Guild Wars 2

Basically we’ve been around majorly in DDO and we’ve had this guild suffering a little as many guilds do in GW2, we simply don’t mind just staying as we are and playing if there isn’t any more members representing and so on but we do need to get this sorted.

So I’m looking for a couple of people who like to have a bit of responsibility and well we’d be hiring officers into our guild. It’s nothing huge but we’ve been around for a while in Ring Of Fire server and we mainly aim for that server. Along with that responsibility is that you’ve be granted a respected member who’ll often time by time maybe bring in some new bloods who knows but we do need some officers to maintain the guild even if there isn’t that much activity at the moment.

I don’t see an issue, WvW is fine as it is. If anything to be worked on is more endgame content.

My opinion:

The polar bear race “Kodan”. Can be added a great storyline within it’s story background of the race.

The dredge would’ve been nice but since we’re against them mainly in the game.. I guess not so scratch that out.

Tengu – A great playable story with it can be achieved too.

Also if possible, add in a skritt voice and playable race of skritt. Bound to be so fun and learn alot more in the skritt story as you play them.

Good fight, Ricole/Frostbane/Arwyn Tohvel here. It was funny how we pwned them 2 times at the bay and Redlake xD. They are great in numbers but short in brains.

It lets me play all my chars fine but it doesn’t let me play my guardian Frostbane Tohvel, it was in a LONG loading screen when I was WPing to Vale WP, then I quitted since it was so long and started it up again and it just keeps going long loading then that same error. I’m so kitten off, your telling me I gotta do my char ALL OVER AGAIN? please fix it, I cannot start all over again..

I love a Norn Guardian!

They are sick, but if you are a female type use Female Hunter Norn, in future they look sick with armor too.

Because Norn Guardians are quite popular, I’m a norn guardian myself, I deleted my main Ricole Tohvel Sylvari Guardian and replaced him with my Proud celtic norn. I love guardian and norns fit em quite abit with the fighting on them. Norn Guardians are epic to see xD

Believe me or not :P, I’m mainly stating here is that my build seems pretty alright for wvw and pve, atm I’ve deleted my main, replacing with anew race and same profession with focused vit,tough and trying to make my own good build for that too.

Now with this build, I’ve felt great. I mean 3 players decided to run off in camp which no one saw, I chased em as I was the one who saw them just in time and I’ve chased them down, thanks to slot 9 and 8, and the leap on greatsword. I’ve managed to catch them all as they kept speeding away. Firstly when they faught me, slot 7,8,9 and my abils were good to stop them all along with my elite plant skill. So when I had them 3 nearly dead, they ran off and thats how I caught up and killed em with the slot 8,9 for speed and the teleport. And it felt epic, I killed three on my own, they underestimated me.

So my opinion is that this build is pretty good. Average on the defence and more on the offence!

I’d like to see your stats. It’s hard to imagine you killed three level 80s (possibly up leveled) by yourself and lived without any traits that healed you (AH or MF).

I’m an experienced fighter ofc, the heal skill reloads always on time when I needed it, at times I often use greatsword heals you trait but mainly I don’t need it, including toughness and vit to help me a bit. So when they for say… got me at half hp, I quickly use the block, save yourselves with all those boons and then quickly heal myself with the skill and while the saves yourselves is on it’s quite a bonus in the fight as it continues. And don’t forget dodging.

Yhin Sakuro meh, to me it looks kitten chi name which doesn’t imo suit sylvari much. 4/10

Because they are involved in nature, they have growing leaves on them, ears and their hair as leaves. I just think it’s amazing. Even though I have to play the background story over and over from each sylvari alt/main I go on. I still love it. I know the map of sylvari pretty well, found all puzzles and such myself. I, I just admire this race.

There are evils and good, look at the nightmare court, they felt like they wanted their own different path, they did not want to follow the path most sylvaris did. In my opinion, I believe Sylvari can be evil or good or both. I say its on their path they wish to choose. My sylvari is an evil Sylvari Necromancer because ofc Necro fits evil style but it is not evil, the magic user that wishes to use it into bad deeds makes it evil, not the magic itself.

