I would guess that the implementation of the TP requires the money to be sent first to validate it is the correct amount. Then because the item doesn’t exist any more they can’t return the money straight back because the only way to return items to you from the TP is to return all items currently stored there. Which while it may be ok you’d get some weird edge cases where someone has items waiting to be picked up and they fail a to buy something but their inventory is full. It would create a weird and awkward bug to deal with. Of course all that is just speculating on what the current limitations are on the TP. I’m sure it’s possible for them to create your suggestion. But I reckon they would have already if it were that straight forward.
I can outrun a centaur! (x100)
Queensdale/Divinity’s Reach during the the beta.
I also like the grave stone which has “…thought he could outrun a centaur.” Written on it. I couldn’t remember the first half.
If we could trade dragonite, bloodstone dust etc at a vendor in the crafting hubs for some sort of wallet currency at a rate of 100 or 250 (depends on scaling really) per 1 of said currency. Then if you wanted your dragonite you could buy it back at the same rate you sold it for.
As an added bonus we could use said new currency to buy weapon/armour skins (or something else that’s nice but not necessary) for those who don’t want to craft ascended just to give said new currency an actual use outside of an infinitely stackable store for ascended mats.
The guardian shield 4 also deals damage (and buffs allies).
Have you looked at the Ebon Vanguard Staff?
Here’s a link to the 3D-Model viewer on guild head:

There’s the other solution which is very situational. But if you jump from a high enough spot into deep enough water the momentum will carry you underwater. But that also seems like more hassle than it’s worth just to avoid adjusting your camera. It is an alternative though.
I recently acquired more cinnamon than I could bank so decided to fill out a buy order on it, only to discover that the buy order was the same as the vendor price. But to sell anything on the trading post it has to be higher than the vendor price. I did put in a sell order, but after 2 days of nothing happening (because let’s be honest cinnamon isn’t really sought after) I figured I’d just vendor it. I noticed that it’s happened with other items too which actually sell for a more reasonable amount.
Why is it even possible to submit a buy order for the vendor price if it’s just going to break the trading post?
The second staff skill on the mesmer, Phase Retreat, will sometimes teleport me under the terrain or through walls causing me to get stuck. A fix for this would be much appreciated.
I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem, but it has been the primary cause of death on some occasions.
