In pvp information are inportant to create the proper response to an enemy or tactic. Right now tho i have some problems with my UI. I cant see my pets health bars … let me rephrase this, if a play minion mancer my utility skills are conected to my pets. My pets dont heal out of combat (duno why of this decision but nvm that), if i have pets health bars on my ui could somewhat manage my skills beter; using pets utility before a sneze kills him & put my utility on a cd or swich my utility due to pet low health.
DS vould be apricieted if we could see buffs / debuffs

Sometimes , think it hapened 4 or 5 times now when i kill something with my axe i cant swich back to staff. I have to w8 for a minute or so before i could swhich my weapon.
Did any1 encounter this problem, is it limited to this weapon only or class only or its "i duno " somewhat the efect of a buff debuff ?

Sig… there was never in the history of gaming a game that was released as an e-sport & became an e-sport. A net is constantly working to inprove the game pve & pvp wise. Anet that they are aiming for e-sport wich in itself its a bold statement coz you never know what will grab on, as for that they are listening to the comunity wich resulted in patch after patch to fix classes. Next was the paid turnaments & now the posibility to have private bg zones tp praktice team strategies, also they said that they are looking into a ranking sistem. Now i dont know maybe the OP has some inside info “laugh” but to inplement such a sistem requires alot of work (scoting , teams , ranking ….. … … code inplementation, testing fixing retesting …….. ). Work wise they are doing a beter job than crapy blizzard & actualy developing pvp with the help of the comunity.
To do that it takes time & (maybe the OP knows) i dont know how namy ppl are working to develop this game , but maybe yes they need more ppl , if so they will get more ppl ( i font think they want their preious baby to fail, in wich they pour so much love, sweat & sleeples hours) or maybe they dont want more ppl fearing that if they had more ppl the game will lose it direction, only Anet knows the answer but for what i have seen with the patches & fixes they are doing just fine.
& OP having to pay a fee to play e-sport would go against what made lol, hon, dota e-sport games , acesible to the masses. So i will repeat myself : you have no idea what are you talking about.

Ah i give up , this thread is useless & a waste of space. Players cleared dungeons soon after release when they were full of bugs & harder with white,green,blue gear. Also some didnt even have the gear to complement the spec they have as many ppl had no idea of how & what stats to use. Jet still dungeons were completed with no whips if you have the luck to find decent players. As is it for now elitist groups are forming trying to force their mind on how other ppl should play. Some also spit “facts” wich are a lie & have no base at all. In this game player skill is more inportant than gear , this isnt wow (in wich ppl stil stand in fire despite the gear). Stop complaining on what gear ppl use, its a bout skill ( Cd & avoiding dmg ). Those who qq well i pity you as you have no idea of what kind of game this is & what are its mechanics, you re just enbarasing yourself on forums.

Mf is good as it is , you wont get rid of bad players because you remove mf & if a player is not avoiding dmg it doesnt mater what gear he is wearing.

@Fuz dungeons = gear doesnt mater if the player is bad, if he cant avoid dmg & cant properly folow the fight/manage his skills, wich is the biggest problem.
economy = items arent the big sellers but ores/base mats, they have been since the start
legendary = max profession + mistic forge + time & im not even sure that mf helps at the forge.

So why do you have problems with Mf ??

Mf is good as it is , you wont get rid of bad players because you remove mf & if a player is not avoiding dmg it doesnt mater what gear he is wearing.

there is just the need to give EVERY class a deadly skill-trait-combo, THEN its balanced

just to point out the meaning of the word: COMBO!

You need to successfull land a long combination of skills without a fail to get your opponent down,

its not easy to land:
1. Steal
2. CnD
3. Backstab
4. Deatblossom
5+6. Heart Seeker

To get an opponent Down, 6 Skills to use without getting interrupted, routed, knocked down, imobilized, stunned, dazed …

If you dont manage to land 1 of those effects on your opponent, dont embarrass yourself on forums!

This game lacks of more good combos like this one and thats it.

This thread sums the Necro problem very well. It possesses Epidemic which makes it great at spreading conditions and that is amazing in PvE.

