I think I would even go so far as to say that I don’t enjoy playing ele, but it feels like it’s necessary to secure wins and advance in rating.

So I’m currently in low gold. I main auramancer ele, rarely switching to any other class (though I do have quite a few at 80). During the rare games in which I switch to a different class, I nearly always lose—it seems that, without heals, my teams just crumble and die within seconds. However, despite the great heals my ele gives, I can’t help but wonder why I don’t see more of them in ranked. This led me to think.. Should I really be playing it? Would I be able to help my team more if I played something like a dragonhunter? What do you guys think?

Hi everyone! Just a quick question to you guys-which do you think is more favored in raids: revs(heralds), or thieves(daredevils)? Obviously they’re useful for different things, but assuming you only had one more spot in a raid group, which would you give it to?

Hi everyone! I can’t decide which to use-D/D or staff. I’m running a full power build, and I mostly do open world events and raids. I can’t decide which does more damage, and which is most useful for all types of events. What are your opinions? Thanks!

One more question if anyone cares to answer-has anet said anything about increasing the gear cap? I don’t want to make this ascended then learn in 4 months in the next expac it’ll become obsolete. I know anet is going for horizontal progression, but does anyone know if they’ve continued to say that recently?

Is it truly worth it to spend hundreds of gold on crafting, and then 100s of gold on full ascended? Do you guys think it’s better to craft, or take the long route and do fractal dailies/raids till you get them?

Hi everyone! Quick question- Should I use shiro+mallyx or shiro+glint? I’m referring to PvE content only(raids, open world stuff, fractals)Obviously shiro and mallyx together do the most damage(15% more than s+g), but is it worth it? Glint gives amazing personal and team utility (swiftness is nice), and the damage is still quite high. What do you guys think?

Another thing to think about is the fact that reaper(as a clothie) doesn’t look nearly as cool as a rev(in my opinion)…

Hi everyone! I’m having a little issue in that I cannot for the life of me decide between the Necromancer and the Revenant, in terms of which I want to main. I have both at 80 and I like both of their playstyles. I play all game types except WvW(so PvE and PvP), and I do both solo and group activities. It seems that Revenant has much more team utility but is squishier(in pve), while necro has far higher single target and multi target dps, along with amazing survivability, but doesn’t work quite so well with a team(as it has always been). What do you guys think I should main?

Hi all, quick question. I read about how you’re going to be able to change the stats of ascended items, does that apply to non-crafted ascendeds such as the weapons in teq’s hoard? Its weapon skins are nice… But the stats aren’t quite so great.
