A minor addition i might add is chasing the enemy straight can prove successful. I never hang back and wait. I stay on the crab and always win top player. You just need to combine all these tips together into one fluid playstyle.

Lol its a relief to be a warrior in a pvp aspect of the game and not be pushed around because of class choice. So the smack talk slides out for some. Im just glad to have a fair chance as everyone else

I know exactly what you mean with the holes in your achievements. Ive done all so far. My best advice. Practice hard at crab toss while you can. You will get the achievemet if you put your mind to it. Then you’ll have your sigh of relief!

Lol no need to be baddies trying to cheat the system. I play on a warrior and have won every single match ive entered. Just get good and prob solved…

This has happened to me on a bigger level before. I’m knocked down and the crab is sitting on the ground next to me, but no one tries to get it. They just stand over me and keep hitting me over and over again for a whole 5 seconds. =/

This achievement is pure luck I’ll agree, but it also affects your chances what ppl you’re playing with.
I tend to stand in a corner away from the group to block this achievement if I can’t get a chance to win. Mainly because it’s the only joy I can get in this minigame

If this is aimed at me you should know that I was talking about the last man standing thing, which is extremely luck based, there is no way you as a player can set every other opponent up to die at once. I have this achi, but it wasn’t through any skill of my own, I just happened to luck out and have everyone standing in a corner at the time when Karkas rolled. In most games the good players will spread out and look to take a grab as the carrier runs away from the angry mob instead of mindlessly chasing the carrier. When those vets spawn and I’m not holding the crab you can bet your backside I wont be chasing you, no last man standing while I’m around!

And also, I rarely lose in Crab Toss, so my class obviously carries me through here I guess

Theres nothing wrong with this minigame. Its good and the occasional lag spike could use a fix but why are people constantly complaining about achieves and dailies. Seriously stop just STAHP. If you want the win for daily and the achieves play it and get BETTER. I havent lost a match yet and usually win by 2-3 times the score of the next best player. Im sorry if your used to your class carrying you and am actually sorry if you have significant lag. But its a great addition, ITS FAIR AMONGST EVERY PLAYER, and its there to play. I don’t play warrior but I kill them faster than any other class in a 1 v 1. Something is seriously wrong with warrior. I think they need more base health or something.

More health is pointless when you can do nothing to protect it.

Nah as a regen healing bunker warrior. I’m not wasting my time with that false hope. That’s just telling me to chase the carrot more. I mean I’ll still give good feedback to support the profession, but I wouldn’t be surprise if nothing happens.

It would be too powerful. I can safely tell you i would destroy anyone if it was 450 per tick. I love this signet and will continue to use it. But 450 would be god mode because if someones bursting i would use defense cds and stall the fight a few seconds and have too much regen. 300 would make my day though

My entire last post was pure sarcasm. The passive heal needs to be 250-300 per tick baseline for it to be a reasonable choice. It isnt burst. It should heal more over a long time. It suffers from poison of which you have no control. 400 per tick would be too powerful but 250-300 would be just right.

Sorry to break it to you. But i asked before and your going to be ignored. No pet journals for a looong time. Just collect the ones you want in the meantime and hope they boost the minipet system in a year or 2

Thats what im talking about. The good warriors can smite other wars against the wall and if they ever bring us up to par to other classes then they will whine op because we are going to smash them

Regardless of what warrior spec beats the other ones. Still stands that the class is missing sustain to keep a fighting chance in a fight longer than 15 seconds.

No class should be stopped from 1v1ing. Axe is very limited to kiting. Not hard for me to rifle butt them away and root. Warrior is so straightforward that its easy to counter them. I like the idea on another post. All our burst abilities should give some type of defensive measure. Evasion would be best but even a second of endure pain or something. We go down so fast and adding this to us would in no way make us op for duels or tpvp

The title may attract some and turn others away. Regardless i wonder if others see the trend im seeing playing as a warrior who enjoys the ability to rely on oneself when the heat is turned up.
Many say warrior is not the best 1v1 class but im seeing it as the worst 1v1 class. When im running around searching for 1v1 opportunities in wvw because i cant allocate my stats in spvp the way i have in pve i find the easiest class by far is the warrior in general. When i see its a warrior ive already chalked a win. I have an unorthodox build of sword/shield and rifle and i really like it and i never have a problem stopping any greatsword warrior.
The only real threat people must be aware of from warrior is the bullrush burst and its only a problem if your half asleep. Can anyone give their 2 cents on what theyre seeing on the matter?

