You shouldn’t HAVE to switch weapons simply because of patch what was meant to fix retaliation…

I never once mention the keybind, frankly it doesn’t affect me I use custom binding.
Anyone who actually uses beyond 4 on keyboard is just plain wasting dps time.

What whine post is about, like so many others here, is regarding the change to speceific set of 100% retaliation uptime builds. They completely missed those builds and instead they have (Yes they have) nerfed GS dps. If you say they haven’t I am sorry but you either aren’t that good with a GS or don’t play it enough.

It just makes the play style I and so many other prefer a nonviable option.
Let’s face it, we have very few options for PvP as it is.

You honestly can’t tell me you believe GS aoe more OP than Thief, Warrior, Ele, Ranger and needed a nerf.

So do I get a refund on the gold I spent on my GS and Sigil?

I really would’nt like to invest that much again, only to have nerfed by a change that should not have affect the weapon class at all…

If you hover over the corner 3 small line should appear, simple left click and hold then drag it down to bottom again.

If I select to limit my FPS/refresh rate to 60, my system stay at 50…
If I select unlimited it is unlimited.

AMD 7970 currently, had the same issue on my AMD 6950’s
Resolution 5760×1080

Curious if any else has this issue. It’s not gaming breaking but any advice would be greatly welcome.

I have had it the otherway around, where my master mining pick does everything but the sickle only does up the mithril level…

Could it be bugged to some sort of quality level based on the zone you received it in?

Could not agree more, but PhysX, CUDA and 3D Vision are all subjective.

To make it simple…

if you see a loading screen it will reset.

It doesn’t always reset, but it is better to safe than sorry.
This is a known bug and everyone is having to work around it.

Gather all the mats possible and craft. Don’t waypoint, don’t zone and don’t log out.

Suck it up, the reward isn’t some magical epicness.
Simple transmute stones, less silver than daily and some XP.

Why not just use regular fullscreen then?
You can still alt-tab out to browse the net etc.

Not 100% sure on the exact issue, but you could provide more information on your current setup.

Sorry let me clarify… I am not bashing Nvidia cards in anyway.

If you decide to run them in a single or SLI configuration, great. There really isn’t that much of a difference nowadays.

But, people going around claiming ATI are crap and have driver issues are just plain stupid.

Plug in the cards, install the drivers and… they work. I have had the exact same experience with SLI. I just personally moved to AMD because they release DX11 earlier and I decided to stay with them, as the AMD bang for buck model works perfectly while Nvidia played catch up.

I mean 7970 for £100 less than a 680, it’s no brainer for me. Yes the 680 is better, but not £100 better.

What ever you decide to use from either company in the mid to top end range will be great.

Did you use bootcamp?
Did you let bootcamp download the latest driver and write them to a CD/USB?

I know you can do the gfx manually, but maybe related to screen driver or colour profile.

Also do you see the green hue in windowed and full screen mode?

I would be very careful of jumping to “worse case scenario” and starting to spending money on things, when you don’t actually know what is wrong.

I would expect to see hard reboots or blue screens if it was hardware or even software related.

That being said drivers/software are the very best place to start. Since they only cost you time.

Get an application called Driver Fusion, reboot your PC into safe mode and run the application. Select AMD, Nvidia and Intel graphics drivers (Not chipset) Let Driver Fusion purge your PC of everything.

Get the 12.9 beta drivers and do a fresh install and reboot.

Then try a repair of GW2. Create a new shortcut and add -repair after the “…gw2.exe”

Example: “c:\my games\guild wars2\gw2.exe” -repair

Must be after the " "

And if all that doesn’t work you might want to try a fresh install of windows.

I know this sounds like a lot of work, but it still not going to cost you anything.

AMD have released 12.9 in beta, if you are not running these go get them.

To make it simple… if you see a loading screen it will reset.

I run crossfire without a hitch. Never had a single issue in any game.

On a serious note I think the lowering the chatter would be better, since adding more dialog would mean a far greater cost.

Maybe “copy” some of the unique conversations and characters to a few more places of the different cities.

I completed Holbrak exploration and only received 3 basic transmutation stones.
There was no coin or XP reward as I have received for the other cities.
I am not complaining about the lack of coin or XP.

Is this a bug or is not receiving coin and XP possible?

After the last trading post update, I believe I lost the coin I was due to collect.
I had sold 4 items totaling 65s 2c and had not collected coin as I was questing.
I returned to Holbrak and on opening the trade post, I noiced the collection tab was empty.
The 4 items were listed in the sold tab correctly and I do not beleive the money added to my account in anyway, however I must be honest and say I can not be 100% certain.

The only reason I am bringing this to the forum is that I raised an in game ticket and as per the message I may not hear back.

I realise 65s 2c is not a massive amount of coin in the long run, but I would still like to know if this was in fact credited to my coin total or if this has been lost for good.
