Woohoo!!!
I have been given leadership permissions finally (on personal guild).
BUT, the daily influence is still not being credited (have open tkt on the tome of influence that didn’t credit, also).
I have been representing almost daily, on each of two accounts (different servers), since guild was created on 9/14 (to see if permissions were fixed).
Two tomes donated, only one credited and one account influence history showing only two daily logins for 10 influence each, instead of daily.
The other account guild influence history is showing 3 daily logins @ 10 each, for different days than the first account.
—Are you looking into fixing the issue with the influence not being properly credited?
—Will we be able to get the missing influence credited?
—Will we need to make additional support tkts to get the missing influence?
Please let us know what you are doing to fix this part of the guild issues we have been having..

120901-001721— email authentification problem
This tkt was correctly changed back from ce/dde problem subject, then I received request from “senior member” travis, asking me to explain problem in detail as well as all the attempted fixes— that was great.
However, the next response was a canned response about linking the gw1 and gw2 accounts— nothing to do with the problem on the tkt. These people really need to read the tkts before responding— second time that has happened on same tkt!!
(At least they didn’t change the tkt topic (header) this time.)
Next tkt:
120914-000042, tome of influence problem— I understand this is known issue, but why is this taking so long to resolve and why no communication from anet as to the delay?
Last tkt:
120916-003964, guild leader issue— also a known problem… again still not resolved, but my tkt was closed. They should not be closing tkts until problem is fixed.
On the last two issues, we have had no word when they will be fixed, was hoping the latest update would make a difference, but neither even mentioned in update notes.
Many, many players have a lot of these issues in addition to all the skill bugs, quest bugs, missing skill point npc’s blocking map completion, etc. While we can play, unlike others, it has just become very aggravating.
I used to play each account every day to get the daily achievements, but I have not been doing so, lately— very frustrated with all the broken issues and with the response from customer support. They should not have released this game so soon.
And I know you have a bunch of new people working support, but they should at least read the tkt to make sure their canned response matches the issue the tkt is about.

Sorry to keep bothering you.
120901-001721
My ticket keeps getting listed as resolved and it has not been.
The problem was getting anet to send the email to start the validation process.
The last request from support was to create another email account specifically and solely for gw2 (even though previous email was already created and used solely for gw1/gw2 linked account).
I replied with a new account, even though problem is not on my end (same laptop, same dsl provider, same email provider as main account, the main account is receiving the emails from the validaiton process— the emails are not blocked and are promptly received—- again same email provider, same everything).

Now, I can’t log in to that account at all— under either email address.

When I checked the support tkt, the topic had been changed to ce/dde problem (no longer email verification problem) and there was generic email about the ce/dde bonuses being sent out).
Also, I cannot log in to the forums on the alt account that they requested I get a new email for— again, tried both old and newly created email.
So where I could log in and play before, but without the validation security, now I can’t play at all on that account now.
—I checked the new email account they requested I create and there are no emails for me to register under new email.
—No other instructions have been posted in support, topic for tkt has been changed…
Please help, this is related to this original tkt that has been changed on your end.
Do I need to open yet another tkt for losing login access on this ce account?
I have replied, asking what happened to my tkt, but I thought you should know the problems people are having with the support team.
Just because you are told the issue has been resolved, it isn’t always the case.
In my case alone, it’s been “resolved” several times already, when it actuality, it’s been worsened— I can’t even play the game on that account now.
In fact, I have spent all my game time this evening creating a new email account and answering unhelpful replies on my support tkts.

120901-001721 has still not been resolved, account reset did not fix issue, still not received email to enable account verification
I asked Gaile if she could get an update for us on the guild issues..
she asked for links, which I gave her… hopefully we’ll get some news soon

First, I want to say how much we really appreciate the work your doing to try to help us get these old tickets taken care of.
There is another thread in the game bugs section about the specific guild issues we are having that some of these old tkts are on.
Six days ago (bottom of pg 19 of 29), Anet staff member CameronDunn, put a little blip that the guild issues were being looked into and he would keep us updated… and nothing since.
There has not been any mention of fixes on the game update notes, either.
I actually got an email from the guild wars 2 team encouraging me to join a guild for the social aspects.
(One would think they would have held off on sending that email out until the guild issues were fixed, lol— it’s just going to invite more tkts for your overloaded support staff.)
Is there anyway you can get us an update on the guild issues fix?

9/19— recieved another generic email combo from earlier replies, did not appear issue was even looked at— replied with the same facts stated in earlier emails
9/20— was unable to log in to main account, checked email and had correctly got email from verification process about account change that is working on that account, then found email reply on this tkt for alt account…
They reset wrong account instead of the correct account which has been listed in every email i’ve sent.
I have replied yet again.
And, I had to reset everything on main (new password), and start verification all over on the account that it was already working on.
And, resetting the verification probably won’t work, since it has never sent the email to start the process on the second account and still shows the send button which I click on daily.
Just found where you said this was resolved on 9/20— has not been resolved

LOL, I just got email from guild wars 2 team suggesting I join a guild for the social aspects. You would think they would try to get the issues fixed before inviting more trouble tkts.

First, there needs to be a way to check ingame where you stand in the progression of this achievement (/experience or just /exp— ??).
Second, the wiki says the counter starts over if you zone anywhere or the game disconnects you—
That’s right…. you have to play endlessly in the same zone for a long continuous period to get ALL of the experience in one shot (and, needless to say without dying).
From that requirement alone, there are very few players who will be able to complete the monthly achievement, since one would need to have a high level character and need to go to a high level zone and be able to play for a long period of time.
After saying that, I do think that someone who is willing to put that kind of time and effort to get the achievement should get a really nice reward.
However, I think there should be reward tiers. You already have the tiers in place.
If you have been leveling your chars more or less equally, you won’t have any characters in the higher levels zones that reward higher experience where you would be able to get the high tier reward.
If you can get tier 1 in all categories, then you should get a tier 1 level monthly reward, tier 2 in all categories gives a better reward, etc.
The tier 4 reward needs to be exponentially better than the tier 1 reward.
Having the monthly achievement being rewarded in tiers would encourage more people to try for it.
Also, having a much better reward for the higher level players should satisfy those players that can meet the higher level reqs.

Servers: Sanctum of Rall and Isle of Janthir
Made personal guild for banks (extra storage) on two accounts-
Guild created on Isle Server- alt from sanctum server invited and joined, both accounts used tome of influence, neither were credited, leader on isle server unable to set member permissions but could create president and vice president positions, althought still unable to edit them or assign positions. And, since influence not credited, unable to queue builds to create the banks on each server. Tkt sent on main account tome issue.