I know how annoying it is getting a 1v1 interrupted. Were you walking all over the war btw? I play war and it seems im glad to run into warriors. So simple to beat them

Maybe JQ did have a great community, but not anymore.

Apparently some of the folks here have been staying in T1 for too long and their egos have grown exponentially. This ‘community’ has became very toxic.

The “major guild”, the one that’s the loudest on the forum, has been treating other smaller guilds like crap, showing them disrespect, so all the smaller guilds that used play an important part contributing JQ’s victory find it very difficult to work with this ‘Major Guild’ any longer.

JQ militia, have you ever wonder why JQ seems to be struggling lately? All the new inexperienced commanders running around cluelessly, the constant out-manned buff, even the queue on EB is getting shorter (sometimes you don’t get it at all!)

Is this the same JQ you used to know?

“It’s the event!!!” they say.

But ask yourself, dear JQ militia, do you feel any different now that the event has ended? Do you see your server making major progress in enemies’ borderlands?

BG and SoR how about you guys, have you ever wonder why JQ let BG to catch up a 15k gap without attempting to fight back? or their constant struggle to hold even one tower in your borderlands?.

This is the real reason JQ has been under-performing…JQ’s wvw guilds have been fighting with themselves behind the scene for some times now. And it’s taking a toll on JQ’s wvw performance lately.

Of course, those charming JQ’s representatives here will assure you the community is still strong (lol) and they will just keep labeling those who choose to leave the server ‘fair-weathered players’ or ’ bandwagon-ers’.

Nope, these people are good people, as a Quarrian and a JQ militia myself i have fought alongside with them, they have better tactics, better direction, and they treat PuGs like us with respect and heart. If was You who drove these good people away.

For some reason (casts a conspiratorial glare at ANet) JQ is locked in a “FULL” state now, even with the transfers we’ve had off. Used to be there were times of the day it would fall to “Very High”, but something changed.

(BG is also apparently “FULL” locked, but they’ve had an influx compared to JQ having had some players leave.)

It would be horrible if things were being tweaked behind the scenes like that. ANet did say they were working on ways to shake things up, so I just may need my first roll of tin-foil.

Im fearful with no transfers. Jq gets no chance. Its only still in this weeks match because of the hold on jqbl

Score trend or not, it is just a phase. Before moving to SoR last year, I was on JQ initially…. and I know for a fact that the server is solid. They will be back kicking on teeth in no time.

The “jq is still pveing” reason grows invalid very fast. If there isnt any organized guilds heading to jq then i believe dragonbrand will slip up to t1 in weeks.

Could someone just lay out a nice bulleted list of what the deal is with tier 1? Jade quarry is imploding now? Wm went to bg and now they are t1 superpower? And sor is just chilling for a couple weeks?

Consider yourself lucky. I cant even play the game while waiting for customer support and i was hacked which wasnt even my fault considering i havent touched any emails or given any information out. Probably be another week before they get around to rolling my account back

Could i get some info from someone whos been hacked before? I know they can restore it and i should qualify considering someone from across the world got on my acc and sold everything last night but i got a ticket open but no response yet pertaining to this issue and was wondering how long should i expect until the account gets rolled back. I mean theres no point in playing until then because of everything resetting to days prior.

Really curious as to why a pet journal wasn’t added for pet collectors. Collecting mini pets for the journal in wow was such a big deal and something both me and my friend did with alot of our ingame time. I know it would be a very popular feature and hope they give the minipet section of their game some more love in the future.
