin-style gameplay. This change would easily double the amount of backstab thieves by obliterating even more viable weapon choices.

And there’s the overreaction I was expecting. Let me guess your one of the ones that abuse C&D to stay invisible all the time. I use a P/P build and get along just fine without the abusive C&D.

No thief should be able to hit 5 guys and stay alive cause your constantly c&d’ing guys. There are plenty of other stealth utilities that aren’t abusive that you can use. Plus you still got infiltrators strike.

As for the other comment about Black Powder/Heartseeker. That’s a 9 init combo and a lot harder to pull off so not really as abusive.

On SoS I have been running a P/P S&B 10/30/15/0/15 spec for a while now. Sometimes I spec into 10/30/30 just to heal in stealth. I’m primarily a wvw fighter running with my guild.

In WvW you should usually be running in a group so most styles are viable. I jump back and forth between a 10/30/30/0/0 P/P S&B thief (cause c&d is just plain cheese..so I don’t use it) and a 10/30/15/0/15 P/P S&B thief.

SB cause obviously it’s OP when your defending/attacking keeps. Clusterbomb ftw. Even out in the open you can rush forward..throw out a 1200 range clusterbomb and dive back. Do that a few times and watch that zerg vs zerg stalemate push back some.

The first build is more a stay alive build. You won’t be able to pump out unloads like crazy but if you run your stealth heal, aoe stealth and refuge in utilities…you’ll constantly be healing and out of sight when need be.

The 2nd build allows you to unload…unloads. While it doesn’t have that wtf just hit me burst..it has consistent over time damage and you STAY in battles. You don’t waste a guy and then go sit on your butt waiting on cooldowns. Plus deadshot is handy at stopping folks from stomping your downed friends. Finish them off with a mugged steal while fury is activated (under 50% health trait) and the steal will give fury again with might/swiftness and 3 more initiative to steal/unload finish em.

Plus the mere fact your ranged with stealth makes you a pain to kill. I’ve watched my entire 25-40 man zerg get wiped out..be one of the last 5 alive…and still get away.

So how about this? Add a rule that allows skills-in-progress to connect against a player even if they enter stealth before your skill is finished casting. After that, you lose target as usual.

Another failsauce fix. For one that would be a huge change in coding…and for the worse. The whole point in gw2 combat is that you have the ability to use objects around you to hide from damage. Nothing is more daft then poking out from behind a wall and hitting someone…only for them to use some 3-4s cast and hit you while you’ve long been out of line of sight.

It amazes me how many folks fail to see the obvious fix. Perma-stealthing thieves is caused primarily by one skill. Cloak and Dagger. So gee folks………don’t you think that’s the obvious fix choice? Put a cool down of 10-12 seconds on C&D and bam…no more perma stealthers.

And please don’t give me that crap about culling. Culling is a problem but it’s overstated a lot. Most of the time the first second is culling…the 2nd second is folks readjusting to the thieves current position (usually flanked or behind). Fixed culling would only mean a thief would have to throw in a dodge before re-stealthing.

Fix the root at it’s source folks (and I’m sure Anet will do so) and that source is Cloak and Dagger.

All your suggestions are terribad folks. Your not looking to fix a thief..your looking to nerf them into ranger oblivion.

Want a fix for perma stealthing thieves? And this is most likely what Anet will do eventually. Nerf the the stealth on cloak and dagger. Make the cooldown on it at least 10 seconds and perma stealthing thieves are a thing of the past. That would leave them (1 extra second traited) with a 3 second heal/stealth, a 3 second AOE stealth and Shadow Refuge (the one you have to stay in for 4 seconds before you get 10s stealth….and is easily countered by knockbacks/outs/pulls etc in that 4 secs).

And the thief would have to use all 3 as utilities.

That’s all that needs to be done. No over nerfing cause your pissed. One minor change and the thief becomes much more visible.

And this is coming from an 80 thief in the WORK guild in tier 1 who refuses to use C&D cause I know how cheese it is.

I have to laugh at the whines at double teaming. Especially since these same folks had no trouble double teaming SoS from the start through the entire weekend.

Suck it up folks. When you have 1v1v1 there is ALWAYS going to be a double team out there.

Want to know why SoS targets you SBI? A) You have more points then JQ…..B) Your dang zergs keep showing up everywhere…of course we are going to focus you if we keep seeing 50 of your guys and only 10-15 of JQ’s (This is on SoS border).

It looks like people have returned to WvW this week on SBI. Last week showed us that we can’t afford to be lazy or take a break when we have a hungry server wanting to make their mark. The battles have been great and we still have a long week ahead of us.

I heard PRX are on a casual week this week to recharge batteries and get some fractal lvls, so thats why we are not seeing even half of their numbers out in WvW. Should be SBI’s week this week, lets see them in force next week when PRX are back in force to make a great game.

What happened is a tactical error I assume the leadership will sort out for next week. On Saturday morning EST we were up 3k. However SBI literally had their own borderland entirely owned for 8 hours straight. The guild placements were a bit off.

For example WORK was placed on SoS border. I honestly don’t think we were overly needed there. In fact we got so annoyed by all the red on SBI border we went over there for a couple hours…sieged up our supply camp and eventually got our keep and garrisson back.

I believe next week we will see more planned effort put to JQ and SBI borders with a couple more guilds in them. It’s a balancing act….I’m sure JQ and SBI will probably switch things up to.

Perhaps the biggest lesson SoS can take out of this week is that we have to be more flexible about guild map assignments on the fly and be able to adjust appropriately to maps that are getting overwhelmed.

The big problem for SoS and JQ is that for some reason both servers aren’t making much effort on SBI’s borderlands. Work got so sick of it last night we left our assigned map and went over there for a couple hours to establish a base before returning to our map. Then it was promptly lost within a couple hours.

SoS and JQ got to really rethink the SBI border strategy.

Good luck this week. Lets get thru the initial “were new to T-1 so we got lots to prove lets rush in hard” weekend zerg and get down to the chess match. JQ. Where you at? get in here boys!!!! :>

Couple of major things this week will effect this match. The one time event will definitely pull all but the most dedicated away this weekend (and I would imagine a server who is new to the tier would, on average, have more people dedicated to fight because of the enthusiasm). Also, a number of people are leaving over the start of a gear treadmill. Then at the end of the week Thanksgiving may pullsome people away (but bring some people in). All around its gonna be a strange week.

Those two things may affect some servers more than others for a variety of reasons (one of which I mentioned above). I for one (on JQ), am gone until Tuesday and then gone again on Thanksgiving through Friday.

No the only thing affecting this match is SBI’s superior off peak forces. We tried hard as hell this morning but were outnumbered buffed most of it.

I recently moved to Maguuma to join up with a pure thieves guild. We spent a few hours the first night getting the hang of our 5 man group. We basically harrassed the backline of the zergs..made sure we didn’t die much and we did well. I cleared just over a gold and 52 badges. I was at the low end for our 5 pack.
