Bring blacktide guilds to deso <3

Second in this matchup which is pretty decent since its christmas, Kaz legacy will be in full force by 7th of january from what i’ve heard, theres still a few of them fighting the battle now though =)

Will be interesting to see next weeks matchup vs blacktide with it being new years. Will be a challenge. Aload of space for dedicated wvw guilds/players on desolation still, no queues whatsoever. Roll on 2013 =)

Theres nothing stopping germans from going to international servers so stop complaining , we have a few germans in our guild.

You must be silly talking about Deso wanting to nightcap because thats what elona is doing at the moment, WvW is 24 hour coverage, the sooner people realise that the better.

Also try derail our recruitment as much as u want, mods are awesome =D

And no icy Kaz decide to join Deso because we weclome them and we want to make the server a better wvw server rather than pve, something elona will never do if they keep trash talking servers.

Funny how desolation is’nt “allowed” to recruit but elona recruited from all other german servers hmmm…………anyway its christmas go be christmassy instead of flaming each other on forum.

Hello WvW guilds and players ! Desolation is looking for more organised WvW guilds to join our forces. We are currently a Tier 1 that could do with some more support.

We’re a popular English-speaking server and looking for WvW guilds from all time zones and servers to transfer to join us. Mainly Night/morning crew but there is plenty of space in prime time aswell.

On Desolation, there is a close-knit WvW community with commanders who liase with each other for the good of the server without egos clashing. We need more WvW guilds and players to cover all maps.

Worried about queues ? Don’t worry there is absolutely no queue

Agreed with everything said here, the new Pve commander is a joke… its also classed as an “event” yet we get nothing for actually killing the commander ? No xp, no karma no nothing.

Also whatever happened to ascended gear being made for WvW, badge items getting reduced in cost etc ? Were still forced to do dungeons. Please speak to WvW guilds on updating Wvw or you will lose a tonne of players!

We are now in tier 2 again ! yay =) We are 2nd in the current matchup but catching up to Arborstone fast if we keep this current point tick. Would be great to get a few mornings or night time guilds. S till alot of room for prime time guilds looking to transfer. Still no queues.

IRON is the core wvw guild on desolation, with 40 members in WvsW throughout the day, reaching up to 80 in prime time. Looks like we are staying in T3 for one more week, wich is great for Deso. We are not ready for T2 for some reason, but we never give up

Were currently in tier 3 now but winning the matchup so will move back up to tier 2 next week, we could use a few guilds for night and morning timezone =)

No skill, no organisation ??? Your kidding right ? the only reason were falling behind is because of the lack of people we have in WvW. Were not Seafarers who have queues to every borderland.

No offense to Sfr but they are only winning because of the population, they have people to cover all borders, they have queues on each border, other 2 servers don’t.

Good match still though, its fun just fighting for second, currently it wil lbe the same matchup next week but with elona back in tier 2.

Sfr is in no way ready for tier 1 tbh.

Thats just 30 or so people switching border constantly, by 6-7am we have +60 again

Deso really needs more people for the morning =( but this match is really great, having so much fun this week after IRON had that week off, this is what WvW is meant to be like. Keep it up Deso ! =)

The current cost for tier 6 mats is completely ridiculous,, at the moment its 22s for 1 powerful blood/18s for a vicious fang. Thats 45g for all 250 of one material.

The price is only rising because the materials don’t drop enough, im here farming for ages and have got about 6.

How do you expect casuals to get these items, im semi hardcore and have only 40g, that does’nt even cover the cost of the materials. Please icnrease the drop rate of these materials.

New content patch next week,we’ll be doing casual wvw next week and checking out the new content then back into wvw like many others im sure.

We really need more big wvw guilds on Deso for more organisation, we have only IRON and Ruin, wheres blacktide have about 6 or so big wvw guilds, 2 big ones from FSP server transfer and one from vabbi i think called SFRJ or something along those lines.

