I’ve been trying out s/d because i eventually want the bolt legendary(/d instead /p because i like stealth builds). I finally found a build I"m real happy with 0/30/30/0/10 with a knight amulet/berserker jewel. My problem is in the pve world there is no vit/power/prec gear that I know of. I was wondering if there was any kinda combination of gear that could give me stats similar to the knights or some suggestions on something that gives me great survive-ability with decent a crit rate/good dmg like the knights does.
Its been bugged for 3 days on mine with the gates closed so i wanna transfer for a week to get the armor. Was wondering if there was a server were its not bugged all the time.
Make them only usable near a gate so stupid people like me don’t run supply’s all the way from the garrison to sm only to realize it was wasted on one of the 5 siege rams put in the middle of sm on top of the actual useful siege. Its not just ppl who haven’t played dropping them its people from other servers deliberately trying to drain supply. Making them only deploy-able from so many feet of a gate would fix this.
The human cultural lvl 2 leggings aren’t bad. I previewed the arah leggings the other day and I think ill do a few dungeon runs 2 get them they look pretty good.

I don’t believe its a hidden cool-down because say if you get the regen from the dwayna rune it won’t stack with that unless you stealth 1st then get that regen then it does stack lol.
I’m not sure if it is a bug or maybe it is intended but the regeneration boon from shadow protector will not stack for me. Say if you stealth once get the regen stealth again and you still have that regen it will not stack duration. Also if I have the regen from using my healing skill(dwayna rune) it will not stack duration with that either. Although if i stealth then use my heal skill for regen that will stack for duration. I was wondering if any one else noticed this/having this problem.
Would a venom share happen to share its venom’s with the ravens?
If p/p had a reliable way to access stealth(like as the op suggested black powder also having a stealth) id use it over p/d. and as far as traps ambush trap works great with a venom share thief.
Its per active point. I kept thinking to myself why do i not see more builds with this its damage is close to the same if you put that amount of points into deadly arts, but you get allot more initiative this way. Then i watched my damage go down an down and was like oh that’s why.
well it started out with the usaul u sux ur clas is op nonsense(though it was coming from a mesmer wich i normaly dunt get from them) then it went to ima hacker cause im killing to fast, then to im reporting you. lol dunno wat his report is gonna say guess he is reporting me for being a thieve :P jus wonderin if any one else is haven that problem.
were in that link does it say not to spec into conditon build and rec ppls face with ldb? once u go under water you cant stack bleeds like u can above water.
@ vexus who made you then end all be all on what a thief is supposed to be? if they only wanted us to spec for single target dmg why do have have the option to spec for condition builds? why do we have a sb which is all aoe attacks? just because the underwater combat fits your build the way that you like to play does not make it right. i wish i could retrait for under water combat just like the utility’s auto switch for you.
is there an mmo forum thats not full of complaints? i dunno if i have ever seen one. and me personally Im lovin this game.
having d/d is fine but you are gonna want a range for your secondary weapon i use sb for the aoe then swap to d/d to pick off geniuses who decide to rambo it(and there are plenty of geniuses out there) .
if they reduced the cost of ldb i dont think i would ever die i think it is fine the way it is ,not that id complain if they lowered it but i do pretty good with it the way it is now.
Might as well request underwater Traits and Skills while we’re here. I’m pretty tired of only having one skill in an area I love (underwater) when I’ve spent 30+ skill points already.
u mean utilitys? u can already swap them out and they auto change when u go in and out of water, granted like half of mine cant be used under water but u can still swap em out nontheless
if your gonna make me use the crappy under water skills atleast let me trait around them properly
i like this skill but i just cant make room for it on my bar other stuff to important :P though i would love to see some ones face that was shooting from a wall thinken their invincible to all of the sudden be in a crowd of unfriendlys lol.
lol i see every day new threads each stating one or another class is op, except for necro and engineer i don’t think Ive seen an op thread for them. poor guys must suck or sumthin.

Heartseeker: Reduced damage of the 100%-50% threshold by 20%. Damage thresholds changed. Old: 100%-66%, 66%-33%, 33%-0%. New: 100%-50%, 50%-25%, 25%-0%.
Looks like a nerf to me, guess Anet agreed HS was over the top.

they could take heatseeker out of the game and there would still be people on the forums complaining about how op it is
A class that can go invis to avoid a 4 second window of damage explosion doesn’t have issues killing them? Well that’s surprising…

the only skill i have to trun me invisible at will in my build is claok an dagger but i had rather use the innitaitive for ldb i go invisible even less than i use heatseeker still ppl using a cruth for loosing that i dont even use.
On my thief i use a ldb condition build and rarely use the heatseeker skill. Personally i have more problems with well played other classes, the heatseeker spam build is easy to kill to me. But back to my point i went an entire match yesterday without using heatseeker and still got 2 pms telling me how bad i would suck if i didn’t have the heatseeker skill when lol i didnt even use it.
