P4 is long and dam hard path(too long), i liked that there was ton of bos it was fun till we end up near Dwayna. ITs nonsence , this bos needs to be completly remade, its to hard to grasp how to kill it, to hard to do it when you grasped it. This way of fighting bos should not exist. ITs not fun. There should not bos that requires specific builds from all team. Bos should be doable with any build. Please remake it

Arah Lupicus atack bugs

In Phase 3 lupi has his big leaching aoe atack. I noticed that if you stand close near that circle y still get leached, i think its about 2 persons away from that circle. Maybe its cause of some sort of lag, game thinks that i didnt dodged or didnt stoped near circle.

Lupi single leach attack cant be dodged by 1 dodge? most times i needed to do double dodge to get out of it. It makes really hard to survive when y need double dodge from leach atack and then dodge projectile attack

there maybe be bug when you try dodge in p2 mass aoe circles and you get out but still get damaged anyway O_O it maybe same game lag problem or it maybe that lupi atacks with auto target projectile when he spanws his aoe circles, if it is this case it must be fixed.

I wont mention dodge interruption bugs, cause there is plenty reports on those.

for lupicus: if party is in that big arena, lupi should not reset so fast. Please fix that

yes, agree totally, why we are punished for dieing in bos fight to run hell know how long from closet tp to lupicus? death punishes us enough. So adding teleport near lupicus is must be done fast! yes i am aware that there is tp when you kill bos , but we need it before. RUNNING is not FUN especially when you need to do it more than 2 times, its becomes tedious work.

there is sense lupi is really hard with unbalanced party. for me i dont see sence in going to arah ecept for skins but kittens doesnt worth anyway, my last to trys endend after 4 h dungeon run when all give up on lupi.

its should be more detailed achievement system for dungeons, for example if you did one dungeon for million times, others (in that dungeon) should see that, maybe some kind of mini icon when y select character , some kind of color coding witch means how many times you win this dungeon

totally agree, there is no balance, there is problems.
I have run ton of dungeons from beta times, i saw how it changed , evolved. And i think skipping should not be an option. Dungeon should not get too long when you do it without skipping. there should be protections from just runing past through important parts, like in cof path where you have to rescue iron legion engineer and there is bridge before apocalyte part , people jsut run to apocalyte part.

There is problem with random party comunication, some people just dont want to comunicate, and think that others should know what to do them selfs. And if you get party where nobody talks about tactics and what they gona do – its no fun at all. Its bigest problem with randoms. Especialy when skiping mobs.

There should be awarding system for team members who control all team, help them, pull them out of trouble. Even if just a fame O_o there is some hard desitions for arenanet to do. and its hard to make all sort of people happy.

Dungeon leader

Agree, when leader rage quit or just quit, party gets harmed and they all lose progress, this must be fixed.
suggestion: when leader quits(by him self) other party member should become leader.

Return Item Event

I noticed that on some events where you have to take only one item at a time and take that item back to npc. when you get it to npc you need to use key “use” and then choose dialog “give item” and then again “action, give item”. My sugestion is to make it simple, if i have item in my hands witch npc collects after pushing button “use” i would give item immediately, without dialog option npc could make some sounds like “yes, this is what i needed” or “please, bring more!!!”

Combat has always disabled map travel via waypoints.

trol lol lol, combat of one persons yes but not from all party but it doesnt matter, i agree this change.
It’s very important and good change cause party is now more careful and more coordinated, its not just rushing to final boss, its more about tactics now. And leaving team mates of this is not an option. Experienced players should always share knowledge, to help newguys learn the ways yes somethimes they stuborn, i ussually just stop reviving such guys and stay aside so he learn more about fun part being down but its manageble, we all have been noobs
But there is bigger problem, why loot disappears? somethimes you do all best but die in the end and when you come to battle place there is no loot!!! this is not fair. Loot should not disappear!! I hope arena is looking into this issue, Jeffrey Vaughn?
Or atleast there should be some dmg\support\healing\blocking\other good stuff limit (which helps party to win batle) so you get right to loot

i am having same problem this weekend to, constant freezes and dc, dungeoning is imposible, still can do exploring but i dont want to do it now

well i don’t think that someone gonna stand for ours on roof to kill unlimited mobs (except bots, but it would make them uncover faster). Fur my self if i would do it, i would do to clear my landing spot. Cause why not? I am using environment to my advantage, i am explorer, survivor, adventurer, why to face front doors when you can sneak in like ninja and this rule could be used only in pve, and not in dungeons. Plus in WvW you can actually do this by standing on walls and killing players. Yes AI should need some tweaks, cause just standing down and eating players dmg is stupid, and it would make world more dynamic. One of reasons i like gw cause its more dynamic than games i played before, i tired of just standing and exchanging skills with mobs. Yes it will be additional stress for servers, cause smarter AI will be required, but this stress will differ from how AI is handled in first place

well for me it was hard, cause i don’t get it were this info came from, was this trial and error path? I tried to find some clues, to read notes, to figure out maybe something is between lines. But portal was resetting to fast. My friends just give up on trying to figure it out and used wiki. Maybe this experience wont be so bad if i wont be 2x Level, i just wanted to some stuff with my friends. Now i know scaling up hurts really bad.

