Hey,
i haven’t played GW2 for 3 months, so i might have missed something.
I came back and wanted to sell some stacks of items i had left on my Bank.
I used to look up how many buyorders there were and then i set my selling price lower than the price i need to reach to sell to all those small orders.
I used to get the the appropriate amount of gold for every buyorder placed, the buyorders which covered my stacks where 55s-52s.
So I set the price to 50s to sell all at once but after i sold everything the profit i calculated was not the same i actually got.
I got 500×50s and not as i should 23×54.52s, 53×54,23s, 43×53,79s…. and so on.
I lost a small fortune

Then to proof this I placed a buyorder and sold to myself for a really low price, i had to pay the real price, but only got the few silver i sold for.

I might have missed something in the 3 Months i haven’t played, i just want to ask if this is a bug or intended ?
Selling to everyone seperate if they all underbid by 1copper is really annoying.

I think T5 and T6 is crashing because there is no demand.
I was buying T5 Blood and when i had 3000, i remembered that there won’t come a huge patch which involves T5 soon.
We got ascended Weapons and Armor, jeweler and cooking is missing , if it ever will happen what i higly doubt jeweler will likely need jewels.

It’s nice, for PvP.
My Wolf will now fear the enemies when i need it.

But it won’t solve the problem in PvE.
Pets should be invulnerable against AoE.
Playing sword in melee is already squishy as a ranger, and all other weapons are just subpar.
Pets can walk out of aoe when we call them back but they can’t dodge it.
They should become invulnerable against everything when the ranger dodges.
Why can a big part of my damage just die, that makes no sense at all.
My first fractal lvl 30+ was no fun at all.
With my warrior twink im just lvl49 whatever Hundred Blades Pew Pew!

My Sylvari Mesmer is totally sad.
Dyeing light T3 has always been really hard if you like bright colours.
Most bright colors look dark or washed out and colorless.
The really expensive rare gemshop colors come close to “normal” but are not great at all.

Light T3 had no real glow and was bad, now it is even worse >:-{

When we joined Fort Ranik Homemap after reset there was a huge lag and many players were ported to the middle of the map.

I was totally perplexed and died

There needs to be an option to accept or discard joining players/groups.
And that window should contain Class Level Name Guild and in case of Fractals the highest AR ever achieved on that char, i don’t like gear checks but in case of fractals I’m totally pro.
An addition i would like to see would be a grid where you can specify which classes and how many you would like to have in your group, and if the slot for Thiefs is full no more thieves should be able to join for example.
There should be (but i think it will never come) an extra tab which is only accessable if you have the achievement Dungeon Master, its says you have done every dungeon atleast once and you can trust that you don’t have to explain anything to other players
I had only bad experiences since i can use the LFG Tool, people not reading the description or ignoring the chat and wrecking the whole dungeon run.

Time is the most precious currency humans have! Deal with it!
Why do i say that?
Because if I only have 1-2 hours playtime a day i want my stuff to be done in that time.
I can do CoE complete with experienced people in 40-50 minutes, i can’t do that with “5 Signet YOLO SWAG FULL PVT Warrior”.
I dealt with many of those “I play like i want” Players even in my guild, they are the badest players and most resistant to any kind of advice.
Arah Path 4 Took me 4 Hours with my guild mates because of this “I play like i want” attitude, i would never have done something like that with randoms, i would tell them to **** themself and rage quit.
I played all classes to 80 and can see when someone is playing his class wrong, wrong in that kind that he is not unexperiecend but he is totally ignoring any class mechanic given.
And if I get a “I play like i want” in exchange for good advices he gets blocked and kicked…
That might sound pretty arrogant but if you play like you want than “I play like I want” and that is my given right, I will always consider my Time until I die more important than your butterfly and flower kitten ;-)

My sympathy to the people who crashed or dc’ed because of the patch, we know how to do it now and kill him every respawn :P

There should be an option which allows people to flag the player using the turrent and if more than 20 or 30 people flag someone he is not able to use the turrent for 15minutes.
We chose people who use the turrents and they had to camp them for over an hour, thats not a good solution.
“Have a Seat and pull the Trigger” is the main problem, random people who don’t know what to do come and block the turrents for some achievement points, not really funny.

Set Character Model Limit to Lowest or Low and everything is fine.
You won’t get much more FPS by upgrading, i don’t know anyone where it is running fine in Zerg vs Zerg.

Sorry to say that but your CPU Upgrade is crap.
Phenom (I) to Phenom II is not an upgrade, the Phenom was always bad.
I had a Phenom II X4 945 before i upgraded to i5 3570k, WvW was unplayable with my old Phenom.
I’m running an Intel Core i5-3570K and it’s totally fine, huge Zergs drop FPS to 10-15 but thats only the case when casting lag is so huge that you can’t play at all.
Upgrading from Phenom 2 945 to i5-3570k was totally worth it, Haswell may be slightly better but i don’t know if it is worth the extra money.
Don’t buy a Dual Core, you won’t get happy with that.

