Hello all, IRON is officially moving to SoR! We are very much looking forward to being part of T1 NA and hope to make a difference during EU timezone. Clashing against the skilled guilds of JQ and BG will be an exciting new experience which I believe will bring fresh fun to our guildies and we will be out looking for challenging fights

It was a very difficult decision under time constraints during a power shift in T1, but we decided on SoR mainly for the sake of balancing T1 competition with more equal opposition. Perhaps this will also encourage more guilds to move to SoR to even out their coverage further. I’m sure that we’ll have a great time here and its community seems as friendly and organised as we could wish for.

I have utmost respect for the other servers and my apologies for not joining, I hope there are no hard feelings. Many thanks to the various leaders, I appreciated all your time for queries and looking after our scouts.

Congrats to BG for winning two weeks in a roll and I sincerely hope that JQ comes back hungry next week for a close three-way even match up – see you all on the battlefield, new friends and enemies

As offski said, most of iron have given up on wvw. Some stopping gw2 completely since what is there othet than wvw. The content they add is pretty poor tbh after 9 months.

Few have left to other eu servers out of this tier 1 shambles. A few are planning on going to NA servers to try get some fun out of the game. Alot of us have gone to Neverwinter.

Fun fights vs the zombies at their spawn on deso border tonight =) greenbriar was all we needed on that border hehe.

Same with srf, was fun going back and forth from lake to spawn =)

Well, to be quite honest Sir, regarding your posts history on this forum, you seem to give yourself a lot of care about it :

So, I assume it’s all about competition until the leading server get +30k points off the other ones within the first two days of the WvW week, then it’s oh well who cares about score and numbers, fun and games, you know! Right ?

Although this is a rather confusing post you just wrote, I do understand your frustration about the current score system, but there’s no reason blaming players of servers for that, they’re not responsible for this mess, ArenaNet is.

I did care about the competition, but not so much anymore, I just think people should just enjoy the fights etc, all these posts over nothing when the winner of the matchup gets nothing.

Were just playing for kills and fun this week, is why we just left towers etc get capped, we didnt bother to go for hills once today on viz border, just knocked down a gate for some fights.

I think u guys forget that u actually get nothing for winning a matchup,. Let viz cap everything and they will have nothing to take.

Everyone thinkiny that there is the slightest colaboration between sfr and deso are just simply delusional.

Moving towards better arguments WL was really nice how you guys fought last night.We couldn’t touch garri last night but a decent part of that is to be atributed to IRON that just wouldn’t stop focusing us.Strange tactic since reason dictates that VS is their prime enemy this week fighting for the spot in t1 but all in all was a real fun night on VS bl.I would say reset on this bl was a draw draw in both keeps hold and wipes between all the 3 participants and many 3 way fights.

Unfortunately sfr was the only server that didn’t have a 1 mega guild on the map and our forces were always divided but i certainly can’t blame 2 big guilds like wl and iron that they prefer to play as one.
Gl guys and keep the good fights commuing.

We took both your lake and hills since you guys decided to focus our bay straight away from the start of the reset when we were going for woodhaven. Specifically RIOT guild, after they tried and failed miserably we thought kitten this you want to focus us we take your lake and hills =D.

Kaz reformed into BuLL, we dont need glory hunters on our server, Srf is strong now just wait for it to turn into another Blacktide. They cant even beat Vizunah with the influx of people they got, Shocking.

Its sad that vizunah only win because of the gap between off peak times, were winning in potential all the way till 1am then vizunah 60 man zerg hopping borders all the time with the help of their spies, vizunah wins for the most boring server to play against.

Boring week as to be expected really since we came 2nd in tier 1 and only dropped because tier 2 rankings are a joke at the moment thanks to transferers from arborstone. I’ll sleep most of the week till were back in tier 1 next week =)

They seem to have increased the population capacity of the servers so there is no problem in transferring to Desolation, we are in the need for morning and night/off prime time guilds still that can help Kaz and our other night crew.

Our guilds on Desolation are really dedicated and would never leave the server, nothing like what happened to blacktide or farshiverpeaks would happen here on Desolation !

Pathetic, we have lost one big guild that was our main night crew, PRX, also we have OSC in one week break. And TWO full population servers still need to coop to be able to handle us, a medium population server. You guys really are bad, u better go play xbox, really.

I said that for a joke, there is’nt rly an alliance…viz focus u probably cause they want u gone cause they don’t like american guilds on eu, and well its a must we must focus u for 2nd place even if we go down to tier 2 im sure we’ll be back.

Dont get mad cause one guild left and your server may become the next blacktide or farshiverpeaks and desolation will stay strong, we’ll just bounce between tier 1 and tier 2 like we normally do.

Seafarers only got first last week because we focused vizunah so hard. U can thank us for your win.

In the need of morning players/guilds and nightime player/guilds =)

Desolation is at very high status most of the time, were still in the need for morning/nightime guilds and players. Our wvw community is growing every week with recent guilds that came over cooperating with our current ones to become a stronger server.

We hold a weekly alliance meeting with a few people from each of the wvw guilds before Friday reset ,planning borders and generally to see how things are going while cooperating throughout the week.

Coex moved to Desolation yesterday with no problems, so welcome to them, its just finding when the server goes to high status, which is normally late evenings early mornings.

Edited original post, if your coming to Desolation, make sure you do it before february as paid transfers may be announced. Lets make Deso the best wvw server possible!

Keep fighting those viz seafarers, i hope they feel how it is to be double teamed like we were from arbor and them.

We try to improve our server instead of whining all the time, we leave that to the other servers.

Desolation was all about RUIN, after they left you break apart. Now you are in tier 2 cos of KAZ guild, after they left your server you will go back to t4. Well i don’t wanna be unfair, you have IRON guild but one guild can’t carry whole server. So don’t speak me about awesome server with awesome spirit.

We lost most of Xaoc power and many other guilds but we are still fighting, Blacktide is not that soft as Desolation is, need more then one guild to drop us down.

We also got invited by one of your top guilds to join Desolation and i don’t c nothing bad in that. People are fighting on the field and on green table to improve their server… Desolation people should know that more then any other….

Haha you are completely delusional , Desolation has been in tier 2 for a while now without KAZ, which are doing an awesome job helping us to get to tier 1.

Blacktide would be nowhere without the transfers from farshiverpeaks, atleast the guilds of desolation don’t transfer when we lose (except RUIN but they don’t count). We actually fight on.

You now have a blacktide guy coming over to desolation to steal members, I dont care what darkreavers excuse is, trying to make it look like its fine and are trying to help us i n EB….lol, theres better ways of recruiting.
