Happened again today. This time at 25% on Mordremoth.

Then Canach bugged.

I did try toggling the glider, it just did it again on my next attempt. I still went out to the universe and out of the story. Luckily I hadn’t started it this time, so people were able to finish it. I understand that lag is the issue for causing this issue, but again, on the first round of flying there was zero issues. This happened again on the second attempt.

There is no assistance on this as this is not the duplicate bug, it’s deliberate. I better don’t say how many of those boxes I opened , but it happened repeatedly that you would receive duplicates, which truly is a bit of an affront.

How do you know there’s no assistance available? How do you know that it was deliberate? Did you contact support about about the duplicates you received?

I contacted support the first day and still have not received a response.

So I say no, they don’t know.

Shield doesn’t work and when we tried to drop it did nothing when you try to stop flying. ANET just needs to fix this mechanic already.

How has it been years, and yet you can still get shot out of the instance in Hearts and Minds with updraft bug that has NEVER been fixed?

We were doing great, just finishing up the last of the instance. Second flying assault and wham, thrown into outer space and out of the instance. ANET, come on, what gives?

Can’t get back in, can’t rejoin my map, finished it, fmv was supposed to start and I got utterly kicked out. I’m super frustrated this hasn’t been fixed yet. I’ve submitted repeated crash reports, because I can’t get my final chests or anything, though I’m there for the kill. I can play all the content, except this.

Any suggestions from folks as to what to do to prevent this would be great because I’m at my wits end and support never answers tickets these days.

I have gotten this about 3 times as of late. Is Anet working on a way to prevent this crap or banning the people responsible for sending them out?

Doing Dragon Stand and randomly crashed again, never crashed a single time before this patch in 3 years, so this really needs to be addressed.

Ok, without posting in all caps. Can you seriously get a team to actually test this stuff out before making us pay to play it? I’m stuck in the story right now because 2 bosses are glitching out and it looks to be kittening everyone off. Heart and Minds, get on it, thanks

This thread will be completely locked. I will tell you now, you will not receive anyone to talk to. Gaming companies lock themselves behind emails and customer support to prevent that from happening, and it’s smart for a lot of reasons.

Please remember at this time, it is not customer support that caused these issues, please don’t take it out on them, they just answer your tickets and do their best with what they have available.

I agree with ZudetGambeous. This sudden rush of be grateful for what you receive is lame. It’s the forums and if we don’t like something we can voice our opinions. Some people wasted 5 hours yesterday with a “fix” that didn’t roll out until reset. Then the “fix” was pretty terrible in itself and we’re still asked to continue stress testing just to receive some rewards that are gated completely from new players. NOPE! I’m sure there are plenty of “thank you for some content… finally” threads, this is not one of them.

If this is the new style of events because you changed the game to Free to Play. IT’S AWFUL!

I feel it’s a stress test. It’s unrewarding and it pushes for data in increments that would equate one.

Not to mention all the players stressed by it and the lack of developer accountability for everything. It looks like they’ve left it to CS to handle.

Got a senior GM to respond. It was simply, it’s coming back no refunds. I’m sorry but that doesn’t work. WHEN is it coming back? Are we talking 2015 or am I waiting until 2016 for you to finally pay attention on its third year anniversary of taking my money. Maybe that day they’ll announce they are still rebuilding it and enjoy another 2 year hiatus with that brick we introduced into your bank. This isn’t complaining about Baubles this is again complaing that Anet introduced an ingame item that we cannot use and haven’t been able to use. If it said I would only use it once and never again or 2+ years I would have passed on purchasing it. If you can’t ensure that content is going to return or have further use then don’t introduce it to the Gemstore. Compensation, replacements, or refunds, I don’t think people are being vague at all about what they want in return, Anet could learn from that.

I’m now still waiting on a reply from support when I did not agree with their brush off. I don’t consider this matter closed. Sorry folks you need to do better!

Regardless of the white knights, or if people are ranting (with or without flawed arguments). The response from Anet in regards to those petitioning for a solid answer has been lacking in all departments. For most I feel it’s about seeing resolution to an issue which originally garnered Anet revenue that they are now actively ignoring and not providing a proper response for.

When it came to people ranting about the expansion purchase, the response was rather quick (because that was a larger dissenting voice affecting sales). One that I didn’t care for in any way, because I am intent on playing the expansion extra slot or not. However, this was an item that was supposed to have replay value from their self installed content and was sold in the gemstore. There has been no resolution except to those who probably trend high enough with spend to make one happen. It’s sad to see this issue not only dismissed but given a rather rude attitude when people (who spent money or not) merely would like the product to either work as intended or be given something other than dismissal from support and devs alike. We recognize we used it ONCE as it was intended. However, the intention was that we would be able to use it again before 2 years expired.

Resolutions or compromise, it’s not a new concept and when you run into 2 years of providing neither you can’t be surprised that people are either irritated or angry with a pinch of irrationality (we can’t lie, some people do go to far).

To add, I do still buy gems. Which means I actively support this company, but that doesn’t mean I (or anyone else) can’t speak out when we feel wronged.

I tried to contact customer support about this. First reply was long and full of useless information that took me offsite to read a response in an offsite AMA? Second reply I got was short curt reply and thought that would be the end of the issue. It is not. THIS IS WHOLLY UNACCEPTABLE! Give people their gems back or come up with another solution. This is ridiculous that people are stuck with a 2 year old paperweight sitting in their bank or on an alt. A bonus of having to deal with customer support sass over the issue is not making the issue better. We get it, you’re tired of hearing about it because something was broken or the devs can’t roadmap it cause they are busy with the beta. Well guess what, we’re tired of waiting 2 years to get nothing in return but vague jerk arounds and no official answer from arena net about the issue.