I enjoy RP alot, and most Sylvari’s I found IG had a welsh name and something relating to them. Such as Evlyn or something. I found welsh names looks more like elvish name or w/e most welsh names fit perfectly for the MMORPGs, My main is called “Ricole Tohvel” as my main in all MMOS he was suppost to be a mage as I’m a mage fan but he turned out to be guardian and I love him. My alts ofc are the welsh names. Arwyn/Elwyn/Delwyn/Clwyd/Bryson/Olwyn. So if you like Rps or good names for an sylvari, I believe welsh names seems to fit.

P.S ofc I am welsh.

Loyal Diehard RoF here, Its a shame how we’re abit loosing, I mean in loosing properties. It was so hard back before this as WSR and GH, GH has alot of old ROF that turned to their side to be winning team. Traitors :P.

Lets hope me and my WvW focused guild will make a good stand this time. Wish everyone luck in the game. It was a blast when we nearly had SM then they all took us, then I found out we have SM next day, then it was taken again in the few hours. Well played :P

I agree with this, a guild hall would be pretty awesome and loads of guys would’ve been much happier as it helps the guild community, in my opinion.

I need help, you see I was such a fool and forgot that I set my rank to another which was based in a squad rank in our guild system but then relising that leader rank, the rank I made myself with no leader permission, so now somehow “Korbax” is the leader, I’ve got proof that I own it, print screened them IG, I’ve sent mail to give it me back and if refusal would be reported, and he’s been inactive all the time. Info: They’re a smart group of people, they allow only guardians and are not an open free squad, you must prove good enough in combat and must be lvl 30 and above. Including the fact there are ranks made in GL’s Squad.

We Guardians focus alot in WvW, we’re an organisation used to help our world(server). As we choose to plan more in our defenses/attacks, we’re a guild that sticks together with a better brain.

Heres an example to show you one of our recent events;

*There are two forces, as known as squads put in the field of the Eternal Battlegrounds.

*Squad one, the guardians also known as the owner’s own made squad called “Guardian’s Luck” for a squad of those guardians only like to be interested in.

*Guardian’s Luck squad is the diversion squad as squad one. Squad two as an original set of players sent as a squad group in the guild are the invading squad.

*Guardians Luck has been posted to confront the enemy keep’s gate with one ram and it’s own units, fighting there as a diversion for the enemy to focus hitting. Lucky for the guardians had their known healing spells together.

*Meanwhile, 2nd Squad has a medium size amount of units with two rams built behind the keep at the back, knocking down the wall while having Guardian’s Luck assisting in front as the diversion.

*The Guardians are having trouble but nothing they can’t handle, keeping their healing on eachother and they’ll do fine. 2nd Squad has nearly knocked the wall, telling the Guardian squad to head back behind to rush in with them inside for a big invade.

*The Guardians and the 2nd squad together rushes in, slaying everyone in their path, some were already shocked while they were slaying them by the ambush. Victory is achieved.

From our view this is much more funner, easier to organise and while doing this depending on the job gets you more reputation. More rep equals a better rank responsibility role.

Hey and thank you for reading, this thread is just going to explain a small detail to the guild focus.

Firstly, the intro.

Introduction

Guardians Of The Silver Flame are an organisation based in holy soldiers fighting off the final threat of the forces of the world, based as an organisation who helps out everyone they can, as knight defenders with a guardian’s touch.

Based in roleplay, they were called Guardians as the people called them. They were loved and never feared.

Guardians are basically holy knights, defenders, warriors as much in other words, we focus to help everyone we can in PvP/PvE/WvW.

Ricole Tohvel -

One of my favouite battles and hiding places is the water. I just love it, specially dreaming bay and the shortcut stonemist jumping off into water besides redwater camp behind. Always did sneak attacks there, big suprises etc. I adore the water, I am happy its on GW2.
