[Suggestion] Healing spray gun

I believe it would be cool to see engineers play as healers since the current allies healing skills is garbage (excluding healing turret) i don’t see why not add a whole weapon kit that will help you heal and support your allies in cost of dealing damage/ inflicting conditions, however i have this set of skills that will only replace the engineers first three weapons slots (new idea so you can carry a shield/pistol in your off hand) so here is the skills that i suggest:

1- healing mist:
Spray a mist that heals allies (will not heal you).

Healing per pulse: 150+(0.5 of healing power)
number of pulses: 6
number of targets: 3
if you heal allies with all the 6 pulses you will be healed for 25% of the same amount
(that means if you healed three allies each for 1000 you will be healed for 750)

Cast time: 3 sec (half a second for each pulse)


2- launch elixir E:
launch an elixir that will heal all allies in the area of impact and give them regeneration or protection or swiftness.

Healing on impact: 600+(0.5 of healing power)
regeneration: 10 sec
protection: 4 sec
swiftness: 6 sec

cool down: 10 sec


3- Healing bomb:
Throw a bomb at your feet that will heal you and blind enemies (will not heal allies).

Healing amount to self: 1500+(0.6 of healing power)

Cool down: 45 sec (high cool down since the kit doesn’t replace your healing skill)


Tool belt: You will heal yourself and gain 3 random boons.

Healing amount: 1500+(0.6 of healing power)

I know the idea is not polished but i want you to look at the concept, please comment anything you like.

Hi all,

Today i was playing my engineer that i haven’t played for a long time, so i thought why not go with a new build ?

however, an adept trait in firearms called “sitting duck” which will apply cripple and vulnerability to enemies when you immobilize them, the problem is my 5th skill in the pistol “Glue shot” has an Aoe immobilize effect but sadly when i use it on groups of enemies only one of the gets the effect of “sitting duck”, i know that this is the concept that all professions follow not only the engineer but still i wanted to see if this concept could be changed so that Aoe spell will apply the effects gained from traits to all affected enemies.

at the end, i know some spell will be broken but try no to generalize the concept i am suggesting and things will be fine, hopefully.

TWO HANDED AXES !
Not much to say, but i’d really love to see this weapon added to the game.
reasons:
1- It looks cool.
2- It can slash stuff.
3- Did i mention how cool it looks ?
4- the warrior could a new weapon, since we get nerfs all the time … it hurts ;(
5- Who the heck doesn’t want to look so cool?
6- In the picture in the professions tap the warrior is holding a great axe.

I know this might seem childish but i really want a Great axe

In PvP, you can ruin any turret engi’s day by simply spamming AOE spells, i am an engineer player and i ave “suffered” enough in the early days of GW2 when engineers were really underwhelming.

I will just say my humble opinion, it’s their first expansion, they have experience from GW1 for sure but still they need to see what people will like/dislike about this expansion to make a better one later on, you know that it’s the worst thing to do as a game developing company is to enrage the players and of course ANet isn’t stupid to do such thing.
Still i believe they might release more features later on just to satisfy the players, not gonna lie i’m already satisfied.

Is it me or almost 70% of players are thieves ?
in pvp i get more than 7 hits of heartseeker in less than 5 sec.(at that point i am dead)
thieves damage in heartseeker is way to high for a skill with a leap.

this skill seems like the most underrated overpowered skill in the whole game …..
the blind is really way too much.
i have no idea how to nerf it, so no need to ask.
but it’s like hell when i play any melee weapon, i can’t even touch him.

First of all i like the current selection of beards, but still we are missing a lot of nice beard styles, so am i the only one who thinks we need more “epic” new beards ? you know … like huge ones with trophies hanging from them, or even long mustaches, the only current mustache for norn looks like a joke(still like it) but i wish to see more bad-kitten beards in-game (even for humans)

This new healing skill is totally pointless.
cons:
1- if you got attacked by 3-5 enemies, you will heal for full hp.

pros:
1- duration 3 sec only, not enough for Vs 1 player and it will just prolong your life against groups.
2- cool down 35, way to long for a skill that has a really hard to achieve condition(you must receive a lot of damage which may result in killing you after the skill ends since warriors lacks mobility)

Changes i suggest:
1- make the heal= 2Xdamage taken

OR

2- cool down now is 25 sec.

