Yep i was just about to make a post about this aswell! The lack of Collectors edition is lacking

Alright alright stop the hate of me using the word hypocrite in the wrong way. My bad..
still my point with the topic is still people first hate the patches, trashing anet, threating to leave etc, and not enjoying the parts of story and lore and the feature packs etc etc

But then when they see this cinematic trailer and goes to the conclusion that its an expansion all of a sudden the patch was amazing it was tremendous good update.. good patch etc etc just because of the trailer.

Yet to find a better word for what thoose people should be called.

And please dont come with the fact that people have “diffreant opinions” because that is not what’s happening here. LS have always been about pve (mostly) story wise. What do you think gonna happen if there is a expansion pack? (set aside the wvwvw and spvp) guess what? more story stuff and areas. What have we gotten this last half year? 2 new areas and story stuff.
So we are gonna get it as a pack + with the feature packs as well in once (if its a expansion however.)

And that i just think is wrong, and saying you criticize because you care when people trash anet so much as they do is also so very wrong.

I do not usually create new threads or write in threads, but I do read alot of it.

However i cant ignore this because its bugging me alot,
But not to sound a bit to negative or anything but is it just me that notice all the hypocrites in the forum right now? All of a sudden we had a “amazing cool patch update, with good challenging gameplay and rewarding loot”
Sorry but this is the exact same awesome updates we have had this year! With bosses and loot and fights etc , filled with lore and story. New content in it all.

And this are the same people that have been trashing Anet for sooo many months. But all of a sudden they are happy with this update… makes sense? Not to me atleast

Yes we had 2 amazing cinematics and it revealed a special announcement on the 24th of January that does not confirm an expansion, people already seem 100% of it and even though it seems most likely that it is an exp but is that the only way you like this update? IF that is true then you are pretty hypocritical, at least in my eyes.

I am not saying that you have to like everything Anet does so do not get me wrong.

I just wanna give my gratitude to arenanet for making this long wondeful adventure through tunnels, big caves, mountin walls, unsteady bridges and skritt holes.

That really blew my mind and i had a blast finding my way through, so thank you arenanet!

What i mean is they live togheter and share the land. Ascalon is pretty big you know.

+ for most Gw1 players, charrs are the bad guys not the ascalon citiziens.

Ima throw a theory out here now, a very longshot theory BUT if it was to acctully happen that would be mindblowing epic! (atleast i think so and i guess alot of other Gw1 players do aswell)

Let say Rytlock is freeing Duke Barradin(the true king of ascalon) to release the curse that adelbern put over ascalon, the foefire curse (or whatever you wanna call it)

What happens after? Where does all the ghoast go? Just stop existing? Here is my waky theory. Theese “ghosts” have not just been ghosts, BUT the persons caught in this curse for all theese years. And when Barradin the true king of ascalon makes the curse go away he frees the ghosts or in this case the real humans from their prison of being ghosts and they continue on living their mortal life.

And to go even further that they will rebuild Ascalon city and live side by side sharing the lands of ascalon with the chars. To once and for all create pure peace between long life enemys!

As i said its a waky theory and nothing more! let me know what you guys think of it !

But congratulations to Desolation! Was hoping that we on Far shiverpeaks could get it first but sadly not! But it was a fun race vs the few servers/guilds that did this! But FSP is still going strong for this one! We wont give up and we are hoping to be nr 2 server to do it!

being improved how? there is nothing wrong with the event, except maybe the fact when the heads spawns they are still invulnarble for like 10 secs

Found a lost UW quaggan inside SM

We sooo need more of this kinda event! Its alot of fun organising and fighting this boss when he is this hard and requires so much pre work before the event even starts!

We have alot of fun on Far shiverpeak server fighting him ! We will continue fighting him and we are hoping that we get more contet like this! there are alot of world bosses out there

Third time we got him down now, We do it for Narnia!

Far shiverpeak got him down today aswell 30 mins ago, 2 times now! And this is what we do it for! (look picture)

Have you tried to type “Arah explorable all paths cutscenes” or something like that on youtube?

I run asura warrior and i enjoy evry little bit of it! To be this tiny little asura runing around slashing foes with a GS and shielding the attacks from a big boss! Its just awesome! Not to mention how the asura is holding the GS when running! purely awesome! BUT as remillard is saying, this you get with either warrior and guard! So yea

So i am just wondering if the 1g reward for each path in a dungeon per day is account bound or character bound?

Maybe i missed it somewhere or whatever. Either way i would like to know!

WOWOWOWOO evryone calm the kitten down!! This is not the end of the world! after own experience of playing gw1 for many years and see many farming places there being nerfed (for example keg farming, uw farming with sf) ive learned that WE the players ALWAYS finds away to get fast money! We always find new farming places to get fast money! so evryone calm down and just wait and you will see in a few weeks!

Actually, they restored Orr with this very same update that they’re changing Dungeon Loot systems. How so? Why, it’s the way they’re introducing Champion Loot Bags. Orr is sprinkled with Champion mobs throughout the major events; and the minor Dynamic Events scale up with more players to include champions when needed. This means that effectively players can (and should) start up Orr farming trains yet again to try to get these Champion bags.

This will be a new way of making money. How good this will be? only time will tell!

True! alltho only way to be telling this story is through the fractal. How else? an expansion pack and the story is about thousands of years ago? Wouldnt work. Living world event? wouldnt work imo. Fractal is the way to do this!

So after ive read the 2 backstorys now how am i suppose to be voting for Evon now? After theese backstorys i dont want a backstabbing cat to win.. I do want the abbadon fractal but not the backstabbing cat in the council.. and i loved the southsun survival he brought.

But Ellens backstory was way more appeling to me as a story and she deserves to be in the council way more then this char!

But id love more backstory like this about Ellen tho!