However it’s slow to apply them which makes it weak for PvP. Warriors, Rangers and Thieves can all apply Bleeds much faster.

Its not a problem, its how necros are, in/out Ds to absorb some dmg, dodge heavy blows & slowly dmg them till deat. Neros arent meant for direct dmg, they are meant to outlast & suck the oponent dry, its their playstyle. Necro has one of the most special fighting mechanics.

let them stack as much conditions on you as they can as fast as they can , transfer the conditions back to them, consume conditions & wach them die by their own conditions.
Tbh players should we warry when condition fighting with a necro.

Yes, I’m tired of spamming /map chat like I had to do in MMOs 5 years ago … get with the times!

That so caled times were great & there was actualy a comunity on the server, aoon as LFG was inplemented it all went downhill, ppl became vicious due to internet anonimity, guilds lose their minings & ppl stayed in main 2 cities like it was a hub game , no thx.

i still think a global chanel non crosserver is the best option (in privious games was flod because there was the holly trinity, there isnt one in GW2, but the problem is that ppl are zoned, so a global server channel would be the best thing , acess to an arey of players without disrupting the comunity).

LoL launched with a Ladder and ranking system i.e the ELO system

Gw2 does not have a competitive ladder system [the qp thing is just abysmal does not count]

LoL has a matchmaking system making the fights not completely ONE sided

GW2 does not its just a random jumble of players fighting each other [i.e. pugs vs premade fiasco]

and Syeria sweetie i never compared gw 2 directly to LoL just saying if you had to wait that long to enter a match that your either going to DOMINATE or get DOMINATED every ones is going to leave.

So i am asking what is anet going to do about this problem?

Lol at relese was a big hole in the water only after going free to play & underwent huge optimiration it slowly grew to what it is today & if you play ranked with a team you ll still have to w8 up to an hour sometimes.A net is slowly inproving the game in small steps, wich is the best option imo. pvp/pve arent dead , have you noticed that every time you go tolions arch you re on the overflow…peps are spaming fractals like there is no tomorow. The situation will normalize soon enough.

I would say go max bunker 30 toug 30 vit + 10 wherever you want even runes & jewels all def. Try to stay alive as much as posible & learn enemy class animations & wich skill to avoid & how to aproach diferent classes. When you become at eaze with the mechanics your & enemys reduce vit & toug & put points into skills wich fit your playstlye or are more comfortable with. Dont listen to ppl , conditions arent the only viable spec, i would say that maybe is one of the hardest necro build to properly master. proper understanding of the class & praktice + patience is the way to go, imho ofc. :P

i play with mouse only , have a cast T.T … the zone its fine the only problem i have are the small fast thingy ; cant cast while running due to cast on my hand. Sry to say but if you have problems there you re not adapted to the game yet. Rather than complaining use the zone as a training ground. Tbh if you have problems there i would never invite you to a dungeon with me.

What im in rage is that i cant go do fractals with this hand & after reading the forum posts of how awsome it is ….. kitten you A net , couldnt you w8 4 2 months more :P

Broke my arm so basicaly pvp is a big NO NO 4 me right now , but in WvW i can still be godly as “suport” althow its not a suport build. Can efectivly deffend towers or prevent alot of dmg my team takes by targeting wals (doing so reducing dmg my group take)

Im having having fun in dungeons reward/dificulty its fine by me. I do only pugs & the only problem so far that i ve found its players itself. Most of them havent adapted to the game, duno maybe they think its wow, but all in all they sems to overuse dodge or not use it at all…. & when they need it ;out off endurance = R.I.P.

Regarding gear i rly dont care about arath set (dont like it ) i ve set my eyes on the human female cultural & im slowly saving gold , key word slowly with patience .

i use 10.0.0.30.30 build ,duble dager + staff, utility= CC,WoS,WoS,spectral walk, golem , valkyrie gear+ruby jewelery in WvW ….& im having a blast

Would love too, but with the curent state of mancers in ashamed to play one let alone show it T.T