They stated a few times those were only from the first SAB and would not return with the second. You can still buy them on the auction house though.

I was playing Aspect Arena. Got 3 wins, and on the third after we won I was then ported to LA? What is going on?

I understand that different teams handle different Living Story events, so then why did this team seem to forget the great examples of other content that the player base really enjoyed (though there is always an argument to how much they actually enjoyed it)? My favorite example being the SAB content, where you could used your Baubles to make Bauble Bubbles to buy skins after grinding for a bit to get as many as possible. Much like the candy having the ability to turn into Jorbreakers, why are we forced to depend on RNG when we’re all perfectly capable of enjoying the game and grinding out candy towards an actual goal, not an impossible one. You can mention coffers to argue the point, but the disappointment over their RNG is still a factor as well.

3,200+ pieces of candy a day to make enough Jorbreakers for wings. I’m still baffled by how anyone thought that was a good idea. So I guess the question is, for those who have actually taken the time to make Jorbreakers, but have gotten what they wanted already will you keep them in your bank until next year?

Just pointing out how it was originally pitched and sold to the community, which is sort of important seeing how Anet has a way of forgetting things in the future.

Actually lordkrall you might want to read the fine print on it before saying that it will cover higher tiers…

Recovered from the Shiverpeaks, this dredge tool has unlimited charges and the same efficiency as an Orichalcum Mining Pick.

Unfortunately it does not say it would cover higher tiers (which is why I didn’t buy one). However, I don’t think at this time they would release/introduce anything that would require a different pick as that would not only exclude Molten Picks purchasers but also anger a nice chunk of people who do participate in purchases from the gem store.

I agree with you completely, it has left me with a thanks but no thanks sort of mentality in regard to this game. I wish they would slow down on patches and fix bug reports instead. Perhaps give people actual time to play the content and not feel rushed to get things done. I feel bad for players in other time zones who give up a day for an event launch that either ends up borked or never happens on time (if at all). These are repeat offenses and they really should be addressed, throwing more events at us every two weeks (with constant bugs within them that need to be patched) is really not helping

I wonder why? I wonder why it’s even 100 Jorbreakers that is needed. It’s a strange and kind of unnecessarily high number, but hey if you really want at least 1 skin, it makes sense – so I won’t argue the logic at this time. Some people feel they have gotten enough candy to justify it. My personal opinions don’t agree with that sentiment.

Jorbreakers have not dropped or been given to us in any other way, so as a form of currency they seem silly since it’s just to condense and give us room for bag space essentially. However, once they are Jorbreakers you can’t spend them on anything else but wings? You can’t even get stacks of food or receive anything else worthwhile from them. This seems fundamentally flawed from a playing point of view. It feels slapped on without being fully thought through, well there’s always next year I suppose.

So other than stacking a 1000 pieces of Zhaitaffy into 1 Jorbreaker, what was the point?

It can quickly be pointed out that 100 Jorbreakers will get you wings, but in the end it was both faster and smarter to just buy them from the TP or perhaps get lucky and have them drop after farming a few hundred (some into the thousands) Dragon Coffers or random mobs?

Wouldn’t it have been somewhat more sensible to have Jorbreakers = Dragon Jade Tickets as well? I understand trying to turn a profit off Rich Coffers, but people are constantly pointing out the lame RNG factors that just leaves you kind of broke and basically miserable, so why waste the gems?

I have personally gotten a Jade Ticket (I feel for anyone who hasn’t because honestly this is silly) and wings. So afterward when I was left looking at my bank and wondering why I even have Jorbreakers in the first place I wondered what is there to do with them when they accomplish nothing else but condensing candy?

Thanks… so does this mean they’re completely ignoring and not even acknowledging this thread? Because if so that’s really bogus. It would be less frustrating if a moderator or a Dev actually spoke to the player base instead of just hoping we read patch notes. It also still doesn’t reimburse folks, which is why I’m sure they’re not saying anything.

Still waiting on word that this is being actively worked on. I know a moderator was pointing people to this thread from other posts, but it would be nice to know 5 pages of complaints is being investigated by a developer.

I like many other people was stuck with quite a few commendations (4k) after they disabled Lyns during the Christmas patch integration. It was no mystery that this was done so that people couldn’t continually abuse her for keys throughout the event. I guess I don’t really understand why people are so upset now, weeks after the fact she was enabled again? I like many other players when she was first disabled came to the forums and demanded answers, read a few threads and added to a conversation about what would happen when she came back. As speculated keys were gone when she returned (shrug), but the fact is she did return and this was announced both here and in the patch notes that followed (as well as mentioned on others sites/sources). I read that she would be there until late February and not the end of February and for me this read loud and clear to dump my commendations before the patch. Honestly we can’t continue to blame others for our own misunderstanding or lack of reading comprehension, because honestly it makes us (the players) look very ignorant. We will certainly stir the pot from time to time and demand answers, but at the end of the day it comes down to the fact that a solution was present, unfortunately some people just didn’t find it in time.

Forget guild bounty not working, where is my daily?

I did 6/5… changed maps, changed characters, and reloaded my entire client and yet no daily has been given to me. Is this something Anet is working on?

I am currently 509/511 with 99% map completion yet again. Has anyone found these new spots yet?

Wow this is literally worthless. I just bought 2 and got 2 unidentifed items (which were grey) and a taste of liquid karma (worthless 1955 … that was with bonuses… so it was really just 1800). The other one I bought just gave 2 drops of liquid karma. DON’T WASTE YOUR KARMA!

Did you check to make sure you didn’t just deposit it into your bank?
