What about the two second cooldown that the Sigil of Blood applies? Would that prevent omnomberry pie from triggering a steal health for the duration of the two seconds?

there is that food that gives 66% chance to steal health on critical called omnomberry pie, and there is that sigil that gives 30% chance to steal health on critical called Superior Sigil of Blood.
My question is: Do they stack?
Will that 2 second cooldown of the sigil affect the one from the food?

I like the Vampirism one, Sigil of Blood if i’m not mistaken.
It does less damage than say air, but if you have a high critical chance, it’s better since the cooldown is 2 seconds and not 5 seconds. That and it heals you

1) Reduce entangle chance to a 20% success rate. Rooting someone for 20 seconds is not fair, even though they can kill the roots. Some people actually don’t know you have to kill the roots so i think its unfair.
2) Add a 1s delay between sword abilities to give the ability to go away.
3) Decrease the trap’s damage by 15% as they hit too hard
4) Remove the 2 second quickness effect on pet’s swap so master’s bond is fixed.

I have two suggestions that in my opinion would greatly improve the game.
First, is private spvp rooms. If you ever wanted to duel with someone, and went into an empty sPvP room, you probably realized how frustrating it was when people started entering your room, even though you chose server 322, or something like random like that. So my suggestion is to be able to create private sPvP rooms, so people can have fun with party duels, or duels alone.
Second is the ability to duel anywhere, just like Lineage II had. You requested a duel with someone, and if they accepted, you’d fight to the death, but when your HP hit 0, the duel would end. I have in mind something like a Rally trigger when someone gets finished or dies while downed.
Third would be armor sets. They would work just like swap weapon sets, except for balancing reasons, it can’t be activated while in combat. It would have a cast time, and cooldown, so you can’t use this swap for any other reason than convenience. I think equipping jewelry in this game is frustrating.
I have in mind a system, that creates an 11 slot container for 300 Gems, so it could fit all armor and jewelry.
What do you guys think?
I’d switch Companions Might and Quick Draw with Carnivorous Appetite and Agility Training respectively. The last one is optional, but it helps on the slow pet attack animation issue. Also, i’d switch Steady Focus with Keen Edge or Signet Mastery because you are using the shortbow, and from personal experience i can tell you will be doing a lot of dodging in PVP.
I do 30 25 10 0 5, those 10 points in toughness help out a lot, i use muddy terrain, and that has helped me a lot when using the terrain for your advantage.
Thats just my opinion though
After some testing with the Steady shortbow in sPVP, i realized that the 5% damage bonus that you get with a pet only works when your pet swap is not on cooldown with pet death.
For instance, i set my pet to attack someone but he inevitably gets killed. So i press F4, and swap pets, giving me the 60 second cooldown. During that 60 second cooldown, the 5% damage bonus doesn’t work. ( With him alive )