They can evenly spread their guilds out on each border, you can see by the map we can only hold 2 borders most of the time, desolation and blacktide border we have nothing but a tower or supply camp alot of the times cause its basically pugs running wild or 3 pve commanders in there doing their own thing.

Yes we have smaller guilds that wvw but they are instantly crushed by the bigger guilds and can only do so much with the pugs they try to lead.

At reset I went into blacktide border at one point because vizunah queue where Iron goes was full, we had nothing but a tower and CIR was just camping our supply while pugs were going in one after another dying, it was a complete mess.

There is still no queue on atleast 2 of our borders, (deso +blacktide ) would be nice if we could recruit a few more big guilds onto deso or make our smaller guilds bigger.

We need to make Deso more of a WvW server rather than pve if were going to keep competing.

Lol this thread is all french posters complaining because they are losing , where was the whine when u were “nightcapping” every other server, you were’nt so stop crying now. I’m getting bored of seeing RUIN “ruined” eu ladder, ow many times can you use that pun. Desolation hold their own in daytime, we lead tick points most of the day in this new matchup.

AS gave up , Vizu is close to do the same and being on the winning side attracts more players on Deso…. that’s why you sustain good score on primetime.

Taunt: i saw good moves from a few Deso guilds (iron, GH…) but we use to call Deso players “zombies” ; they just swarm you , wipe , they come again, wipe again….. reminds me brain dead :p

Even when it was Vizunah – Desolation – Farshiver they were still crying about vizunah night capping. You did’nt see Desolation whining about going down to tier3, yeah there was maybe a few but not as much as there is in this thread from farshiverpeaks, and you expect people to move to your server , hahahaha you’ve got to be kidding me.

I’m glad we won’t go tier 1 next week so you can suffer abit more.

I would’nt bother joing Fsp server tbh, just looking at all posts their server makes you can see all they do is whine about losing. Dunno how they stayed in tier 1 tbh, most likely because of all the glory hunters wanting to move to the “top” euro server.

Farshiverpeaks is the number 1 complain server when they lose, can’t wait for them to meet blacktide and go down to tier 3 and then complain some more.

We will have the rating possibly tomorrow to go into tier 1 next week if Desolation keep this score up during prime time. So much for farshiver “owning” us during prime time. We’ve been leading prime time since sunday ( about 50-100 pt difference) and now since monday or tuesday they gave up.

Can’t wait to push farshiver down to tier 3, can’t speak for their whole server but seems their guys on the forum are really arrogant and always start to complain when they lose.

Come join us on Desolation m8, we have the night time crew just not the day time crew atm. No queues in daytime and were in tier 2. Arborstone is a french server and i hear massive queues since they are near enough rank 1.

god you are an attention kitten ? So much exaggeration OP, Hours to queue at 3.40am, nope its instant the max queue tonight was about 15mins and thats only because every1 is on for reset.

We need people for morning/afternoon times, lets get desolation back up to tier 1 ! =)

I understand the rare armor set looking abit shabby but the exotic set for badges too ? As we all know badges don’t drop off trees, why did they make this armor set look so bad ?

The pvp has dropped, people just are not Qing, the mindset of alot of players is why should I go to WvW, when all I come up against is a rolling zergball of frenchies, last week there was Qs on most evenings and it was reall fun after a week of boredom V VS and FS, now again we have a nightcapping french server against us and people just dont Queue.

They see there work and effort as pointless when everything is flipped at 3am, and as I said they just meet zergs everywhere and at everytime of the day and night, its boring.
I can count at least 15 1v1/2v2s last week I had, Ive had 0 so far this weekend, the french just roll around in zergballs, never alone or in small grps, they are pve’rs who fight gates and walls.

I dont think the server pop has changed, just the willingness to PVP has.

True man, i’ve also not gone in WvW as much as last week, its not fun to see that we win prime time and all that effort is wasted with nightcapping.

I don’t understand why desolation is still coming up as full o nthe server list tbh, there has been no wvw queues this past week and by the looks of things the population has dropped by quite abit.
