I believe they removed the achievement points from the Tinkerer Achievement (transmuting)
Pretty sure you’re looking at the rare armors. Go down a tab to the exotics.

And it’s definitely just a patch on the wound, until they find a better way to prevent the other glitch. It’s probably temporary, and shouldn’t really affect you too much.
This makes transmuting items specially from the HoM so tedious I find myself not wanting to use it anymore.

It’s the CoF medium chest piece that’s bugged, it doesn’t show any shoulder pads no matter what you equip

A change in difficulty was definitely needed for CoF, but a broad nerf to all dungeons was overkill. Hopefully they’ll see their mistake.

Oh yeah, the wall is pretty useless if you’re solo, I just plant it right in front of me against melee for a little extra damage. But if you are in a team, especially a ranged team, you will see the burning numbers go a lot higher than your puny 1s flamethrower. Smoke vent could definitely be improved though, maybe a shorter cooldown or stealth or something
I’m fairly sure that the only way ANet would implement this would be if the feature then prevented you from attacking creatures, too, since it would be such an easily exploitable benefit.
It would give an unfair advantage to people who harvest from nodes, and tailors and leatherworkers already have a hard enough time trying to find materials from mob farming.
I agree, it’d have to disable attacking AND farming nodes, or else you just run around getting whatever you want. I do find the slowdown from combat very annoying, but I can’t just imagine letting someone walk through a zone.

Yes it does.
I get a bunch of money back from participating in any event though. Pretty much 1 event covers the damage to so many parts of my armor
Personally, I love the ideas for 1 and 2, but the rest of the skills are pretty awesome the way they are. Love airblast, love combo field wall, hate that the recharge on the smoke vent is so high, but still usable
Just had this problem, did a quick server switch to fix it. The pirate dude was in the water on another server, fought him then the robot.
For the glitched dog/tree one, I just used my flamethrower aimed at a tree. I think the aoe effects still damage the bandits in the tree.
Definitely a glitchy area though.
Noticed a tooltip glitch when underwater, the thrown elixirs say that they have much higher durations than they actually do (Toss Elixir H has like, 30 second durations according to tooltip)
Until it happens, I wouldn’t promote guild members straight to leader (I don’t really understand why you would do that anyway), but instead create a new rank that doesn’t have full powers

If you mean elementalist, they don’t have weapon swap options