Your Graphiccard is ok, i got a HD6950 2GB and get ~30FPS in Lions Arch at best appearrance.
I had a HD7970 for 2 Weeks until it died… and i had 60FPS in Lions Arch.
In huge Zergs it made not a real difference which card i used…
Better graphiccards make PvE better but don’t change much in WvW.

In Guild Wars 2 the CPU is the real bottleneck.
Intel is just the best for Gaming atm and the ‘K’ models are really good for overclocking.
My 3570k Stock 3.6 is running ordinarily @4.4GHZ and even Higher when it’s cold outside :P

My Suggestion is buy a Core i5-4570 it has a nice price/performance ratio , you will need a new motherboard and take a CPU that you are ok with for more than 2-3 Years because Intel likes to change their socket every time, i was able to use my AM3+ for years but unfortunately their CPUs aren’t good for gaming.
There is no need to upgrade your graphiccard atm, i’m waiting for AMD’s Volcanic Isles, price of HD7000 Series should get a nice drop

The only thing that made me run Fractals are the weapon skins but RNG is not really incentive.

This I can’t understand. Every single RPG has RNG-based rewards in dungeons since Dungeons and Dragons. It can not be the problem.

Opening the daily chest feels like trying to get a Halloween Skin…
In 300+ Runs at LV20+ 5 people got a skin 4 of them got trident or warhorn…
If you are in a dungeon for 1-3 hours you want to see some progress at the end but after you have 2 rings and a backpack you are wasting your time in hopes of getting the skin you want.
There are 19 Skins, i think i don’t have to say what "Never"divided by 19 is…
They are Accountbound, they could have a higher droprate, you can’t sell them at all.
You did 20+ and dedicated a lot of your time for it, the Weapons only drop 20+ so only people who really did fractals could get the skins.
A droprate this low would only be acceptable if you could sell the skins.
I wanted the Greatsword for my Guardian so badly, but it was way easier for me to get a legendary than that skin…

The main problem is that Fractals is totally UNREWARDING.
Since i have my rings and backpack i barely visited Fractals, there is just no reason.

You should get tokens like the Pristine Fractal Relics, i haven’t got any weapon skin after hundred of runs and my friends only got unpopular skins.

Dredge: Too long and without “using of game mechanics” the control panel part just sucks 30+.
Defending in a Dungeon where you are a 1-2 Shot is no fun. I shouldn’t be forced to have a full PVT Equip in my backpack ( and that only makes me a 2-3 shot…).

Cliffside: Without not touching the mobs at the double seal it is too hard 30+.
The fire part is just studip, the only way to avoid damage in fractals is aegis(high cooldown) or dodging (there is no place to dodge anywhere!)

Grawl : Love it with my Guild Group fast and easy. Hate it with PUGs.
Extremly merciless to not optimal class/traits.
High damage and survivability needed, not every class is a warrior.

Many classes are just a burden → “LFM Frac XX (NO Ranger/Thief)” These are not bad but they don’t forgive any mistakes ( Warrior is a faceroll class for knuckleheads, admit it :P )

Rerolled from Ranger(LV28) to Guard because
1.No one wants Rangers in their group, support/suvivabilty/damage rate is really bad compared to warriors.
2.There is no reason to take a ranged class with you, most buffs and combofields only trigger in meele range.
3. Your Pet is instantly dead and taking a Low Dmg high HP pet makes no sense.
PETS CAN’T DODGE!!! They should dodge when we dodge…
4.Sword is our only option to do viable damage but the attack chain won’t let us dodge…

My two cents.

Since the Champion Boxes Update I looted a lot(compared to “not a single one” before).
For example Charged Lodestones and Cores.
Before the Champion update they only dropped for me while farming Air Elementals or doing CoE.
And now i get them in boxes while playing whatever i want.

It’s sold on the TP “Recipe: Giver’s Orichalcum Imbued Inscription”

I have the same issue, used the TP an hour ago and didn’t restarted the game since i used the TP.
And now i get the same message.
Restarting the game doesn’t help.

Power>Precision>Crit!
Most builds i use in a group have atleast 70% Critchance only with fury.
And the loss of so much Power doesn’t justify 10-20% morce crit which would only grant 1-3 more stacks of might…
I would only use a set like this to oneshot noobs in WvW with my Thief :P

I got a set for my Ele, if they are a slightly weaker version of divinity with a speedboost they may be worth it for WvW.
Divinity is at 13g+ atm.

Charr Light Arah Shoulder Armor Backpiece Clipping

Got my Arah shoulders today, and my beloved Mad Memoires are clipping ;-(
Only Quaggan are not clipping because they are fat :-P

Haven’t got any reward :-(

Clock Tower is so much fun, did it with 5 characters, level 80 boots for my level 15 necro :-p
Anybody played Icy Tower?
Clock Tower is driving me crazy when having a flow, can feel my heart beat in my head :-D