maybe i am just really absent minded and maybe this would be usefull for more people maybe arenanet will make fractal level consist from more maps, but smaller ones so this update (witch is not hard to do) will be more useful in future. If it would be just for me, i wouldn’t make a suggestion why to waste peoples/moderators time reading my stupid ideas O_o :}

totally agree. My party was doing fractals, after inicial dc of some people we kept restarting dungeon. But when leader got dc after 2 maps and we where kicked this wasnt funny. its serious flaw. I dont get it, why dev put new rule but created much more trouble to all Please Stop rushing new content means nothing if old is unplayable.

Sorrowful sound puzzle

In Bloodtide Coast map, sorrowful sound region, under mountain, there is puzzle, but i cant call it puzzle because it doesnt deserve such name. I didnt like it, and i think its waste of developers time and should be reworked. Fist where are hints? in this sort of puzzle looks like hints would be nice. Second to turn on first portal stage is nightmare, there is so little time to choose correct answer and if you do something wrong, go destroy again “that lamp”, its not fun to keep destroying it after each failure. and when you turn on first stage there is second “calibration”. So its like guess correct coordination… maybe it would be fun if not constant portal resetting and turret shooting. If not wiki it wont be possible for us to complete that puzzle. And wiki is not part of game, its not should be used this way, game its self should have parts for solving puzzle, and person should just put them together. I hope this puzzle will get some improvement so others people could enjoy it.

In fractals you can see what level you are in. I Suggest to put near it map count, like this:
1.1 – it means first level fractal and first map, when you complete first map indicator changes to 1.2, so now you on your second map, then goes 1.3 final map.
If you on second level it would be 2.1 2.2 2.3 2.4. So second number reminds you how many maps you done and you know how many left till new level

In Cryogenic cannon part you need to use 3 cannons to destroy shield, so other 2 guys could kill mob. Well i found that part boring, why not make something where all would have fun? Plus when you reset you need to run back far too long. Maybe something like collecting heat near mob then running back to cryogenic device to cool off. So instead of sitting near cannon, all could have some fun

but on other part trying to run past it is fun to turrets are firing…. Seamus on your heels ….. trying to dodge …oh now hit by web… but still its fun was it intended or not but trying to skip it is some sort of adventure. For me CM is best dungeon, all paths are fun

to idea for boat- it would be nice to see real pirate attack on your boat, when you travel to point B. There is tons of pirates in Tyria lets make them work for a bit
Oh and there could be monster attack, like giant shark and we would need to shoot from harpoon guns. Or giant Medusa which will try to sting us all while we trying to control ship or repair it after storm. Or there could be Drunk Grawl attack who run int to our ship and we would need to repair broken hull before we sunk and maybe help them to be sober again. Or we run int to sudden vortex and we need to fix/improve/control ship so we wont get into bottom of sea. Or we could run into phantom island and we need to recruit dolphins/quagans/sharks/fish/magic to get out our ship from sand. Or we just could just sit have a nice omniberry tea and appreciate nice Tyria view, and in the end we would have quiz from random fans/arenanet screen shots of various places and we would need to tell what region it was and if we dont do it some angry asura would get mad cause entire time he was trying to teach us about Tyria and we just skip it and run to get a fun on ship deck
By the way this crazy stuff could be done with other travel ways. Like traveling with caravan in crystal desert, or flying with some experimental charr tech
This could be some nice addition to world if imagination is let to run wild.

WvW Should NOT Be A Part Of PvE World Completion

Please separate WvW from World Completion. I dont like pvp/wvw, and my server having not best times in WvW . I have run all around map, died bunch of times and still was able just to get most simple poi/skill/vistas, there is no way i gonna take castle myself O_O.
Please make it fair or more reasonable, cause now its “blocking progress”.

iliusions and mob resets

I am Mesmer and i use my illusions and phantasm often. Sometimes when you are in bunch of enemies or kiting cause need to heal up and you have some illusions fighting with mobs – mobs just resets cause they kill illusion and don’t recognize me as treat even if i am close or even if i hit him once before he fought illusion. And this happens even if i am near his spawn area. Sometimes it happens very rare, sometimes not.

I noticed that mob resets happens too when you jump from one height to other, like jumping from little hill witch is not bigger than me – mob just resets and becomes immortal till some kind of timer lets you to damage him again. It looks like he lose my location and thinks that i am somewhere really far. Mob could hit me on both locations.

Resets happens in water too. I don’t know why, maybe cause of rough terrain witch i am close to or my illusions.

Easy fix for this problem would be by removing immortality and hp regen from mob that second when i hit him with my sword or spear.