I don’t even know what to say, this thing is useless.

maybe it has a low cooldown but it’s really underpowered.

some people think that warriors are way too strong (over powered)
but in the other hand most warrior players noticed how stupid is the warriors chance of doing any thing.
pros:
1- high health and toughness.
2- easy to play in PvE.
3- a lot of weapon choices.

cons:
1- shut down easily since he lacks mobility.
2- can be dragged like an animal in pvp (he can’t reach you or run away from you)
3- building Adrenaline feels useless since it can only be spent to use their burst attack i believe Adrenaline should be more than that, it should add some thing to the warrior like more damage less toughness, more move speed, doing actions faster.

and at the end the only thing that needs a nerf on the warrior is the hammer in pvp.

one of the most cool elite skills in game but it’s still has the 240 sec cool down which means you can never use it without regretting that you wasted it.
does 180-120 sec as a cool down sound better ?
(i would even support the idea of weaker shape shifting but less cool down maybe like a weapon kit)

In the game if you notice all swords are held from the middle of the grip like this:

but it’s looks awkward to hold a sword like that, on the other hand all wallpapers/art works have warriors holding their swords from the right place which is the top of the grip for example:

Please fix this, i know it’s isn’t a technical bug but it’s a visual bug and it annoys me.

Warrior: War horse:

The warrior mounts a fast horse for 10(maybe 7) sec trembling anyone who dares cross his path.

Cool down: 180 sec

Notes:
1- 50% move speed (improved swiftness) .
2- you deal your attack damage to who ever you tremble and knock them down.
3- you gain protection(33% less damage dealt to you).


Engineer: launch!:

The engineer use his boots overloading them to make them explode doing a massive 2500 range leap leaving a trail behind him that gives allies swiftness.

Cool down: 240 sec

Notes:
1- he doesn’t leap the whole 2500 range you can chose where to land.
2- the trail lasts for 7 sec.


Guardian: sacrifice:

you mark up to 2 friendly targets to give them a shield that will reduce the damage they take, but you will receive the damage instead of them.

Cool down: 180 sec

Notes:
1- the shield lasts for up to 10 sec.
2- the damage reduction is 50%.


Ranger: Sixth sense:

The Ranger will never let his prey escape.

Passive: any enemy has less than 20% of his max health will be seen.
Active: you mark an enemy for your allies so they can see him.

Cool down: 140 sec

Notes:
1- the passive will only work for the Ranger.
2- the active lasts 5 sec.
3- the marked and the enemy below 20% health will be seen even if they hide behind a wall (marked with red color).
4- if the marked duration ends this unit can’t be marked again for 30 sec.


Mesmer: Betrayal:

The Mesmer confuses his so he will deal damage even to allies and his allies will deal damage to him.

Cool down: 180 sec

Notes:
1- duration 9 sec.
2- allies can’t apply conditions to the confused unit and he can’t as well.


Necromancer: doom’s mouth:

A huge moth appears under your target to suck him into the underworld.

Cool down: 240 sec

Notes:
1- you can release the trapped target at any time.
2- max duration 5 sec on allies and 8 sec on enemies.
3- you will heal for 1.5% of the targets max health per second.


Thief: Death Trap:

The thief plants a trap that will teleport him and the target trapped in to a secret arena they will fight in there and the winner claims a buff.

Cool down: 200 sec

Notes:
1- the trap only works on enemies.
2- max duration is 10 sec.
3- when the trap is activated the thief must be at max 900 units away from his trap other wise the trap wont work but it will not be lost.
4- the buff for the winner is : might/fury/protection for 11 sec.


Elementalist: Earthquake:

The Elementalist stomps the ground with a magical force launching all enemies in a 1200 radius away.

Cool down: 180

Notes:
1- the total disable duration for the launched enemies is 2.5 sec.

i believe their cooldown is just too harsh.
