Upon release and in beta there was talks about a mobile app for gw2 so that you could enjoy the game on the run and keep in touch with your friends and guildies.
As title says, what happened with this idea? It’s been over 2 years now since release.
And before you mention the API, it does not do anything actually in game though someone’s account.
The nerf on Cloak & Dagger was needed, maybe not 50%, but it was op.
I play a Thief btw.
You open up with using 26 initiative, on two different moves that have 0 synergy with each-other?
Sigh. COMMA! Read again.
Depends on Weapon Set.
I play 90% with Dagger/Dagger.
I open up with Steal, 3xDeath Blossom, Heartseeker, Death Blossom, Heartseeker. Then the fight is usually over.
Hope you get my point.
It’s October 23rd, at 03:22 here in Sweden. Timezones sure f-up things.
Is there any plan for Linux version of the game?
You have your title wrong. It should be “Linux, Mac & Windows” alphabetically ordered and they’re all operating systems.
Windows is not equal to “PC”.
A PC can run Linux, Mac and Windows.
On Topic
The Mac client isn’t even native and they’ve not announced any terms of being supportive for helping out the client working for Linux.
Confirmed, search does not work unless logged in.
When the skill is used and the character “dies”, she remain lying on the floor and you can move arund like that floating on the floor.
Race: Human
Profession: Ranger

It’s a Laptop, what do you expect?
On my Acer Ultrabook I have i3, 4gb ram and Intel HD Graphics 3000. I can play at everything lowest on graphic settings at 720p with acceptable fps, about 30ish when I’m soloing!
My i3 Intel HD Graphics 3000 vs your Core 2 Duo and GeForce 8600M should be roughly equal in performance.
I reported this issue already back in BWE #2 I think.
I’ve tried different things but it really seems not to work. It works fine with Mumble though. But I prefer to use TeamSpeak3!
Anyone else have the same issue?
While I like the idea, this would be used to neglect “bad geared” people from explorables. It will have a generally bad impact on PvE and probably PvP too!
I’ve searched the entire forum for similar suggestion and I can’t believe NO ONE in ANY thread has suggested it?
Where is the little blob at map from GW1 that shows fps, latency, background download etc?
In the game now there is absolutely no way of showing latency which is really bad for a mmorpg!
And it is really annoying to have to go all the way in to settings to see FPS during graphically intensive fights for “benchmarking” purposes during fights etc!
After playing World of Warcraft for 7 years with Max Camera Distsance the furthest away and always max scrolled out this game makes me feel a bit claustrophobic.
Would be awesome if there was a way to actually show latency in the game to begin with…
